Hi,
My order id #2003336. Chance greetings flats grey - shoe size: 36 came two days back, the package was delivered on time but the size was small. I've been sending emails on sss. [protected]@gmail.com, but there's no response also there's no return policy on this product. I'm clearly not asking for any refund or so but all i want is to change the product and send me the larger size. This small size product is of no use for me also i've paid full amount so why should i let this go like this. Kindly revert and change my product.

    My product order id #1995670. I have ordered sandals but there is problem with size i want to return this product and there is no way to contact them and tracking was not yet updated as delivered but i got product a week back. This issue should be resolved very fast. I am really frustated with this that how to contact with these street style store. Waiting for the repky from the street style store people i am unable to contact them and this would be a worst experience for me being a customer of sss.

      Hi there,

      I orders boots from sss store with online payment method.

      There was some issue with size... I made a request for exchange and request them to change size and as well length actually i needed ankle length boots but somehow i received with legs length.

      After that a person came for pickup and he opened the parcel to take a pic so that it could get clear whether i am sending right product or not. He cleared his doubt and took the parcel.

      After few days a person called me from sss and said that this is not what we sent to you. When the pickup person cleared the thing then how it can be customer's fault? He did not even listen to my concern, he disconnected call.

      Now i have received parcel of night wear normal sleepers instead of boots. This is how they made their customers fool.

      Kindly check and refund me my amount of INR 724 because now I do not trust on you guys and I will never order from your store and even I will never recommend anybody to buy from SSS.

        I placed my order on christmas 25/12/17 it still hasn't been delivered plus there is no body reverting on their company's help desk and why does it take so long for the order to get delivered. Briefly i tried to reach out to them on their site or say it via mail but there was no response the only response i got was that they have changed address and i want my products to be delivered asap

I will not compromise with the size if will co-operate with me by changing the size only then i am not going to commpromise because the quality of yuour shoes is vary very bad and m not going to accept the same pair...             I placed an order on 13th dec 2017 for 3 sandals and made an online payment. The order has reached pune on 22nd dec but it has been delivered to us until now i. E 5th jan. Every-time we call the shipment company they say that it will be delivered today or tomorrow but it has been 13 days since it has reached pune hub but still it hasn't been delivered. They say office was closed on 3rd so it got delayed but today too they say the same thing because on 3rd office was closed so couldn't delivered. They now don't pickup the call now.

              Please make sure that this order is processed fast and not like last time that the order delivery took 3 months. Make sure both the orders are delivered within a week so that the consumer can use them when required. It will really be a shame if this order is also not delivered early and it also takes 3 months. Deliver the order as soon as possible.

              There have been no updates whatsoever on this order no. 2012089. Even when i have filed a complaint before also and for other orders also there has been no action on this order. No doubt other orders are processed fast after i filed a consumer complaint bt there has been no changes in this order . It has not even been shipped till now and my request for early delivery has been ignored .

                Street style store is seriously pathetic. Worst service ever. I ordered a pair of shoes on 10th december 2017. You said 3-21 days for shipping.. Where the hell is my order?? No response to the complaints i have been dropping. No update about the delivery. No response to the calls either.
                What am i supposed to make of this??
                Quite irresponsible service.

How can an online shopping site take about one month to deliver orders. Try to upgrade your service.                         I have placed my sweaters on 7/12/17 from this damn site but till now neither i can track it nor deliver the order. I have made complaints many times but got no reply no response. How can this site came out so irresponsible, it's out of expectation. I m so sorry to say that it's the worst online shopping site. At least provide customer care number so that we can directly talk and solve the problem but it didn't happen. Please try to deliver my order asap or refund my money

When will i get exchange boots 😡😡😡either return boots of bigger size or refund my money.😠please return the boots of larger size or give my money back..                               I had ordered 3 jewelries from this website on 15th of december 2017. I wanted them by 30th of december. According to me 15 days of time is more then enough to deliver a product in any corners of india. But only god knows in what corner your store is located because of which you are not able to send the product on time. You know what sss your website sucksssss. You people are fraud. I want my money back otherwise i will officially file a complain against you. And i will post my true reviews on all the social networking sites.. There are so many people who are facing the same issue. I will make your store to shut down... You ppl better send my product by this week..

                                I received the faulty item this is the first time i shopped from sss, i am so disappointed i want my money back, you people are making us fool, such a bad experience, i want this to be resolve immediately otherwise i have to contact police, that your company is making people fool. I order footwear and on of the bow on the bellies is missing this is really so bad. I order this to wear on new year, but i have on wear this, i felt so bad, in india companies like streetstylestore making people fool. Playing with the emotions so bad very bad, please help me i have paid approximately 700 rs i want my money back please. Help me.

                                  This is the worst possible sight ever. I have never ever been this disappointed and annoyed at any store/online portal, whatsoever. I had place an order so long back that i don't remember the date too. The footwear were ordered for a special occassion, which ofcourse went by as well. And now we have entered a new year altogether and i still have no news of my footwear. Street style store, until and unless there are fairies coming and making your had damn shoes, there is no reason for you to take 2 months. And putting my order on "priority dispatch" is not going to help. I need my footwear or my refund asap. My order code is mnjcxfpen

                                  I had ordered accessories on 15th of december and i still did not get my orders. I had mail them 4-5 times but no necessary action has been taken uptil now.

                                    I have written 3 complaints altogether for the same order because it's been over 1month that i haven't received my order. I already paid for the wedges. And it's really disappointing to see how irresponsible you people are. I really really want the order by 6th of january 2018. Sorry to say but we would have to take strict action if still not looked into the matter.

                                      Hi, i ordered 2 boots from this website with order no 1939415 and 1942874 respectively. 1 shoe got delivered and i found despite ordering my size 41 it's not fitting me. Also i was not satisfied with the comfort and product quality so i asked for a return. Company picked up the product after 10 days but till now no information on refund status or exchange.in order status it's showing that product will be shipped in next 21 days i. E. January end. What will i do with a boot after winter is over. From delhi to gurgaon if they take 2 months to deliver a shoes then it's worthless to order. Secondly, trauma on my second shoes. It got delivered around 20th jan but nowhere it's close to the pic posted. Quality is so poor that i can't think of wearing it but there is no option coming in my order section to ask for a return/ refund or exchange. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted rs1500 on these 2 boots. I want a complete refund of my money asap.

                                      Hi, even after marking my order on priority, I haven't received my exchanged product and also no one came to pick my second product. No communication has been made from your end about the same. It's already been 2 months in total and 11 days post this complaint's response from you. Within Delhi/NCR you people take 2-3 months time to deliver an item. I don't want the products now as winter is almost over and no use of boots now. Please refund back my money as soon as possible. How are you people managing a store without providing a phone number to customers? We customers don't have any option to reach out to you, I mailed 4-5 times but your team hardly bother to respond to it. A strict action is required for such companies who fool people like this.

                                        I have not received the order yet which was placed on 25.11.2017 vide order dated #1920679. I have made payment online. Instead of repeated reminder on website the same is not responded by company. I ordered shoes as it was required during winter season. The winter is about to over but i have not received it yet.
