The shoes were faulty. The soul came out. This was the worst experience ever. And i already filed a complaint the number was
253934. I didn't recieve any information regarding my complaint. I have heard a lot of good things about the quality of product from this company but i think i should change people's mind regarding the product and inefficiency in service.

    It's been too long my order is pending i placed my order on 14th of jan and the estimated delivery date was 3rd feb and now it's already 11th of feb. They told me my order was shipped on 2nd of feb but still i've not received my order... Pathetic online shopping experience ever. I hve orderd 3 tops @rs.1050 and only 2 tops had been shipped and i've no updates about any of them... If you can't deliver my order refund my money asap i'm done with you guys..!

      Its been 2 months that i have ordered the products on this fraud site i. E. Streetstylestore.com
      I have been messaging them on every where possible, but there is no reply. I have no information as to when will i recieve the product or whether i will or not... Such coward people they are that they have not even provided any contact number. No respect for the customer, no respect of thier money... I just need my money back. I want quick action to be taken asap.

        My name is parag sharma i have ordered on classical black bag worth rupees ₹499 as i did payment through upi by axis bank and my transaction id is[protected]. I did payment to you to [protected]@icici via upi and now my money is being deducted from my account but yet not i had received the conformation mail or messege that my order is being placed or not. Either now please return my amount or give me the conformation mail that my order is being placed and till date it had been delivered and also give the track id number.

          I haven't received any update on my order yet. I ordered 3 pairs of footwear @rs999 on 26dec and i got the delivery in january but the footwears i received were of very poor quality and didn't match pictures, so i requested exchange for it. Footwears were picked up on 31jan but i still don't have any update when i will be getting the exchange. Its been quite late already and i am expecting the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I have already written enough mails but didn't get any response yet.

            The delivery time is expected to be 3-21 days after the placement of the order but i have received my order after over 35 days after the placement of order. After this also i have received damaged products. The jewelry i ordered is broken and faded. The earrings and the necklace i ordered are broken and even the color is fade. Even after late delivery you have sent damaged, faulty products and you are not accepting the return. You need to refund my money and accept the return. Refund my money or i will raise this issue.

                I placed an online order for shoes with this company in november and it hasn't been delivered yet after so many months. They don;t have any contact point except for some e-mail ids. I have been writing them complaints but no one has replied or even bothered to resolve the issue.

                I feel cheated and my money is blocked for no reason.

                  I have placed an order with sss on mon, may 15, 2017 at 3:24 pm and received order confirmation mail. I received a follow up mail which said order has been shipped but it was not delivered even after three months. Post which i raised multiple complaints with them and have not received any response. There has been no update either on the website in my account for the order or not any of the multiple complaints raised. Have not received my product yet.

                    Yesterday i placed an order and its prepaid.

                    I want to change my delivery address as it has been ordered in a wrong address. I have written to them in their customer support but no one is responding. Raised few more requests but no response.

                    I also tried calling their customer support number but it keeps ringing and nobody is responding.

                    If my address won't be corr2before shipping i will be into a complete liss. This site has no facility yo raise your concerns atleast. Totally disappointed with it.

                      I got an email one says there is payment issue order with the reference mnywqevvj.                             I have buyed a 2 boots from streetstylestore got delivered in 20 days, 1 pair of boots where defected, initiated the replacement, replacement came and took back the boots(real boots image & receipt attached in attachment), after 5 days they called us & said they have received organic powder rather than boots, just now i had chat with them on facebook now they are saying to me they have received wrong boots from us, making different excuses on there hand fooling us .

                            quote : also they called us & confirmed us that the boots are with them, the image of boots from them was sent to us through some number on whatsapp (i have attached that image also in attachment )

                            they do not respond to support tickets through there websites, support is not responsive they take 4-5 days to response on any support ticket, worst website, worst support + worst delivery experience, eating my money by fooling us even not refunding the amount to us .

                            refund my 624 rs amount that one pair of boots where defected and we have returned that back to you

                            all images with proof + receipt when the boots was returned to streetstylestore. do not try to scam us you scammers, i have all proof against you that you always try to lie to us . we have returned boots to your courier service + he verified the boots when he took the boots .the confirmation from your team also camed that you have received the boots, provide me the credit note half of my amount .

                                Hi, i ordered boots from "sss" on jan 17th, 2018 & received same on feb 7th, 2018.

                                Size ordered was 42, but i received smaller size. On site their is no as such policy i found for returning the same, only getting option for exchange of size, since 42 is the biggest size, i am not getting how to proceed on it as smaller size in exchange will be of no use for me.

                                If anyone know about email id for sss, request to share so i can be able to raise compliant at next level too.

                                  I have placed an order for three shoes through online payment gateway... On 23rd december 2017, received 2 of them... But the rest one is where in this planet i didn't received any update. According to their # website it is on priority dispatch from more than a month... Either deliver my order or give my money back... Otherwise i'll take strict action against this scam.😡

                                    For 2 different oderes, there are two frauds, for one order product got out of stock after 2 months they are not giving me my money back for amount rs 426.in second case a bag which was of very poor quality torned and dusty again they arent returning my money back cost rs. 1299.
                                    They are giving credit note which is of no use as i do not want to buy anything from them. This is the way they are robbing ppl's money. The amount might be small but if you look at the pattern, this is new way of robbing ppl.

                                      My order no is 1989832. The product was delivered and then picked up from me on exchange request. It has been 20 days that i dint receive neither product nor any information. Please send the product as soon as possible or refund my amount.                                         I placed an order on february 1st. It is a paid order of 3 flats at 999₹
                                        I didn't receive an email confirming that, and days are passing by and i haven't heard from the company. I called them as well, but to no avail.
                                        I have not received any update from the customer services.

                                        Am a regular customer of yours but if it will take so much time in delivery and all, I may have to step back. Kindly look into this matter. Also I got message that
                                        "ARRIVING TODAY: YOUR STREET STYLE STORE SHIPMENT WITH ORDER NO 2063292 IS OUT FOR DELIVERY"
                                        but after sometime I again got another message saying
                                        " UNDELIVERED: YOUR STREET STYLE STORE SHIPMENT WITH ORDER NO 2063292 WAS UNDELIVERED TODAY PLEASE Reach on[protected] OR MAIL [protected]@ONLINEXPRESS.CO.IN"
