I had ordered 3 jewelries from this website on 15th of december 2017. I wanted them by 30th of december. According to me 15 days of time is more then enough to deliver a product in any corners of india. But only god knows in what corner your store is located because of which you are not able to send the product on time. You know what sss your website sucksssss. You people are fraud. I want my money back otherwise i will officially file a complain against you. And i will post my true reviews on all the social networking sites.. There are so many people who are facing the same issue. I will make your store to shut down... You ppl better send my product by this week..

    I received the faulty item this is the first time i shopped from sss, i am so disappointed i want my money back, you people are making us fool, such a bad experience, i want this to be resolve immediately otherwise i have to contact police, that your company is making people fool. I order footwear and on of the bow on the bellies is missing this is really so bad. I order this to wear on new year, but i have on wear this, i felt so bad, in india companies like streetstylestore making people fool. Playing with the emotions so bad very bad, please help me i have paid approximately 700 rs i want my money back please. Help me.

      This is the worst possible sight ever. I have never ever been this disappointed and annoyed at any store/online portal, whatsoever. I had place an order so long back that i don't remember the date too. The footwear were ordered for a special occassion, which ofcourse went by as well. And now we have entered a new year altogether and i still have no news of my footwear. Street style store, until and unless there are fairies coming and making your had damn shoes, there is no reason for you to take 2 months. And putting my order on "priority dispatch" is not going to help. I need my footwear or my refund asap. My order code is mnjcxfpen

      I had ordered accessories on 15th of december and i still did not get my orders. I had mail them 4-5 times but no necessary action has been taken uptil now.

        I have written 3 complaints altogether for the same order because it's been over 1month that i haven't received my order. I already paid for the wedges. And it's really disappointing to see how irresponsible you people are. I really really want the order by 6th of january 2018. Sorry to say but we would have to take strict action if still not looked into the matter.

          Hi, i ordered 2 boots from this website with order no 1939415 and 1942874 respectively. 1 shoe got delivered and i found despite ordering my size 41 it's not fitting me. Also i was not satisfied with the comfort and product quality so i asked for a return. Company picked up the product after 10 days but till now no information on refund status or exchange.in order status it's showing that product will be shipped in next 21 days i. E. January end. What will i do with a boot after winter is over. From delhi to gurgaon if they take 2 months to deliver a shoes then it's worthless to order. Secondly, trauma on my second shoes. It got delivered around 20th jan but nowhere it's close to the pic posted. Quality is so poor that i can't think of wearing it but there is no option coming in my order section to ask for a return/ refund or exchange. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted rs1500 on these 2 boots. I want a complete refund of my money asap.

          Hi, even after marking my order on priority, I haven't received my exchanged product and also no one came to pick my second product. No communication has been made from your end about the same. It's already been 2 months in total and 11 days post this complaint's response from you. Within Delhi/NCR you people take 2-3 months time to deliver an item. I don't want the products now as winter is almost over and no use of boots now. Please refund back my money as soon as possible. How are you people managing a store without providing a phone number to customers? We customers don't have any option to reach out to you, I mailed 4-5 times but your team hardly bother to respond to it. A strict action is required for such companies who fool people like this.

            I have not received the order yet which was placed on 25.11.2017 vide order dated #1920679. I have made payment online. Instead of repeated reminder on website the same is not responded by company. I ordered shoes as it was required during winter season. The winter is about to over but i have not received it yet.               My order no is 25489. I have ordered 2 foot wear and made the payment for botha. Only 1 of the footwear is delievered. I have not recieved any information from the dealer and oayment has been taken for 2 which is a fraud
              I haven't received my order placed on 11/25/2017 .Its been a month now. I have raised soo many queries but no reply(more than 20 ). since payment is made online and that too way back thats bad on ur path. I have tried every possible way ti contact sss but no reply.

