I made an order on sss and it got delivered but out of 3 products delivered i had to exchange back one shoe due to size issue. The exchange request was made but the delivery person came and took some other product which my friend ordered for herself.
Following this blunder i dropped an email to deliver my friend's product and take my show for exchange but got no response from the company's side. Also they are not reachable over call.

    I have ordered items on 1st dec, & got the same around 24th dec.
    The products send to me, has poor cloth quality. Hence i tried to find their contact & email address. I can't find any, this company seems to be a fraud company.

    I have send email on [protected]@streetstylestore.com & sss. [protected]@gmail.com, but no reply from them.

    Donot cheat customers like this sss. Refund me my amount.

      I placed on order with street style store on 16th dec 2017 [order id #1970322]. I raised a request for pick up for the replacement of the order as the shoe size did not fit me.
      After few days, i received a message from sss that the request for pick up has been canceled as i did not pick up call, which is totally untrue as no one called me. I called the delivery person to pick up the order and he conveyed that your request is canceled so raise a new request. I could not raise a new request as status was still showing as "exchange - pick up request sent".

      I emailed sss three times but did not get any single response from their side.
      Its going to be one month and i am suffering with this issue.
      Sss, is not entertaining my request at all. They can credit the same amount of rs 624 in my sss account so that i can purchase something else if they cant refund me the money. But please atleast acknowledge the request.

        Hi, i had ordered two pairs of boots on 19th december, it’s been 21days and i still haven’t received my order yet! Please let me know if i am going to get them or no!           I have given an order with the name joshi debbarma on 8th january, 2018 of 1049 rupees. From my mobikwik wallet it already got paid and the wallet became empty... But i have not received any confirmation whether the order is placed or not as my money has already been paid but in the order section it doesn't show orders. Please confirm me whether the order is confirmed as the money already went... Or else i want refund of the money... Please please tell fast... I also ordered few minutes before that with the name elemi debbarma order reference no 2020872... But it got paid and email also came that time... But what about the order with the name joshi debbarma... The money got paid but no order confirmation email neither order placed notification.. The photo of flats are the ones that was ordered but no confirmation and the photo of mobikwik shows the consequent payments done of both the orders.

            My order number is 1944488, i ordered this pair of sandles on 6th dec 2017.
            I paid with my card.. I always order cod because i know this things can happen but as i was ordering many footwear at the same time i paid with card...2 sandles are delibered but 1 is still not dispatched.
            Please send it or at least refund.
            I even did a cod later and thought they would not take money as i already paid for a pair and did not get it but the delivery guy said they do not have any knowledge as such, they just supply products so i had to let go as his salary might have been compromised.
            Please help me witht his.
            I at least need other product if they cannot sent that exact sandle.

                I ordered a pair of shoes on 17 december but due to size issues i sent an exchange pick up request on 24th of december for another size of shoes.
                Its 8th today and i have still. Not recieved my shoes.
                Atleast tell me how much time will it take.
                I am very annoyed because you guys are not even replying to my mails.

                  I placed an order on 25th dec'17 of boots gray color with order id 1990146, i have till date no confirmation that i will receive my order or not...                     I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from street style store in the month of november (24th november 17). I received them after a month. However the shoes did not fit well so i initiated the exchange by changing the size of the shoes and requested for exchange pickup (27th of dec 17).

                    Within 2 days the pickup was scheduled for the exchange.

                    I am expecting a particular email of the delivery of the exchanged shoes.
                    A particular date when it can be delivered, as i have already paid the money as well.

                                I did not like the product at all. I want to exchange the product and order some different product or else i want my money to be refunded back. The heel height of the product also does not match as shown in the picture. Please reply as soon as possible it’s very urgent. The product does not even look like it’s of leather it look like it is of plastic and nor does the colour of the product match, please look forth for this problem as soon as possible because i m in need of other product

                                  Am in delhi.. Just a 5 kms from street style store address given and am yet to receive an order 1979701. The status on the website shows will be dispatched in 21 days and it has remained so for the past 10 days. What does it mean?? Is the item going to delivered or is it forgotten after taking money?? Theres no option to cancel and get a refund also. Why are u putting items on display i[censored] dont have it with u?? No online shopping website has got such a unresponsive customer support. They have conveniently not fgiven any customer support contact nos also.

                                    Order reference no.- #1935030. Product ordered on 2/12/2017, a pair of black shoes. It have been a month and more after ordering the product but it still has not been dispatched from the company. Im waiting from very long for when they dispatch the product but they are not giving any response.                                       've ordered for a bag by name love angles and make my flair sneakers. I've placed the order on 19th december. And i had a voucher of 599 which was a refund for my previous order. I used it... And initially my billing was 266 rupees. I was expecting the product atleast on 9th jan, coz i was leaving the city. When i conveyed this, they split my order. And now i'm asked to pay 216 for snow and 200 for bag = 416 rupees. Which is totally unfair. Either i'm asking for refund of my 599 or deliver me both products together with previous billing of 266 rupees (Be it if it gets how ever late)

                                        Hi, i ordered 1 runway inspired boot - shoe size : 38 from this website with order no.#1997025 on 28th december 2017, and i got the shipment on 5th jan 2018. When i opened the box, the quality is so low and piece is defected, thread is coming out from the stitching of the shoes so i asked for a return and to process the refund.

                                        However, till now no information on refund status. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted rs1050 on this boot. I want a refund!
