I ordered a set of junk Jewellery on December 12, 2017. Hopeful it would be o[censored]se by the New Years. Sadly, even after 21 days of dispatch time and numerous messages and complaints on their website, they have failed to get back to me.
I regret having paid online for those. My order reference is #1959657.
I write this after a taxing 35 days to either get the order dispatched or receive a refund against it as this is highly unprofessional of this company to receive money and not deliver as per any e-commerce website. I would also recommend to start a poll to shut down such a company whose policies are substandard and ethics are non existential.

Updated by namratakadam Off the 3-5 days asked for, 6 days have passed and I neither have a confirmation for the delivery nor the refund.
If you fail to resolve this today, I will take this up to a different court and settle it for a higher loss than you are expecting right now. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am hopeful that someone from your team will call me up ASAP.

Updated by namratakadam Shamelessly delaying dispatch / refund even after complaining on several forum. I have also opened a few queries on the website.
They say priority dispatch and cancelled duplicate order and there is no progress
