I ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th of november and i haven't received my package till date. I read on their website that it may take 15 to 21 days to deliver, so i waited, but they have not been delivered till now and i have no idea where my package is. On top of all this they don't provide cash on delivery and the money is not refundable.
I have emailed them a couple of times and they have replied saying that they have marked my package as a "priority dispatch". But are their buyers really their priority, considering bad their customer service is?

    I made an online order of brown boots with order ydpkotchq and order id 2020848. After placing the order i found instead of different shipping address than billing address it it generated both billing and shipping address same. I made an online mode of payment for the product. No where is the option to cancel the product or to change the shipping address and there is no contact number on the official site only mail id i had mailed at least for 10-15 times but got no reply. I got a mobile number from one of the site, called for 27 times but no one is picking up the call so that i could informed. This is for the first time i made payment also but there is no proper customer help desk to follow up with the problem.

    They gave the best possible service and delivered the product which took little time but it reached to it’s destination and also the quality was good enough.

      Hi everyone,

      This complaint is regarding order id : #1909438
      Its been 2 months and they have not delivered the product neither they are returning my payment. They are not even replying to our mails neither contacting us. Please do help. I've been trying a lot to get in contact with these people, but it look's like they are now least bothered to reply to our communication or contact us. Every time when i try to contact them, i receive an e-mail saying "the product will be shipped as a priority shipped". Order details are given below"

      Hiee ididnt like my shoe at all one which I ordered it’s totally different i need my money back plz do rpl me as soon as possible
      I ordered boots 1978402 ...since the size was small so i put it up for replacement ...it has been 10 days since my shoes has been picked up when the hell will i get my boots of larger size😡😡either return my boots or refund my money 😠😠do not male us more angry otherwise we have to take strict action 😡i wanted it for occasion but i had not got.

        I’ve placed an order on 3rd of december 2017
        And today is 9th of january 2018
        That counts to more then 21 days
        My order hasn’t been delivered yet
        I’ve done placed a complaint more then twice and still there’s no reply to my complaints or delivery of my products
        Earlier also my product was returned and it took them more then 6 months to exchange my order and give me the required product
        I’m really disappointed with the service they are offering
        They don’t even have a customer care number on which we can contact them
        This is really a pathetic website service

          I have ordered flats with the name joshi debbarma whose price was 1049. The payment was done through mobikwik wallet. But after the payment there was no confirmation email neither confirmation message from streetstylestore. If the money has already been debited then why there is no confirmation message. Email from mobikwik also came that the money was debited. Please i want to know as fast as possible whether the order is confirmed or not as the money was already sent or otherwise i want refund of the money. I have been calling in the number given since morning but its either busy or no one is picking up. I ordered another set of flats whose order id-2020872 few minutes before, but that time it got properly paid and there was also confirmation email. Then while ordering the second set of flats why was there no confirmation email though the money was sent? Please resolve the issue as fast as possible otherwise actions will be taken. The first picture is of the mobikwik wallet money being debited and the second picture is of the flats that were ordered. Please reply as fast as possible. I have even sent an email yesterday but there was no response. I want an immediate response.

            I made an order on sss and it got delivered but out of 3 products delivered i had to exchange back one shoe due to size issue. The exchange request was made but the delivery person came and took some other product which my friend ordered for herself.
            Following this blunder i dropped an email to deliver my friend's product and take my show for exchange but got no response from the company's side. Also they are not reachable over call.

              I have ordered items on 1st dec, & got the same around 24th dec.
              The products send to me, has poor cloth quality. Hence i tried to find their contact & email address. I can't find any, this company seems to be a fraud company.

              Donot cheat customers like this sss. Refund me my amount.

                I placed on order with street style store on 16th dec 2017 [order id #1970322]. I raised a request for pick up for the replacement of the order as the shoe size did not fit me.
                After few days, i received a message from sss that the request for pick up has been canceled as i did not pick up call, which is totally untrue as no one called me. I called the delivery person to pick up the order and he conveyed that your request is canceled so raise a new request. I could not raise a new request as status was still showing as "exchange - pick up request sent".

                I emailed sss three times but did not get any single response from their side.
                Its going to be one month and i am suffering with this issue.
                Sss, is not entertaining my request at all. They can credit the same amount of rs 624 in my sss account so that i can purchase something else if they cant refund me the money. But please atleast acknowledge the request.

                    I have given an order with the name joshi debbarma on 8th january, 2018 of 1049 rupees. From my mobikwik wallet it already got paid and the wallet became empty... But i have not received any confirmation whether the order is placed or not as my money has already been paid but in the order section it doesn't show orders. Please confirm me whether the order is confirmed as the money already went... Or else i want refund of the money... Please please tell fast... I also ordered few minutes before that with the name elemi debbarma order reference no 2020872... But it got paid and email also came that time... But what about the order with the name joshi debbarma... The money got paid but no order confirmation email neither order placed notification.. The photo of flats are the ones that was ordered but no confirmation and the photo of mobikwik shows the consequent payments done of both the orders.

                      My order number is 1944488, i ordered this pair of sandles on 6th dec 2017.
                      I paid with my card.. I always order cod because i know this things can happen but as i was ordering many footwear at the same time i paid with card...2 sandles are delibered but 1 is still not dispatched.
                      Please send it or at least refund.
                      I even did a cod later and thought they would not take money as i already paid for a pair and did not get it but the delivery guy said they do not have any knowledge as such, they just supply products so i had to let go as his salary might have been compromised.
                      Please help me witht his.
                      I at least need other product if they cannot sent that exact sandle.

                            I placed an order on 25th dec'17 of boots gray color with order id 1990146, i have till date no confirmation that i will receive my order or not...                             Please give us last 5 days to deliver the orders from our end. We will be sending you a confirmation mail from our email id. If in any case, we fail to deliver the products within next 5 days, we will definitely initiate the refund and the money will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

                              I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from street style store in the month of november (24th november 17). I received them after a month. However the shoes did not fit well so i initiated the exchange by changing the size of the shoes and requested for exchange pickup (27th of dec 17).

                              Within 2 days the pickup was scheduled for the exchange.

                              I am expecting a particular email of the delivery of the exchanged shoes.
                              A particular date when it can be delivered, as i have already paid the money as well.
                              Kindly advice.

                                I had bought two pairs of shoes and having size issue, thats why i want to exchange. But when i tried for exchange, a popup message was appear that "exchange is not available on this product".. But at the booking time, there wasn't any message or note regarding return or exchange.
                                How one can judge whether return is available or not.. It is ridiculous.. What should i do with smaller size of shoes?

                                  Hi my order number is #1943752. I have placed the order on 6/12/2017. Its been more than 30 days now and my order status is still under priority dispatch. I don't understand how many more days it will take for delivery.. I ordered wedges and there is no response from your side even i have raised many queries. Deliver my product as soon as possible. I need it at any cost very soon. If it is not delivered soon i will not again buy anything from your store.
