I have ordered a shoe but is not like the picture given it looks disgusting and it is not comfortable and even i ask that delivery boy that do they have return lolicy he said yes and after buying it they are not responsing back. And every online company provides their return and refund policy and also their customer care no. Is not working its just like wasting your money so plz check and give me my refubd as soon as poosible....

I ordered a pair of boots, it didnt fit, i though i will choose new size, it didnt fit.
What i can see is that the issue is not with size, it is with product, it is so uncomfortable. I tried exchanging again, i coudnt see the option to do that again.
I have raised multiple tickets, no relavant info was given.
Either refund my money or exchange it,
I am very pissed off...
