Street style store...! What a terrific name..! Do not ever go by the name, my friends. Terrificly named stores might have this terrible customer service where in they show their extreme smartness by not providing an email or customer service number in the website. All that they sophisticatedly have is a forum style concern lodging space which is neither checked nor responded. Wow! Now by chance, if you try calling on the numbers available on justdail or any other websites they are either switched off or busy or unavailable.
I have placed my order on 21st of december 2017. The moment i placed the order i have got a mail stating that the order would be shipped within 3-21 days. Post that not even a single email or a message which gives me the status of the order. Neither does that damn over smart website carries any information about the order status. But, sss crew has fancy statements in mail which say you can check the status on our website n blah blah blah. Those 3 days are gone and even 21 days are gone.
~10 dms on insta, one concern lodged in the website and one mail to the helpcenter. All this within a week. And not even one is been responded despite they being active on insta. I am attaching the screenshots below.
Team sss, stop fancying customers on insta and start spending time in timely dispatch and customer updates. Than everything, gaining trust with the consumers is the most important investment for a business. I guess you guys never knew it. Had you knew it, i would neither have seen this huge complaints against your delivery procedure nor does your rating would be 2 on the whole.
I have gradually lost the interest in your products. That enthu i had when i booked the products is almost lost. I demand an explanation for all the inconvenience you have caused and the product dispatch within 24hrs or the full money refund within the same time span.
I shall save a screenshot of this complaint too. May be, i can use as an evidence going forward.
P. S. Stop looting people by showcasing products which are never dispatched.

I have placed my order and have received a mail as well but when i check my order history its showing no orders placed and all the items are still in the cart. My money have already been deducted, i just want a confirmation that the order has been placed or not since the money is deducted .
