This email is regarding your exchange request. We would like to inform you that the whole exchange process has been automated to make it a better experience for our customers.
Now, you may initiate your exchange yourself. Here is the link to understand how it works.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2 to 4 working days.
Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
P.S – We request you to keep the pick up slip carefully provided by the courier boy at the time of pick up because without pick up slip we cannot proceed with exchange process.
Also at the time of pick up please handover the SSS products only to the SSS courier guy because we are not responsible for any other product.

Updated by Vasushree Goyal I have tried contacting street style store many times now. I have sent them mails and send them chats on their website but they are not replying. I have to get my product exchanged because of size issues but sss seems most unconcerned about their services to their customers. I deeply disgusting with the lack of responsibility. I have tried every way possible to get in touch with them but there is no response ever. Why have the started a company if they can't keep it in working condition? I am thoroughly displeased and will never recommend street style store to anyone ever again if my issue is not solved as soon as possible. I have tried the steps to replace already. I am not getting an option to replace in my account. I have tried getting in touch with you a million times now. If you would have checked your inbox you would have understood my issue. However, seeing the amount you are responsible I will spell out the issue again. There is no option to "replace" my item. If you could please help me initiate exchange of two items cause they are of wrong size.
