Can you please let me know when will i receive the refund. already its been 2 months neither were you successful in delivering the product nor are you fpr the payment. Very disappointing to complaint again and again but no results seen. Please process the refund asap.
Ive been waiting for the refund from too long. Why is the customer care service on your website never responding to the complaints that again and again I’ve to make a complaint from here nor any number has been provided that we can get in touch with you

    Last year have ordered sandals but product was not delivered andt when asked to refund the company replied that they do not have refund policy and offered a credit for what i have paid then this year jan 2018 ordered again using the credit thought services are improved but its no different so if someone can do anything hear us out this company is a scam no refund no delivery please shut down this company # style store

      I have orderd two shoes on 18th feb which is not according my requirement... the shoes which are shown on site is not actually the same.. return policy is also not available.. onlyyy change in size thats not right.. i request you to change my product as soon as possiblee and get my money refunf.. i hope my complain will be listned..

          The product delivery status has not been update through mail or phone or through the sss account history. Couldn't contact the customer care number also. There is no response for the queries regarding the delivery status. And also there is no option for cancelling the order. I couldn't find any ways to resolve this issue.

            I had ordered a pair of boots 4 days back and had done the payment through my debit card but it showed payment error and asked to reorder. I did the same and the order was placed as there was a deduction of 724rs from my account but after 3mins another 724rs was deduction from my account and in my order history it still show payment error both the times and the order has also been placed twice. I have given screenshots of all my details in the official instagram and facebook page of sss but no response. Also i had ordered another shoe 2 months back and had also done the payment but still not received the product..

              I have placed order an order from my mobikwik wallet to street style store on 11/2/2018. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history since then i am keep on following from these people but no revert my their side.

              Last two weeks i have been continuously following up bur no response.
              Please take a serious action against them

                I had ordered jewellery from sss on january 3 and have not received any mail after that. The order id is #2022051, the tracking number given is[protected]. Please return my money if items are not available. Either provide a number to contact sss consumer care since they are not replying to the queries that i raised multiple times!! I am a new customer and have started ordering recently and got this right in the beginning. Please do something about this query asap!

                  What does priority dispatch status of the shipment mean? How can i check the status of the order made?
                  Also, the delivery date of my shipment is shown as 22 feb. Since it is a priority dispatch, by any ways, is it possible to deliver it tomorrow, i. E. 21 feb. I need them to wear in my friend's marriage occasion.

                    I have made a purchase from street style store. Among that i ordered a shoe in light matt finish skin colour, and i got it delivered today. The shoes were glossy brown colour and totally different from what they showed in the website. They are not agreeing on refund. What they told they can do it give a different size and that i cannot exchange the product for another or no refund as well. I am aggrieved.

                      Still waiting for the positive response and taking serious action against this fraud site street style store.

                      One of the person from sss called me and asked to refund my amount within 3-5 days.
                      Now its been a 7 days i dint get my refund

My tracking number: [protected] is invalid so i can't track my product. This is very unprofessional behavior. And it feels like (To a certain extent) like i've been robbed by street style store.                             I had returned one of the items on 20th dec 2017, and was waiting for exchange. On 17th jan, they notifies me that they are out of stock and i shall receive a refund. But i didn't hear back from them despite sending various mails and comlaints, until 8th feb, where i got a mail to share my bank details. Its been a more than a week and i haven't received my refund yet.

                            Please stick to your word. Customers are not suppose to mail you everyday for a follow up. I'm highly disappointed with your service.

                                The product is yet not shipped. At least i haven't got any information. The product number is about #2066627.
                                Tell me the date by when i can get it, otherwise initiate the refund. Because it has already been more than 15 days but i have not got any notification.

                                  After repeated emails and complaints on their website, sss hasn't responded to my issue. I'm highly disappointed in them. The issue is regarding the exchange of an item. I had initiated a exchange for an item on 18th january 2018 and the courier boy took away the item on 22nd january 2018. And it shows so onthe website.

                                  But i still haven't received the exchanged product.
                                  I have been emailing them but they haven't responded it's been more than a month.
                                  I request them to respond asap otherwise i will have to go somewhere better.

I am here writing this complaintl to let you know that, on january 2nd, 2018, i ordered a pair of footwear vide order id - 2006524. I received an e-mail of order confirmation right after placing the order and the order was supposed to be delivered in 3-21 days of ordering, today i. E. February 18th, 2018 it has been more than 46 days and i have no clue about the status of my order, even i am unable to track my order, this is to inform that all the dues were already cleared and payment for the footwear was made online at the time of order itself. I request you to kindly go through my order details and tell me the status of my order, also tell me when am i supposed to receive the order if possible, i will be very thankful to you.

                                      What the hell is going on...! It's been more than a month my order is not delivered yet and continuously they are giving excuses to me that ur order has been shipped
                                      I got mail on 2nd of feb about shipping and now it's 17th of feb but still order is not delivered even i can't track my order wtf is this... I want my order within 2 days this is my last warning

                                      Also tell me about refund... That how much money will be refund you can't fool because i've paid according to your offer 3 tops @999 so you hve to refund according to this and that also within 5 days
                                      Otherwise next talk will be btwn u and police... Mind my words...!

                                      I received my order today on 17th of feb which was paced on 14th of jan.. Order was of 3 tops @999.. I received two of them today and i'm really disappointed with the size colour and material as well
                                      They are so different from the image that has been showed on the site.. So it's my request to both consumer forum and street style store... I want to return it back and want return of rs.1050 which i paid for this
                                      And do reply faster because return policy is within 7 days

                                      Order no.2033027 which placed on 14th of jan.. Delivered today on 17of feb and i'm really disappointed with the order as the colour size and material of the order is really bad.. And it's really different from the image..
                                      So i want you to take the order back and refund my money asap
                                      Please refer the image

                                      Compare the colour as well...

                                        I had placed my order on 15 january still not received the order. Following up with them everyday. They don't reply at all. Please help. I send them an email everyday. They don't bother to reply. Ping on instagram. It's been a month they are not paying any attention. Many other people are also suffering. They keep on launching new products but not bothered about their current pending orders. Take money and forget about the orders.
