I did not like the product at all. I want to exchange the product and order some different product or else i want my money to be refunded back. The heel height of the product also does not match as shown in the picture. Please reply as soon as possible it’s very urgent. The product does not even look like it’s of leather it look like it is of plastic and nor does the colour of the product match, please look forth for this problem as soon as possible because i m in need of other product

    Am in delhi.. Just a 5 kms from street style store address given and am yet to receive an order 1979701. The status on the website shows will be dispatched in 21 days and it has remained so for the past 10 days. What does it mean?? Is the item going to delivered or is it forgotten after taking money?? Theres no option to cancel and get a refund also. Why are u putting items on display i[censored] dont have it with u?? No online shopping website has got such a unresponsive customer support. They have conveniently not fgiven any customer support contact nos also.

      Order reference no.- #1935030. Product ordered on 2/12/2017, a pair of black shoes. It have been a month and more after ordering the product but it still has not been dispatched from the company. Im waiting from very long for when they dispatch the product but they are not giving any response. Order id - jdnzrmglp has not been yet delivered ajd dispatched, so i kindly request u to resolve it as soon as possible.

        've ordered for a bag by name love angles and make my flair sneakers. I've placed the order on 19th december. And i had a voucher of 599 which was a refund for my previous order. I used it... And initially my billing was 266 rupees. I was expecting the product atleast on 9th jan, coz i was leaving the city. When i conveyed this, they split my order. And now i'm asked to pay 216 for snow and 200 for bag = 416 rupees. Which is totally unfair. Either i'm asking for refund of my 599 or deliver me both products together with previous billing of 266 rupees (Be it if it gets how ever late)

          Hi, i ordered 1 runway inspired boot - shoe size : 38 from this website with order no.#1997025 on 28th december 2017, and i got the shipment on 5th jan 2018. When i opened the box, the quality is so low and piece is defected, thread is coming out from the stitching of the shoes so i asked for a return and to process the refund.

          However, till now no information on refund status. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted rs1050 on this boot. I want a refund!

            My order id #2003336. Chance greetings flats grey - shoe size: 36 came two days back, the package was delivered on time but the size was small. I've been sending emails on sss. [protected]@gmail.com, but there's no response also there's no return policy on this product. I'm clearly not asking for any refund or so but all i want is to change the product and send me the larger size. This small size product is of no use for me also i've paid full amount so why should i let this go like this. Kindly revert and change my product.

              My product order id #1995670. I have ordered sandals but there is problem with size i want to return this product and there is no way to contact them and tracking was not yet updated as delivered but i got product a week back. This issue should be resolved very fast. I am really frustated with this that how to contact with these street style store. Waiting for the repky from the street style store people i am unable to contact them and this would be a worst experience for me being a customer of sss.

                Hi there,

                I orders boots from sss store with online payment method.

                There was some issue with size... I made a request for exchange and request them to change size and as well length actually i needed ankle length boots but somehow i received with legs length.

                After that a person came for pickup and he opened the parcel to take a pic so that it could get clear whether i am sending right product or not. He cleared his doubt and took the parcel.

                After few days a person called me from sss and said that this is not what we sent to you. When the pickup person cleared the thing then how it can be customer's fault? He did not even listen to my concern, he disconnected call.

                Now i have received parcel of night wear normal sleepers instead of boots. This is how they made their customers fool.

                  I placed my order on christmas 25/12/17 it still hasn't been delivered plus there is no body reverting on their company's help desk and why does it take so long for the order to get delivered. Briefly i tried to reach out to them on their site or say it via mail but there was no response the only response i got was that they have changed address and i want my products to be delivered asap

                      I placed an order on 13th dec 2017 for 3 sandals and made an online payment. The order has reached pune on 22nd dec but it has been delivered to us until now i. E 5th jan. Every-time we call the shipment company they say that it will be delivered today or tomorrow but it has been 13 days since it has reached pune hub but still it hasn't been delivered. They say office was closed on 3rd so it got delayed but today too they say the same thing because on 3rd office was closed so couldn't delivered. They now don't pickup the call now.

                        Please make sure that this order is processed fast and not like last time that the order delivery took 3 months. Make sure both the orders are delivered within a week so that the consumer can use them when required. It will really be a shame if this order is also not delivered early and it also takes 3 months.                         There have been no updates whatsoever on this order no. 2012089. Even when i have filed a complaint before also and for other orders also there has been no action on this order. No doubt other orders are processed fast after i filed a consumer complaint bt there has been no changes in this order . It has not even been shipped till now and my request for early delivery has been ignored .

                          Street style store is seriously pathetic. Worst service ever. I ordered a pair of shoes on 10th december 2017. You said 3-21 days for shipping.. Where the hell is my order?? No response to the complaints i have been dropping. No update about the delivery. No response to the calls either.
                          What am i supposed to make of this??

                                My order id is 1946854. Unfortunately i cannot track my order and it hasn't delivered yet even after 21 days of order. How can an online shopping site take about one month to deliver orders. Try to upgrade your service. And in case if i cannot get the order what will you do with my money, i want to know either you will refund it or what? Please try to deliver it soon or else please refund the money which i have paid for the order

                                  I have placed my sweaters on 7/12/17 from this damn site but till now neither i can track it nor deliver the order. I have made complaints many times but got no reply no response. How can this site came out so irresponsible, it's out of expectation. I m so sorry to say that it's the worst online shopping site. At least provide customer care number so that we can directly talk and solve the problem but it didn't happen. Please try to deliver my order asap or refund my money

                                    I have ordered shoes from sss on 4th dec 2017 and it's 3rd jan today. The order is not even dispatched. It's the worst even online shopping experience. What is taking so long to deliver just a shoes. Everyone order for some occasion, but no update on the order here. Either deliver the order asap or refund the amount. Please respond to the complain sooner.

                                    Yet again!! No response or progress on order after marking the order as priority dispatch. Are you going to dispatch the order or not!!
                                    Once again!!! SSS just put my order for priority dispatch but nothing has happened after that. It's not yet dispatched. Are you going to dispatch the product or not??

                                      I ordered boots 1978402... Since size was small so i put it up for exchange.. It has been 10 days since they picked up my boots... When will i get exchange boots 😡😡😡either return boots of bigger size or refund my money.😠please return the boots of larger size or give my money back.. Otherwise i would have to take a strict action😡😠😠,. Worst site ever.. I will not wait more i want my boots back within next 5 days or i will take a strict action 😡😡😡i hope you understand... I wanted it for an occasion which is within next 2 days... But you people have not exchanged my boots..

                                        I had ordered 3 jewelries from this website on 15th of december 2017. I wanted them by 30th of december. According to me 15 days of time is more then enough to deliver a product in any corners of india. But only god knows in what corner your store is located because of which you are not able to send the product on time. You know what sss your website sucksssss. You people are fraud. I want my money back otherwise i will officially file a complain against you. And i will post my true reviews on all the social networking sites.. There are so many people who are facing the same issue. I will make your store to shut down... You ppl better send my product by this week..
