I had ordered for three items from this website on 17th jan 2018 and the expected delivery was 7th feb 2018, no updates of the delivery was sent neither they're replying to the number of query i had sent, the order id 2037345. Will they ever delivery it or either update me on anything?
Either they should send an invoice if it's being delayed, they don't send me any mails not update on the info and i just have to wait and because of the delay i couldn't get the gifts in time for my friend's birthday, i request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

    I placed order for 3 shoes on 23rd january and there have been no messages or mail about the product and no tracking details till now. Only the payment is done. They havent contacted since. I cannot even cancel the order now. So please provide available information about the delivery details as soon as possible or kindly give provision to cancel the order. This has been one of the worst online shopping site ever. Please do something.

    Please send the tracking number. The tracking id u sent before cannot be found. The delivery date is already over pls do send the tracking id so tht i cn atleast give it to the courier service.

      Hello all,

      The complaints has fallen into deaf years, i have written so many mails but there is no respond from there end
      Its been a very poor experience from sss, i really like the style, but recieved different size, i have requested to change the style, there is no response from there end. There is no source to contact or raise the concerns.

      Its not only on pair, i bought pair of sandels, am still waiting for there responce, kindly look intop the concerns else please refeund my money.

        I have ordered shoes on 11/30/2017 and payment is done in advance. After submitting 10+ queries, no single reply I have got from them. No option to cancel my request.
        At least I should get refund if they are not having item which I have ordered.
        There is no customer care contact number on their website on which user can call and get reply for their issues.

        StreetStyleStore is online website which sells different categories of items. I have ordered many times in past but this is my first time experience like this with them.

            Hello

            I ordered two items from their site on 9th december 2017 and it was a prepaid order. One out of them was delivered on time but my second item has not been delivered yet. Today is 15th february 2018, it has been more than two months and my footwear is not delivered yet. Kindly see to it.
            They dont pick up call, their customer service doesnt work.

              I have tried contacting street style store many times now. I have sent them mails and send them chats on their website but they are not replying. I have to get my product exchanged because of size issues but sss seems most unconcerned about their services to their customers. I deeply disgusting with the lack of responsibility. I have tried every way possible to get in touch with them but there is no response ever. Why have the started a company if they can't keep it in working condition? I am thoroughly displeased and will never recommend street style store to anyone ever again if my issue is not solved as soon as possible.

              When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2 to 4 working days.
              Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

              P.S – We request you to keep the pick up slip carefully provided by the courier boy at the time of pick up because without pick up slip we cannot proceed with exchange process.

                I have placed an order one week ago for Rs. 2400. There has been no order tracking update except 'Payment Accepted' in the last 7 days. I have reached out to customer care via website, email and facebook page and have received zero response or support in this regard. Tried contacting the two phone numbers but one is permanently switched off and nobody answers the other number.

                I only received automated response on a ticket a raised saying we are looking into this on priority. However, no action has been taken or any details provided yet despite repeated reminders and requests.

                My order number is #2073914. Please get this resolved asap

                I am still getting standardized replies from the company that my order will be dispatched 'on priority' but no real action taken. Seeing the number of complaints and reviews about SSS on this forum and other consumer forums, I can tell what a scam they are running. Even their facebook page is full of complaints and automated replies or excuses. Please get someone from your team to call me and refund my money into my bank account as I don't want to deal any further with this business.

                      It's been a month and a half i still haven't received the replacement of my boots. They have taken the money as well. Neither returning the money nor the product. I'm literally pissed at them. Have market multiple emails, raised a ticket on their website as well as informed them about the same through twitter. Please don't force me to take any other action.

                        Hi ordered 2 pair of shoes fro street style store. Size didnt fit me so i asked for the replacement. Since they do not have refund and exchange policy. Within 2 days pickup guy came and took the shoes with him. I dint get any confirmation from sss if they have received the order or not. I mailed them after several days for the confirmation and replacement. They didnt reply instead they sent a mail as if they have received the order at the very time. After waiting for some days, i dropped a mail again asking when am i going to get my order. They replied "we dont have stock, we will notify you bla bla". After some days i dropped a mail asking for refund because it had already been almost one and half month and i have paid rs 1099 for my order. No reply. Sent a mail again. No reply. Sent a mail again. Finally got a reply that they have initiated the refund and i will get my money back in 5-7 days. Wohooo.. I have not shared any bank details, how you guys are going to refund my money? No one fro sss called me for bank details and its been more than a week. Liars, robbers, thieves,.. What adjectives should i use for you. Are you going to give my money back or not. At least dont lie. Have balls to say it on our faces that you are not gonna return our money..

                          I ordered two sweatshirts and both were defected. When I requested for replacement they gave no reply and nobody answers customer care number. I tried many times. All in all poor service and poor product.

                            I just placed an order of 3 flats for 999 and an amount of 1049 has been deducted from my bank account but there is no confirmation of my order being placed. Also when i login into sss and check my account it says “no orders have been placed”. This is shameful, it seems impossible to contact sss as the contact numbers provided are all fake. This is disheartening and this site should be banned immediately with some further action taken. It is ridiculous to see such irresponsible behaviour when the customers are putting in their blind faith on sss. Never using sss again.

                                For your ready reference pls find attached herewith the invoice. Why customer care is not picking the call? It's too much.

                                    I have ordered 3 pair of flat footwear from www.streetstylestore.com online on 1st january 2018. I got the items on 17th january 2018. When i tried them they were of small size so i initiated exchange of them on 17th january 2018 only and they said that exchange will be done in 3-4 business days. But till now they have not done any exchange and they even don't have any email address where we can send complaints.

                                        The shoes were faulty. The soul came out. This was the worst experience ever. And i already filed a complaint the number was
                                        253934. I didn't recieve any information regarding my complaint. I have heard a lot of good things about the quality of product from this company but i think i should change people's mind regarding the product and inefficiency in service.
