Hi,
My order id is 1969870
I ordered a pair of boots, it didnt fit, i though i will choose new size, it didnt fit.
What i can see is that the issue is not with size, it is with product, it is so uncomfortable. I tried exchanging again, i coudnt see the option to do that again.
I have raised multiple tickets, no relavant info was given.
Either refund my money or exchange it,
I am very pissed off with your services,
