I've ordered the chance boots grey - shoe size: 39 size, reference no - #1959597 on 12th of december so that i can use the same in new year. But i haven't received the product till now, neither i've got any call or mail on its dispatch. I would like to get a reply on this issue else i'll take a serious action against it. Also, i've called your customer care no. Since days but there was no revert on the same....

I ordered my product grey women boot -724 rs on 6 dec 2017.. And done with online payment and after 21 dayz.. Still my product not deliver yet... I contionously check my status.. Only priority dispatched are written there... Please deliver my product as soon as possible... Or refund my money... Please... It havnt given any track id.. Or any customer number in which they response... Please help me please... Why they do with online payment...

Hi i've been trying to call the customer care number and it's always busy. I have opted for an exchange of size and i recieved order as welll but its falty product sent which i havent ordered and raosed many request nd there is no communication on the same.

I had brought a pair of shoes from sss. When they recieved they are large in size. But when i tried to change its size.. There is no optn if sizes were avaable there.. I had a screenshot of this even.. I had contact thm so maby times but they didn't respond. I request to take action against this.. So that i got perfect size of my shoes... Otherwise they are just a waste. Or either they can change my shoes.. Plz do something sir...
