I am sachi jain, from ambala, haryana. I am here writing this complaintl to let you know that, on january 2nd, 2018, i ordered a pair of footwear vide order id - 2006524. I received an e-mail of order confirmation right after placing the order and the order was supposed to be delivered in 3-21 days of ordering, today i. E. February 18th, 2018 it has been more than 46 days and i have no clue about the status of my order, even i am unable to track my order, this is to inform that all the dues were already cleared and payment for the footwear was made online at the time of order itself. I request you to kindly go through my order details and tell me the status of my order, also tell me when am i supposed to receive the order if possible, i will be very thankful to you.