                I ordered black shoes from street style store. Order ref no. #1935030. It has been 1 month i ordered the product and it is still not dispatched. And they are also not receiving any calls from me. From last 14 days it is still at priority dispatch and not even moved ut from there. Order id jdnzrmglp has been a month ordered and still not received and not still dispatched. Please kindly resolve it and do deliver goods as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered 2sandals on 6th dec'17 and prepayment done for the order. But due to size issues i had raised a exchange request. Pick up of the sandals done by the delivery boy as the message received from sss aganist the order. But still the website shows pick up request sent. And now i am unable to order new sandals aganust the payment done. Please rectify the portal and allow me to order new sandals or else refund my amount to my account. Ref no.                         Hi,

                        I ordered multiple products from street style store. 2 of the products were discontinued and the order placed on 21st dec, was still accepted (Order reference number spvmzalqx and poxpfdnwt). When i claimed for refund, i was issued credit note stating refunds will not be provided. Since the product was not available, the customer should not bear the brunt. They have still not agreed to refund the amount.

                        Further, i placed another order reference number udzioovyg on 18th dec and the product delivered turned out to be below expected standard. Requested for refund for that too. However, i doubt they will refund.

                          Hi... I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday i have received my order but this is the first time that i didn't like the quality of your product... And there is no option for exchange only size can be replaced... Kindly accept return of my order or give option for exchange i don't want same pair of shoes kindly resolve my problem or i will complaint to consumer court... If i didn't like the quality of your product then you should have an option for exchange the product also only size replace option is there. Noone picks up the call nor anyone replies mail. I am in my final year and soon going to leave my address given. So, please make my order to b delivered soon.                                 I placed the order for 2 boots on the 23rd of november. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 10th of december. Ig is the 30th. I've written several messages and called the customer care number but have received no response. The order status has been priority dispatch since 15 days. I need those boots asap. Could someone get in touch w me? The products are amazing but the horrendous customer service spoils it all. I have already submitted 6 to 7 queries but there is no response. I expected a better service.

                                The order got cancelled because the products were suddenly out of stock. Shouldn't that be mentioned before 2 months of waiting. Now I've placed another order with products i have to settle with and it's "preparation in progress " since a week now

                                  I have placed an order with sss on 28th dec. But didn't get order confirmation mail from them even after 5-10 minutes of their website in working mode and now don't know about it's status yet.
                                  Although i have order details from it's payment gateway i. E. Ccavenue & it's order i'd is [protected]-5650936 and reference no as[protected].
                                  Also, i tried reaching streetstylestore help desk and customer care no of times and dropped many mails to them but they didn't responded back yet and now i am fed up of following with them via their official customer center. They make their customer so frustrated that even tried reaching on their contact no as well which was never answerable too.
                                  Please help me on this as it seems the worst e-commerce site experience i have so far.
                                  Even now i don't want my items to be delivered instead want to cancel my order.

                                  Looking forward for you quick help on this.

                                    I have not received my order yet. I have raised my concern via email so many times but i have not got any response from them.
                                    Sss is very irresponsible in terms of delivering the products. They are not responsive to their customers.
                                    Please look into this asap.

                                    We would like to inform you that, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2- 4 working days.Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse.The replacement order will be made for the new size or the right product which you have selected while initiating the exchange.

                                    Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product.

                                    Note: IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED ANY FAULTY/DIFFERENT PRODUCT YOU MAY INITIATE THE EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME AND THE REPLACEMENT ORDER WILL BE PLACED FOR THE CORRECT PRODUCT.

                                      This is regarding my order number 1862343. I want to change the size of the article i ordered but i am unable to as in my account the order delivery is not updated so i cannot proceed with the exchange policy you have. Want you take take necessary actions on the same. I don’t want a personal visit to your office please get it resolved as soon as possible. I want to get it exchanged for a different size at the earliest. Disappointed by your service.
                                      Also, on top of that no one answers phone when we try calling on your customer care number. I tried n number of times to call on your customer care number but no one answers.

                                      Will wait for the revert.

                                        I have got a wrong pair of shoes today morning... But in the returns page.. There is only size exchange given... But i want to exchange the product.. As it is sss mistake to send a wrong pair of shoes.. So either refund the money or change the shoes... I have been ordering products from sss from 2 years.. Andu just can't cheat on customer like this.. By sending an other product.. So please better resolve the issue.. Or else u r going to loose many customers like me..
