I ordered a set of junk Jewellery on December 12, 2017. Hopeful it would be o[censored]se by the New Years. Sadly, even after 21 days of dispatch time and numerous messages and complaints on their website, they have failed to get back to me.
I regret having paid online for those. My order reference is #1959657.
I write this after a taxing 35 days to either get the order dispatched or receive a refund against it as this is highly unprofessional of this company to receive money and not deliver as per any e-commerce website. I would also recommend to start a poll to shut down such a company whose policies are substandard and ethics are non existential.

Off the 3-5 days asked for, 6 days have passed and I neither have a confirmation for the delivery nor the refund.
If you fail to resolve this today, I will take this up to a different court and settle it for a higher loss than you are expecting right now. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am hopeful that someone from your team will call me up ASAP.

    Today is more than 40 days. I still haven't received the order. This is the worst customer experience I have had till yet on online shopping. I can't track the order as it doesn't show in my account's order history and have received no email that what is the order status. I have raised 2-3 queries but in vain as no response only case id are generated.
    There is no contact number where one can reach. Need my money nback or else delivered my wedges in 2-3 days

        How many time you will take to resolve my problem ?? How much u harras your customers ? Should I seriously complaint against you ? Every time you ask for sometime to resolve my problem by bit you do nothing .I am not fool here this would b my last order from your site .now don't ask me for time ..my brother is an advocate and now m going to file a complaint ..this is enough you guys check patience of your customers...worst site ever. make my credit note and provide it to me ASAP.           I have ordered boots from sss, my order id is 2021569. I have not received the same product which is showing in your site. Product is not made by any shoes material. It is like paper board. I want to return this product and not want any exchange. I want to adjustment my money in some other product. And product is use less for me because size is already big but boots upper area is very small. Even i cannot put my foot in shoes.

                They have failed to deliver the products even after 21 days of order placement. After so many complaints and mails the officers have failed to even turn up to talk to. All the people and consumer complaint forum shall take a step towards this company i am not going to pay for my order and yet i want my order asap. I would suggest no body to order from this site. These people are disgusting and wont even respond to your queries

                  I haven't received the exchanged item yet its been long since i have returned the product to be exchanged. The courier boy has picked us the product n have given a receipt but the exchanged one has not arrived yet... Their is no other way to contact your site...                     I had placed an order 1982324 on 21 dec ‘17. You have cancelled the order but till now i have not received my refund of rs 549. I want my complete refund amount. I have sent so many mails on the website but i haven’t got any revert plus no body answers the call most of the time it’s switched off or not available.                       Its been 25 days and above i have not got my boots. They say we never ask you for your credit card information over a phone call. So please never ever provide your credit card/bank information to anyone under any circumstances. But then also i dont think this really matters as they have not shipped my order yet why so late?
                      Shopping with street style store was really not worth indeed i have received my cash on deliver order but not online payment one why such carelessness is happening i just dont get it. Please note that it takes 3-21 days for your order to be dispatched.! Still its been a month now when will i get it next year like what is wrong with them.

                        Are you # kidding me? I ordered sweatshirts from your website amd still haven't received them after more than a month of waiting. I live in a city where winter ends with january and i'm obviously not going to wear sweatshirts in summer so please use your stupid lazy brains and send me my order asap. If not, i'll take this case to the consumer court. I've complained a lot of times and this is the last time i do this.

                          I have ordered boots on 12 december 1017which have been delivered on 3 january 2018 but not that boot which i have ordered. My cousin take the delivery as i was not in the home and couldn't see what was delivered at that time otherwise i would haven't paid. Moreover i am not getting any mails regarding this although i have raised this issue on their site.
                          Order description: the boots which i have ordered were brown ankle length boots but i have received white heels boots.

                              I have received a heels during my replacement order... The fit is 37 but i received 37 for one leg and 38 for other leg... This is ur mistake and how do you charge me and i need a replacement for sure at free of cost or either refund me my amount... I cannot pay for your mistake so please do the above requirement as soon as possible

                              It took more than 1 month to get it back and still its a blunder mistake that is happened now but you don't even provide a option for second exchange... Either u don't even have a proper contact number so please have conntact number

                              I placed an order on 12 December 2017 which has not been delivered yet though I made the payment.
                              The website says it'll take 3-21 days. Already been a month. The website is also not updated. There is no point of contact. I have raised the query several times but there was no response from their side

                                My order reference is buqarhowz and order no. Is 1974286. I placed my order almost a month ago but my order has yet not been shipped. I was reassured by their complaints resolver that my order will be shipped within their delivery time which is 3-21 days but it is past their delivery time. I had continuously mailed them about the issue and now after them reassuring that my order is in the process of shipment i get an email saying that the product is unavailable and are asking me to either replace my order or they can give me credits for my future purchases. I don't want to replace my order neither do i want their credits because i won't be shopping from their website anymore. I just want my order delivered as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered one pair of boots and my order number is 1993746 i had requested for exchanging the product as the size delivered was small but your delivery boy just gave me the slip in exchange of the boots didn't gave me the boots not the money my money is stuck with you it's 774 rupees give me the correct size boots or else return my money or i will go for further complains...

I placed a prepaid order with sss on 07.01.2018 and got a mail regarding payment error but it was resolved and the order was processed on 08.01.2018. After that i did not receive any mail regarding the delivery date of my order. I wasn't informed about the same at the time of placing the order and now it says that my order shall be dispatched after 20 days.
