I ordered a belly, black coloured and the size of the belly was 38 and when i got it it didn’t fit me. After 2 days of delivery i reported a request for the exchange of size i. E. 36 but i never got refund or exchange of it as they picked the order after 3/4 days after they received my request nearly a month ago and didn’t got refund or exchange that product of different size. I did not even got yo hear a word from the street style company. If they don’t have the size they would have messaged me i did not hot any mail. If they don’t have the size they should have mailed me about it. I mailed them several times. I don’t get a relevent mail about it. I got mail only about the verification of my request mails. I didn’t get any relevant mail from them. Now my money is with them and thy have no contact no. And i couldn’t reach them for the refund or exchange! This is harassing me very much! This is pathetic and now i am frustrated and i want my money back soon! Please help me in conveying my message to them! Harrasment is an unacceptable thing to a consumer. If i won’t get a mail soon i’ll approach a nearest police station and file some report or i’ll go to consumer court. It’s not about money but it is frustrating and testing my patience.

This is the 4th time i am complaining... All the 3 times you ignored my complaint... Now i just don’t know what to say... I had put up my boots for exchange for a larger size... And guess what it has been more than 25 days still i did not get any return... Why don’t you atleast return the previous size only which i returned... If you do not have larger size, neither you refund the money so atleast give the previous size... I don’t know what else to do... I wanted to exchange ordered boots on 26th december today is 26th january... Still no return neither there is any phone no of yours.. Please return the previous size only of 40 no.. I did not received my order yet . i placed it on 12/12/2017 its been more than 1 month. money has been deducted from my account but i did not received order yet. try it delivery it as soon as possible.i order two bags together i received one bag and another is still pending please resolve problem soon . order reference number is 1960161.

My item has not been delivered by streetstylestore, even though the amount was withdrawn from my account. I have been receiving notification from my bank account that the money was withdrawn by the above said shopping site, but no shipping or packing notification has not been received yet. It was said in the site that the product will be delivered within 3-21 days, but i have not received my product yet. Kindly update me with what has happened, whether i have been fooled or not.

I wanted to exchange on order (#2021255) for a different size & hence initiated an exchange & returned the product, which has been accepted by the seller as the return tracking information says. But there is no information regarding the dispatch of the product for the different size i initiated this exchange for. So just wanted to know when will the exchanged prouduct be dispatched or delierverd to me.

How many times i have to submit a complaint... Are you guys illiterate that you dont understand what ur customer is saying or you dont want to understand? We are not fools here... M going to complaint u ikn consumer court against you... Your product quality is zero... And am not going to take this product i[censored] will not provide me a credit note then i have other options also to complaint against you... U think we people are sitting fool here? I want to say that i want to exchange my shoe size..nd currier boy had received item from me2 days before ...as u said it will be exchanged in 3 to 4 days ...so plz its kind request to u to place my order in time as meanwhile i want the order very very urgent .m worried because status related my order is not updated .plz m again requested u to place my order in 2 or 3 days ..i will be very thankful to u for this . Sir, i have ordered a pair of shoes from style street store but got problem in size my item has not been replaced yet. Its been month and your customer care number is not answering as well [protected], [protected]. Neither you replacing my item nor you are refunding my money. I am requesting you to help me. You have sent me mail a month back that my item will be picked up by you and get replaced after that as i was having size issue. I have not received my order till now it's more than 21 days.. Please provide me the refund please.. As per the site it deliver the product in 21 days.. I have been mailing them but there are not relying.. It's better for them to refund my amount.. I have placed my order no 4th jan still now i have not received it.. The product was going to ship from from delhi to gurgaon.. From delhi to gurgaon does any parcel company takes no long.. I am dissapointed by the street style store they really don't know how to handle customer.. It was my 1st experience with street style store and it was very bad, and disappointing..
It's better if they return back me the money.. I just need my refund from them nothing else

I ordered 4 pair of shoes on november 2017. After so many unanswered emails i got them on january 2018, far from the expected date. And after much disappointment i had to exchange 2 shoes because of the size and quality issue. Its been weeks since they were taken from my home. Got one mail that they got them in the warehouse and start the exchange process within 5 days. But since i haven't heard from them.
So tell how long is your 5 days? Or do i have to wait for another 2 years to get them.

I have received a different order which does not belongs to me. It's someone else's order at my address with different name and items with different amount. I haven't received my order yet instead I received an incorrect order.Please have an immediate effect to this.Take back this order from my address returning my money back and deliver it to appropriate place.Its a request please.

My order was on replacement mode.
And its been a month today but my order is still not delieverd to me. It was a birthday gift. Now as u have alreday spoiled my friend's birthday its my request to you to give my order to me as fast as possible. The most important thing is that the payment is also made. So either you return my money or my order otherwise it will not take me much time to make a complain against you in consumer court.

This is regarding a prepaid order placed on the 2nd of january and the email had said it may take 3 - 21 days. During the time i had already raised a few queries to understand the status of the order, as on the website it kept displaying the same dispatch date expectation for weeks, but did not get any reply. I had high expectations for this store but everything points to fraud at this point. Please put up a working customer service number on your official website as soon as possible.
The order was for 799rs. And was paid through ccavenue. The order reference number is 2005739. I demand to know the status of my order as soon as possible.

I have ordered 3 items from sss on 28th nov 2017. I have returned all the items as the product quality was very poor. Now today is 23rd jan 2018, its around 2 months and i havent got any amount back (Rs 1099).
Moreover, i have received a mail that "[street style store] exchange - credit note given" but i havent received any credit amount into my account.
So, stop fooling customers like this.
Return my money back as soon as possible.

I ordered boots from this site on 13/12/2017 and they confirmed the order just after I placed it. The site guarantees to deliver it between 3-21 days but it's been more than a month. Atleast they should inform if they have cancelled the order or have a option to cancel it. I mailed them twice but no reply has come.
Please take some action against it.

I ordered 3 pair of sandals on 11 november 2017, and received them on 5th january 2018, payment of rs.11500 was made by cod. Same day, raised the request for change in size for 2 out of three. Pick up was done on 9th january 2018, but exchange products are not yet delivered. And no update is provided for the same.

This is regarding my order vovtdfxzb, not received biking through top red yet, don't have any information.. This is really irritating i paid money in advance and i am not getting my product. Called on customer care but number always busy, raised complaint on website & dropped email still no revert... Either send my money back or the product... Though i have already made my payment on that day. And it is 22/01/2018. I. E more than a month. And your product promised to be delivered within 21 days.
As i have already given the shipping charges, delever it as soon as possible
