Hi,
This is regarding my order reference - 1981059 placed on 20 dec, 2017. It is showing the status of payment accepted, but not dispatched till date. Kindly dispatch it as soon as possible otherwise refund the amount. I sent lots of mails but it's really disgusting tht there is no reply from your side. You can't treat your customers like this, as it's really puting your credibility down. And plz provide your working contact number detail so tht customers can contact you on call.

    I placed an order on 21/11/2017 and just want to know the status of my order as there no way of tracking it on your website or app. Kindly let me know the status ASAP, this it the order number -1911961
    I have not received my order yet. I have raised my concern via email so many times but i have not got any response from them.
    Sss is very irresponsible in terms of delivering the products. They are not responsive to their customers.

      I placed the replacement order whose order id is mentioned above in december 2017 starting they deliverrd the product in january, 2018 n that too in a used condition. One of the shoe is simply damaged and the other one is of the same size i sent 1 month back for replacement. After sending them 10-15 emails they reply for 1 and now when my package is delivered damaged to me no one is reaponding from thier end. No doubt the quality always used to be good but i don't know why they have sent the replacement in this torn condition. I want my money back or the items in a good condition.

        This company is a complete fraud. They have taken 700 Rs from me and not delivering the product. I have sent some 20 mails and screenshots they are not acknowledging the same. the Debit from the account has happened as well. Confirmation is also received still no update. please can someone help me form this fraud company.

              I have ordered shoes from sss on 4th dec 2017 and it's more than a month now. The order is not even dispatched. It's the worst ever online shopping experience. What is taking so long to deliver just a shoe. Everyone order for some occasion, but no update on the order here. Either deliver the order asap or refund the amount. If you can't deliver the product then shut the site instead of fooling people.

                Either pick up my call or reply to my email. Or just deliver my goddamn order. It has been 25 days!!! I know your policy says 21 days, but ### you at least keep me updated, sice 15days my order is in PREPARATION. WHAT THE ###??? YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
                My order no. Is 1989643 it's grey boats and k need them before 20th January. I don't mean to be rude but I'm pissed, this is the problem with you gets always your delivery sucks and your quality is also not that good. But somehow I'm a loyal customer.

                  I ordered my shoes and because of size issue i replaced it, its been more than a week i send it back but haven't got any information regarding my exchange, i paid for it and don't know when i will get it back. They are not giving the reply of my mails not even picking up the calls. Now it is becoming very annoying they should have atleast inform their customers about the updates. I don't know what to do now please inform me the date or how much time they will take to return my parcel or i have to go to the consumer court for complain regarding the issue.

                    I placed my order on 25/12/17 i got no date of delivery also in my mails. First i registered ny complaint on their site itself but no response then i submitted my complaint in the consumer complaints still there is no response from the company executives. Horrible i wont pay any cost for the products.! And i will never order from this site and tell my other friends also. These guyz need to shut down their company

                      I had ordered for a footwear on 15th dec 2017 from streetstylestore order num-1965724, order reference-nvcmnrnsc and had already paid rs 724 for it via debit card.. But till now it has not been shipped and although i had sent them messages repeated number of times regarding the order status, no reply has come from their side and only from the past 15 days in the order status it is being displayed that order is in priority dispatch list and from the time the order has been placed it is being shown that the order will be dispatched in 21days.. But more than 25 days are over and they have not yet dispatched it.
                      Kindly look into the matter asap. And please see to it atleast if my order is not delivered they refund back my money.

                        I received a faulty shoe pair from sss. I need an exchange or my money back. No one bothered to reply my messages. There is no response from this team.                               I placed an order on the 4th of december and have still not received it. The site said the orders are delivered in about 3 to 21 days but they have clearly not delivered as per their statement.

                              I have posted multiple complaints on the site but have not received any response. This is unacceptable. This is super # on their part. If this is how they treat their costumer then i don't suggest any of you to order anything from the site.

                                I ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th of november and i haven't received my package till date. I read on their website that it may take 15 to 21 days to deliver, so i waited, but they have not been delivered till now and i have no idea where my package is. On top of all this they don't provide cash on delivery and the money is not refundable.
                                I have emailed them a couple of times and they have replied saying that they have marked my package as a "priority dispatch". But are their buyers really their priority, considering bad their customer service is?

                                  I made an online order of brown boots with order ydpkotchq and order id 2020848. After placing the order i found instead of different shipping address than billing address it it generated both billing and shipping address same. I made an online mode of payment for the product. No where is the option to cancel the product or to change the shipping address and there is no contact number on the official site only mail id i had mailed at least for 10-15 times but got no reply. I got a mobile number from one of the site, called for 27 times but no one is picking up the call so that i could informed. This is for the first time i made payment also but there is no proper customer help desk to follow up with the problem.

                                    Its been 2 months and they have not delivered the product neither they are returning my payment. They are not even replying to our mails neither contacting us. Please do help. I've been trying a lot to get in contact with these people, but it look's like they are now least bothered to reply to our communication or contact us.                                     Hiee ididnt like my shoe at all one which I ordered it’s totally different i need my money back plz do rpl me as soon as possible

                                    I ordered boots 1978402 ...since the size was small so i put it up for replacement ...it has been 10 days since my shoes has been picked up when the hell will i get my boots of larger size😡😡either return my boots or refund my money 😠😠do not male us more angry otherwise we have to take strict action 😡i wanted it for occasion but i had not got.

                                      I’ve placed an order on 3rd of december 2017
                                      And today is 9th of january 2018
                                      That counts to more then 21 days
                                      My order hasn’t been delivered yet
                                      I’ve done placed a complaint more then twice and still there’s no reply to my complaints or delivery of my products
                                      Earlier also my product was returned and it took them more then 6 months to exchange my order and give me the required product
                                      I’m really disappointed with the service they are offering
                                      They don’t even have a customer care number on which we can contact them
                                      This is really a pathetic website service

                                        I have ordered flats with the name joshi debbarma whose price was 1049. The payment was done through mobikwik wallet. But after the payment there was no confirmation email neither confirmation message from streetstylestore. If the money has already been debited then why there is no confirmation message. Email from mobikwik also came that the money was debited. Please i want to know as fast as possible whether the order is confirmed or not as the money was already sent or otherwise i want refund of the money. I have been calling in the number given since morning but its either busy or no one is picking up. I ordered another set of flats whose order id-2020872 few minutes before, but that time it got properly paid and there was also confirmation email. Then while ordering the second set of flats why was there no confirmation email though the money was sent? Please resolve the issue as fast as possible otherwise actions will be taken. The first picture is of the mobikwik wallet money being debited and the second picture is of the flats that were ordered. Please reply as fast as possible. I have even sent an email yesterday but there was no response. I want an immediate response.
