I have made my order on 19.12.2017 since then it is showing priority dispatch status i have to leave my city on 23 jan nyt. It is more than a month now, have raised so many queries but nobody cared to reply. I have never seen such late delivery. Please arrange before i leave my place. Please make it happen before i leave my place.

I wanted to exchange my product... But exchange order is not initiated.. I am trying to contact the site from a long time.. But there is no respond.. The size i have received is small and therefore want to exchange it.. Please do something as soon as possible. I am really upset : (I want a big size and i have tried all possible ways to contact street style store.. I want the product exchanged or my money back. I am so done with this.

I have recieved faulty products for which i have submit return request and they have taken back the products immediately on 14th jan, but still there is no update nor any reply from customer care team on mail.

All the related numbers found on websites are switched off.

I want to know the status of my order with order number 2004815. I have made the order on jan 1st and i did not receive any kind o[censored]pdate on the status. And product is still not shipped. I have been rasing a query multiple times but there is no response. Please let me know the status of my order with 3 products in it.

If not delivered atleast send my money back.

I had placed an order on[protected] amounting Rs 524 and the order id is 2038507. You have cancelled the order without my cancellation request as well as you have the refund if only Rs25 whereas I had made the payment of Rs524, in which Rs 25 was paid through paytm and rest Rs 499 was paid through my voucher. You have not refunded my amount. I want my voucher amount also because I paid that amount in previous transaction so refund my voucher amount or issue another voucher of Rs 499.

In spite of doing so many mails on their site didn't get any response regarding my order. I placed an order of long boots on 24th december 2017 the order was confirmed and prepaid too. Since so many complaints no response from the team has been initiated. Are the customers fools?. Atleast you could have replied once about the status. I have ordered those boots for this winter season not for the next one. Kindly arrange to refund the money as early as possible.

Otherwise, this shall be my last polite request to you guys.

Pathetic you guys are..! How can you be so irresponsible i hve ordered frm ur site on 14th jan 2018 my order no. Is 2033027 even after full payment u hve not snd me the confirmation mail nor u hve delivered my order and you guys are not even answering call mails dm on instagram i want my order asap otherwise you refund my money... Sir plz help to resolve my problem i had ordery a footwear, but there was a size issue the people have taken my product for exchange but still not returned the product with the correct size after seeing the delivery status i found that it is showing as delivered, but i have still not received it plz help me out asap. I ordered a pair of shoes with order reference #2007024 on 2-1-18 due to size issue I requested for an exchange. My order was picked up on 8-1-18 and its still not delivered . I tried to contact by phone call and email but no response from your side. I called the courier service also just to check if the delay is from their side. They told me they have returned the item taken from me to your store and now they haven't got any new product for delivery I asked them to give contact number of sss if they can, they gave me a new number i tried to call that number but that was aslo switched off. On 22 jan it will be 2 weeks since i returned the product. The customer care centre is pathetic they don't even bother about answering the call even if the payment is made they just don't care. This is my first experience from sss and I will make sure not to order anything further. Such a bad experience . Please atleast try to receive calls or reply to e mails so that customers don't face such problems.

And when i filled up the details on the delivery site to check my exchange status they are showing it is delivered
This has happened with me prior to exchange also
How can they be so careless
They don’t even have any thing through which a person can resolve his/her complain
Being a lawyer i will file a complaint in the consumer court if they don’t reply to my complaint

Hi. I have sent my concern several times that i didn’t get the new product based on my exchange request till now. Old items were picked up from me on 27th dec 2017. Why it’s taking so many days to get the new items?? What’s happening and when i am going to get my items? Waiting for you guys to respond. You guys don’t have contact number to call and check. It’s a tedious process. I am feeling helpless. Order no: 1984349

Street style store...! What a terrific name..! Do not ever go by the name, my friends. Terrificly named stores might have this terrible customer service where in they show their extreme smartness by not providing an email or customer service number in the website. All that they sophisticatedly have is a forum style concern lodging space which is neither checked nor responded. Wow! Now by chance, if you try calling on the numbers available on justdail or any other websites they are either switched off or busy or unavailable.

I have placed my order on 21st of december 2017. The moment i placed the order i have got a mail stating that the order would be shipped within 3-21 days. Post that not even a single email or a message which gives me the status of the order. Neither does that damn over smart website carries any information about the order status. But, sss crew has fancy statements in mail which say you can check the status on our website n blah blah blah. Those 3 days are gone and even 21 days are gone.

~10 dms on insta, one concern lodged in the website and one mail to the helpcenter. All this within a week. And not even one is been responded despite they being active on insta. I am attaching the screenshots below.

Team sss, stop fancying customers on insta and start spending time in timely dispatch and customer updates. Than everything, gaining trust with the consumers is the most important investment for a business. I guess you guys never knew it. Had you knew it, i would neither have seen this huge complaints against your delivery procedure nor does your rating would be 2 on the whole.

I have gradually lost the interest in your products. That enthu i had when i booked the products is almost lost. I demand an explanation for all the inconvenience you have caused and the product dispatch within 24hrs or the full money refund within the same time span.

I shall save a screenshot of this complaint too. May be, i can use as an evidence going forward.

P. S. Stop looting people by showcasing products which are never dispatched.

I had placed an order on[protected] amounting rs 549 with the order id 1982324. I have not received my order as well as you cancelled the order after so many days. After making so many complaints regarding the refund the amount was not refunded to me properly. As I had made the payment of Rs549 and you only refunded me only Rs499. I want my whole money back. It’s so unprofessional.

I have order 4 pair of footwear on 1Jan 2018, but still i haven't received any update regarding dispatched or delivery status. Also when i trying to call on customer care number - ([protected], [protected]) the call was answered. I also wrote a mail but response on that also. Also there is option for order cancellation . Please help as i have made online payment for my order.

I had ordered for 3 slippers and received all of them. But one among them didn't fit well and i raised an exchange request. The product was picked up by courier ramesh the next day. And now it's been a week or more yet i have not received the product back. I called customer care but no proper response. I sent few emails, no response again. I'm very dissapointed. Please send my product back as soon as possible

These two items i have ordered and the quality i have received is very bad and they are saying that we will not return the product and money and what they have shown is just opposite what i have received the quality is very bad and i am not satisfy with the product and every online sites have return policy and returning money also like gud sites myntra amazon flipkart these sites are very gud.

Please do the needfull asap.
