I ordered my tops on 25/12/17 today its 22/12/17 and i haven't yet got my parcel. I registered my complaints several times but the associates are least bothered about their customers. I believe this is a fake company because dude if you even sit and stich my products it doesn't so much time no one shall ever order from this site. I will again post when i get my products delivered so that u guyz know how long did it take to deliver.

    Irs been a month my product has been put under priority dispatch and no more further information is provided.
    Payment has already been made and therefore it has totally crused my trust on sss site. Actually it was on replacement mode. I feel like my money is just wasted and i will never get back my product.

    Its a request to fast up your procedure as it was a birthday gift!

    This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

It is more than a month now, have raised so many queries but nobody cared to reply. I have never seen such late delivery. Please arrange before i leave my place.                   I had placed an order on[protected] amounting Rs 524 and the order id is 2038507. You have cancelled the order without my cancellation request as well as you have the refund if only Rs25 whereas I had made the payment of Rs524, in which Rs 25 was paid through paytm and rest Rs 499 was paid through my voucher. You have not refunded my amount. I want my voucher amount also because I paid that amount in previous transaction so refund my voucher amount or issue another voucher of Rs 499.

                    In spite of doing so many mails on their site didn't get any response regarding my order. I placed an order of long boots on 24th december 2017 the order was confirmed and prepaid too. Since so many complaints no response from the team has been initiated. Are the customers fools?. Atleast you could have replied once about the status. I have ordered those boots for this winter season not for the next one. Kindly arrange to refund the money as early as possible.

                    Otherwise, this shall be my last polite request to you guys.

                            I ordered a pair of shoes with order reference #2007024 on 2-1-18 due to size issue I requested for an exchange. My order was picked up on 8-1-18 and its still not delivered . I tried to contact by phone call and email but no response from your side. I called the courier service also just to check if the delay is from their side. They told me they have returned the item taken from me to your store and now they haven't got any new product for delivery I asked them to give contact number of sss if they can, they gave me a new number i tried to call that number but that was aslo switched off. On 22 jan it will be 2 weeks since i returned the product. The customer care centre is pathetic they don't even bother about answering the call even if the payment is made they just don't care. This is my first experience from sss and I will make sure not to order anything further. Such a bad experience . Please atleast try to receive calls or reply to e mails so that customers don't face such problems.

                              Hey please help me to resolve my query the store is not picking up the call
                              They don’t even reply to ur email

My money have already been deducted, i just want a confirmation that the order has been placed or not since the money is deducted .

                                  FYI i did shopping from street style store but when i was making the payment i found INR has been deducted from my wallet but i didnt received any confirmation or return mail, its not even reflecting in my bank(SBI) a/c too. And when i dropped mail on both site (mobikwik/sss) I didnt get any resolution.

                                    Hi. I have sent my concern several times that i didn’t get the new product based on my exchange request till now. Old items were picked up from me on 27th dec 2017. Why it’s taking so many days to get the new items?? What’s happening and when i am going to get my items? Waiting for you guys to respond. You guys don’t have contact number to call and check. It’s a tedious process. I am feeling helpless. Order no: 1984349

                                      Street style store...! What a terrific name..! Do not ever go by the name, my friends. Terrificly named stores might have this terrible customer service where in they show their extreme smartness by not providing an email or customer service number in the website. All that they sophisticatedly have is a forum style concern lodging space which is neither checked nor responded. Wow! Now by chance, if you try calling on the numbers available on justdail or any other websites they are either switched off or busy or unavailable.

                                      I have placed my order on 21st of december 2017. The moment i placed the order i have got a mail stating that the order would be shipped within 3-21 days. Post that not even a single email or a message which gives me the status of the order. Neither does that damn over smart website carries any information about the order status. But, sss crew has fancy statements in mail which say you can check the status on our website n blah blah blah. Those 3 days are gone and even 21 days are gone.

                                      ~10 dms on insta, one concern lodged in the website and one mail to the helpcenter. All this within a week. And not even one is been responded despite they being active on insta. I am attaching the screenshots below.

                                      Team sss, stop fancying customers on insta and start spending time in timely dispatch and customer updates. Than everything, gaining trust with the consumers is the most important investment for a business. I guess you guys never knew it. Had you knew it, i would neither have seen this huge complaints against your delivery procedure nor does your rating would be 2 on the whole.

                                      I have gradually lost the interest in your products. That enthu i had when i booked the products is almost lost. I demand an explanation for all the inconvenience you have caused and the product dispatch within 24hrs or the full money refund within the same time span.

                                      I shall save a screenshot of this complaint too. May be, i can use as an evidence going forward.

                                        I had placed an order on[protected] amounting rs 549 with the order id 1982324. I have not received my order as well as you cancelled the order after so many days. After making so many complaints regarding the refund the amount was not refunded to me properly. As I had made the payment of Rs549 and you only refunded me only Rs499. I want my whole money back. It’s so unprofessional.

                                        We have initiated the refund of Rs 50 of the remaining amount of order #1982324. Also, we are hereby refunding the amount of Rs 25 of the order #2038507 as you had used the credit note which we had issued you against the order #1982324.

                                        The respective amounts will be refunded within 5-7 days as per bank's policy.
