Hey, my order no. Is 1932792

I have been trying since so many days to get my product picked up for the exchange as the size doesn't fit me.

I am so badly trying to contact on customer care number but i get no response..

What not ways i have tried to reach you people but somehow intentionally or non intentionally i am not getting any response.

I never experienced such difficulty and trouble with online shopping till now.

This is something which is really disappointing and forced me to never trust online sites.

I never expected such poor customer service..

Somehow i am expecting a response this time.

There was no size description given about the product. Of what size the top is. Nothing was mentioned. Although I ordered. So now how will I get to know of what size my order will be delivered

I have ordered a top ( one crazy military top) from winter collection of street style store and there was no size description given on the product
Of what size that top was..??
So how will i get to know of what size the product will be delivered to me.

I placed an order with order ID 1954946 on streetstylestore and I want it to be cancelled immediately as I don’t want the product anymore. Please cancel the order as early as possible. I wanted the order to be delivered asap but neither the estimated delivery date is provided in the order confirmation email nor there is any tracking ID provided.

    Hi i've been trying to call the customer care number and it's always busy. I have opted for an exchange of size and i recieved order as welll but its falty product sent which i havent ordered and raosed many request nd there is no communication on the same.
    I have called back but the number is always busy
    I had sent a mail before that and the response was customer care represent ice will get back in 24hrs but yet there is no response and they have been sending us the link but link has no correct option
    Kindly revert back asap

      This is the second time this is happening. I ordered 3 footwears and they look so cheap, not at all worth the money.
      I am completely dissatisfied. I want a refund for my order, complete waste of money.
      This is how you manipulate your customers, showing something else and providing cheap things.

        Hello team,
        My order reference is buqarhowz and order no. Is 1974286. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on this website 8 days ago and made the payment online. Till today my order has been on "priority dispatch" for like 7 days now but i don't think it is their priority to ship my order. I have placed several queries on when my order is going to be dispatched but there has been no response. I request the sss to ship my order as soon as possible. This is highly unacceptable as other sites usually deliver the product in 2-3 days.

              This is regarding order no scwohausf #1943063 the return pickup request was raised on 15/12/2017 for size change. The pickup never arrived. Moreover there is no choice to return the products they will only exchange the size. The quality of the shoes i received is too bad and i would like a refund at least as sss credits that i could use against another order.

                Hi i placed my order on 23.12.2017. Now you must be thinkin why is she puting up a complain when we have a policy of delivering the products in 3-21 days business days which mostly we fail to adhere to. I am writing a complain here because i ordered this product looking at the website promising that they provide same day dispatch of this product. Now here i am 48 hours later still no notification of the product making any progress towards me. So what are you guys gonna temme now?

                            Hello team,

                            I had placed order for two shoes from street style store on 24 november 2017, the estimated delivery for that was 15 december. Today is 24 december but i haven't receive anything. I raised more then 10 tickets for the same but everytime they used to close without giving any resolution. I already paid for the shoes. Even they are also not updating the status, last status update was debagged on 19 dec. Can u please explain me what does that mean - debagged
                            And just tell when will i get my order or will i receive that or not.
                            I m totally frustrated ryt now.
                            N now i m too scared to cancel because after seeing dis behavior i m not sure that i will get my money back or not

                              I had brought a pair of shoes from sss. When they recieved they are large in size. But when i tried to change its size.. There is no optn if sizes were avaable there.. I had a screenshot of this even.. I had contact thm so maby times but they didn't respond. I request to take action against this.. So that i got perfect size of my shoes... Otherwise they are just a waste. Or either they can change my shoes.. Plz do something sir

                                  What i can see is that the issue is not with size, it is with product, it is so uncomfortable. I tried exchanging again, i coudnt see the option to do that again.
                                  I have raised multiple tickets, no relavant info was given.
                                  Either refund my money or exchange it,
                                  I am very pissed off with your services,

                                    Hi team, i ordered 3 three shoes on 22 nov and i send an email saying that it's urgent as m goin out of station however there is no response it's been a month now.. There is no news if it is goin to deliver or not. Ateast we expect a call or message. Kindly request to look into the matter it's very late now. If it wl take time i wl have to cancel the order. Can u please call me once or provide a number to call in next two days i wl b out of station already a month the order is in priority dispatch n tl now the status remains the same.

                                      Hi team

                                      I ordered a product with order id 1954946, although it says that the product will be delivered in 3-21 days but i cannot wait that long as i want the product immediately.

                                      Please cance my order immediately as i no longer want the product. There is no estimated delivery date provided in the order confirmation email nor there is any tracking id given.

                                      Infact a lot reviews say that the product are not delivered even after one month of placing the order and since i want the product as early as possible i cannot trust the delivery timings.

                                      Hence please cancel my order as soon as possible. Thanks.
