I have ordered 3 Sandals with 3 for @999 offer from streetstylestore.com today online (10 Feb 2018). While doing payment, once payment got deducted from my bank but the order was not placed. I didnt recieve any confirmation email neither on my gmail or on mobile number.in the order... In the Street Style Website for the order status it says Payment error. but money already deducted by bank.

    I placed an online order for shoes with this company in november and it hasn't been delivered yet after so many months. They don;t have any contact point except for some e-mail ids. I have been writing them complaints but no one has replied or even bothered to resolve the issue.

    I feel cheated and my money is blocked for no reason.

      I have placed an order with sss on mon, may 15, 2017 at 3:24 pm and received order confirmation mail. I received a follow up mail which said order has been shipped but it was not delivered even after three months. Post which i raised multiple complaints with them and have not received any response. There has been no update either on the website in my account for the order or not any of the multiple complaints raised. Have not received my product yet.

        Yesterday i placed an order and its prepaid.

        I want to change my delivery address as it has been ordered in a wrong address. I have written to them in their customer support but no one is responding. Raised few more requests but no response.

        I also tried calling their customer support number but it keeps ringing and nobody is responding.

        If my address won't be corr2before shipping i will be into a complete liss. This site has no facility yo raise your concerns atleast. Totally disappointed with it.

          I got an email one says there is payment issue order with the reference mnywqevvj. And contact us asap but the amount has already been deducted from my bank account, the cc avenue reference is[protected] but on my account and order page there is still and payment error occuring and it says order cannot be dispatched the amount from my bank account has already been deducted i need a confirmation mail for the order already paid for please me

                Hello,
                I have buyed a 2 boots from streetstylestore got delivered in 20 days, 1 pair of boots where defected, initiated the replacement, replacement came and took back the boots(real boots image & receipt attached in attachment), after 5 days they called us & said they have received organic powder rather than boots, just now i had chat with them on facebook now they are saying to me they have received wrong boots from us, making different excuses on there hand fooling us .

                quote : also they called us & confirmed us that the boots are with them, the image of boots from them was sent to us through some number on whatsapp (i have attached that image also in attachment )

                they do not respond to support tickets through there websites, support is not responsive they take 4-5 days to response on any support ticket, worst website, worst support + worst delivery experience, eating my money by fooling us even not refunding the amount to us .

                refund my 624 rs amount that one pair of boots where defected and we have returned that back to you

                all images with proof + receipt when the boots was returned to streetstylestore. do not try to scam us you scammers, i have all proof against you that you always try to lie to us . we have returned boots to your courier service + he verified the boots when he took the boots .the confirmation from your team also camed that you have received the boots, provide me the credit note half of my amount .

                    Hi, i ordered boots from "sss" on jan 17th, 2018 & received same on feb 7th, 2018.

                    Size ordered was 42, but i received smaller size. On site their is no as such policy i found for returning the same, only getting option for exchange of size, since 42 is the biggest size, i am not getting how to proceed on it as smaller size in exchange will be of no use for me.

                    If anyone know about email id for sss, request to share so i can be able to raise compliant at next level too.

                        For 2 different oderes, there are two frauds, for one order product got out of stock after 2 months they are not giving me my money back for amount rs 426.in second case a bag which was of very poor quality torned and dusty again they arent returning my money back cost rs. 1299.
                        They are giving credit note which is of no use as i do not want to buy anything from them. This is the way they are robbing ppl's money. The amount might be small but if you look at the pattern, this is new way of robbing ppl.

                                Respected sir/mam of consumer forum i request you take some action against street style store.. I've never face such sick service in online shopping it's more than 21 days (According to their estimate days) from order date and they are so irresponsible that they don't even reply to their customers it's been 4 days order has been shipped and i hve not received my order yet also the tracking link is not working
                                And my order had been split and i've no updates about it that when i will receive my complete order
                                So i request you take solve this problem as soon as possible
                                They just ask us the order in comment section of instagram of sss page and they never reply to it 😑😑

                                  I placed an order for 3 pairs of earrings on 27th december 2017 and still have not received the delivery! The order has already been paid for online - the money was debited from my account at the time of purchase and i have received an invoice for the same. The order number is [protected]-5684016 and order reference number is #1994103 and cc avenue reference number is[protected]. There is no tracking number or expected dispatch date in my track order details! I have raised two queries till now and got a template response which is of no help at all. It states the below. I have also messaged inquiring on your instagram account, but there has been no response. What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic experience and i don't think i will ever order anything from you again or recommend you'll to anyone. If you cannot deliver what i have ordered, please refund my money immediately. Absolutely no one has been of any assistance to my queries till now and hoping i will have prompt response and action form your end.

                                    I had ordered a "keeping around black heels - shoe size : 40" on 1st january, 2018. The shoe didn't fit me properly and i want the same product but of shoe size 39 instead of 40. I initiated an exchange request on 6th january as the size was wrong. I have been waiting for the pickup but there has been no information on that front for over a month. Order reference is #2005419.

The delivery boy picked the product and he said another delivery boy will come and deliver your new product. But i didn't get any mail or call regarding my product delivery.                                         I ordered a pair of shoe from the site with order no. #1918193 and made online payment. Its been more than two months now, but so far no hearing from helpdesk. Mailed many times, no solution so far. If product is not available, then i want my money back. I dont think you people understand the meaning of priority dispatch! 2 months are ling period of time and if you dont have the product either tell us! You do not even have a customer care number
