I have placed order an order from my mobikwik wallet to street style store on 11/2/2018. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history since then i am keep on following from these people but no revert my their side.

Last two weeks i have been continuously following up bur no response.
Please take a serious action against them

Already registered same compliant

(You have paid rs. 724 via mobikwik to mobikwik for transaction id 6009337. Amount paid from wallet is 724) this message i got after payment.

    I had ordered jewellery from sss on january 3 and have not received any mail after that. The order id is #2022051, the tracking number given is[protected]. Please return my money if items are not available. Either provide a number to contact sss consumer care since they are not replying to the queries that i raised multiple times!! I am a new customer and have started ordering recently and got this right in the beginning. Please do something about this query asap!

      What does priority dispatch status of the shipment mean? How can i check the status of the order made?
      Also, the delivery date of my shipment is shown as 22 feb. Since it is a priority dispatch, by any ways, is it possible to deliver it tomorrow, i. E. 21 feb. I need them to wear in my friend's marriage occasion.
      It would be nice if you can help me with this.

      I feel those foot wears are worth waiting. I can wait for them if you can make them available in upcoming days.
      But, if they cannot be delivered at all then you can proceed and cancel the order and initiate a refund.

        I have made a purchase from street style store. Among that i ordered a shoe in light matt finish skin colour, and i got it delivered today. The shoes were glossy brown colour and totally different from what they showed in the website. They are not agreeing on refund. What they told they can do it give a different size and that i cannot exchange the product for another or no refund as well. I am aggrieved.

          This is with regards to my previous complaint.
          Still waiting for the positive response and taking serious action against this fraud site street style store.

          One of the person from sss called me and asked to refund my amount within 3-5 days.
          Now its been a 7 days i dint get my refund

            I'd ordered my product on 12th december 2017. It's been over 2 months and have heard nothing from street style store. My tracking number: [protected] is invalid so i can't track my product. This is very unprofessional behavior. And it feels like (To a certain extent) like i've been robbed by street style store. My loyalty towards sss has disappeared because of this incident. Please take necessary action and have my package delivered to me.

                I had returned one of the items on 20th dec 2017, and was waiting for exchange. On 17th jan, they notifies me that they are out of stock and i shall receive a refund. But i didn't hear back from them despite sending various mails and comlaints, until 8th feb, where i got a mail to share my bank details. Its been a more than a week and i haven't received my refund yet.

                Please stick to your word. Customers are not suppose to mail you everyday for a follow up. I'm highly disappointed with your service.

                    The product is yet not shipped. At least i haven't got any information. The product number is about #2066627.

                      After repeated emails and complaints on their website, sss hasn't responded to my issue. I'm highly disappointed in them. The issue is regarding the exchange of an item. I had initiated a exchange for an item on 18th january 2018 and the courier boy took away the item on 22nd january 2018. And it shows so onthe website.

                      But i still haven't received the exchanged product.
                      I have been emailing them but they haven't responded it's been more than a month.
                      I request them to respond asap otherwise i will have to go somewhere better.

I received an e-mail of order confirmation right after placing the order and the order was supposed to be delivered in 3-21 days of ordering, today i. E.                           I received my order today on 17th of feb which was paced on 14th of jan.. Order was of 3 tops @999.. I received two of them today and i'm really disappointed with the size colour and material as well
                          They are so different from the image that has been showed on the site.. So it's my request to both consumer forum and street style store... I want to return it back and want return of rs.1050 which i paid for this

                            I had placed my order on 15 january still not received the order. Following up with them everyday. They don't reply at all. Please help. I send them an email everyday. They don't bother to reply. Ping on instagram. It's been a month they are not paying any attention. Many other people are also suffering. They keep on launching new products but not bothered about their current pending orders. Take money and forget about the orders.

                                I had ordered for three items from this website on 17th jan 2018 and the expected delivery was 7th feb 2018, no updates of the delivery was sent neither they're replying to the number of query i had sent, the order id 2037345. Will they ever delivery it or either update me on anything?
                                Either they should send an invoice if it's being delayed, they don't send me any mails not update on the info and i just have to wait and because of the delay i couldn't get the gifts in time for my friend's birthday, i request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

                                  I placed order for 3 shoes on 23rd january and there have been no messages or mail about the product and no tracking details till now. Only the payment is done. They havent contacted since. I cannot even cancel the order now. So please provide available information about the delivery details as soon as possible or kindly give provision to cancel the order. This has been one of the worst online shopping site ever. Please do something.

                                  Please send the tracking number. The tracking id u sent before cannot be found. The delivery date is already over pls do send the tracking id so tht i cn atleast give it to the courier service.

                                    Hello all,

                                    The complaints has fallen into deaf years, i have written so many mails but there is no respond from there end
                                    Its been a very poor experience from sss, i really like the style, but recieved different size, i have requested to change the style, there is no response from there end. There is no source to contact or raise the concerns.

                                    Its not only on pair, i bought pair of sandels, am still waiting for there responce, kindly look intop the concerns else please refeund my money.

                                      I have ordered shoes on 11/30/2017 and payment is done in advance. After submitting 10+ queries, no single reply I have got from them. No option to cancel my request.
                                      At least I should get refund if they are not having item which I have ordered.
                                      There is no customer care contact number on their website on which user can call and get reply for their issues.

                                      StreetStyleStore is online website which sells different categories of items. I have ordered many times in past but this is my first time experience like this with them.

                                        I have ordered 3 pair of shoes and one heels on 3rd of february and receiver 1 of the shoes today but haven't got any update about the rest three of them.
                                        The product is not yet shipped. I have to go somewhere.
                                        Please tell me when can i get it. Asap.
                                        I have been calling you for a long time but no one is picking up. I think it's highly irresponsible of you guys to not even reply.
