Guys!!! My order is still under priority dispactch!! Please let me know when i would receive my order as it is supposed to be a gift. Please understand and do submit it by 21 st as it is for gifting purpose for a birthday!!! This delay was not excepted from you people!! And nobody answers the contact number! Even if i mail you guys personally nobody bothers

I am really dissapointed in you guys!! This later service is extremely annoying!!! It's been over a month since i have made this order. It's sad to see you guys lacking time sense!!! Please and do deliver it by 21st

This is the hundredth time i am trying to reach out you guys!!! Please let me know when the on this planet will you guys deliver my order!!! It's been over a month and i am fed up and i need the boots!!! This is for the purpose of gifting someone on their birthday so please deliver by 21st!!! I am pleading!! Please deliver it soon or atleast let me know when i will recieve!!! 😤

You guys lack time sense and punctuality!! The last i have ordered i did not see any such issues!! Please deliver it by 21st

      I had ordered boots from my account on 2nd december 2017. They sent me a confirmation mail for both the order and the shipping. But when i received the order, i got blue boots instead of brown ones on 9th december. Almost instantly i requested for a return and provision of delivery of the correct shoes i had ordered. They even sent a pick up on 11th december with a guy named gopal shah and now it has been 7 days since they had taken the return item and they say they haven't received it yet. How long do i have to wait for a correct order to be delivered at my doorstep? It has already been 16 days. I'm writing to them almost every alternate day and there seems to be no response or any kind of action form their side. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

        Hi team,

        It's been more than one month and i haven't received my product yet which is actually to be delivered by 27/11/2017.

        But today i opened the site to check the order status, i am seeing that order has been canceled. I didn't cancel the order from my end then how can it be canceled and what about the money i paid for that product.

        You people are not at all bothered about the customers. There are no proper response, contact details or customer care numbers.

        Are cheating the customers by taking money from them in online and you are cancelling the order. You are not picking up the calls and not responding to the emails. So the money will be yours. Is that the way you are earning money?

        Is this is the way you are treating the customers?

        Can you please tell me how you are transferring money back to me and respond me asap. Because it's been so long i waiting for that product. Now it was canceled from your end itself. So send my money back immediately.

        If not i will take a proper action on you.

          I ordered on 13th november & still waiting my order to be delivered.. I contacted them after 21 days via mail and they answered that they have moved it to priority dispatch.. It’s been more than a month now. I ordered earlier this year & got my products on time even i exchanged my product without any issue but this time they are taking too much time which is not acceptable. The main problem is they don’t provide any contact number. Please provide contact number & also i want my order asap.

              I had ordered 3 tops for 999 and then placed one for exchange to change the size. The pickup had been done long back but yet i have not received the exchanged product back the status even after the pickup of the product shows that exchange has been initiated in my sss account where already the product has been taken for exchange. Also there is no customer care no. At the site.. For reaching out to u we have to google your customer care no. But still it is useless.. Nobody is picking up the phone or either it is switched off. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have already paid for the order. Will u deliver my order or not?                         I placed the order of some hoodies on 1 dec 2017 made the payment too but till the date there is no dispatching details it's just marked as priority dispatch, i have been writing mails to you also tried to connect through facebook and instagram but no response there too finally. I may have to take the legal action too in case i dont get any response within 24 hours.
                        This is highly not acceptable as i have been trying contacting from different platforms but never received an appropriate response the payment is also done.

                          I've received my product today. I've been trying to place an exchange order since this morning but i'm unable to do it. I thought i'd get a contact number through the website but i couldn't find that either. It's order no. 1947389. I ordered size 36 but it doesn't fit me well so i logged in and went ahead to try to exchange it with a size 37 product according to the mentioned procedure. But instead of the "replace" option i'm getting a "reorder" option which requires me to pay again. It's really disappointing.

                            Its a humble request please make my delivery within 2 days, i have been waiting for more than a month now. And seriously your customer service is very bad, no one picks up costumer care no, on calling. I had made a delivery on 28th october in which one of my item was not in size and so i had to return, it was around 3weeks of chasing you, i got to know the item was not in store and as you have only exchange policy, u made the amount that i was suppose to recieve to a voucher and again on reordering its been 1 month 1 week i have not recieved my item or please pay back my amount. I have to leave the state in 5 days and thereforre i request you to make the delivery within 2 days. Its been a very harrasing experience.

                              I had ordered a pair of sandals sometime back and the design was such that it doesn't fit anyone's leg. The leg just doesn't go in. There's no proper space for the leg to enter the sandals.

                              Last week i received another sandal.in the photo online it was very light pink or peach color sandal. What i received was very bright pink sandals. I have already raised complaints twice but no response from them.

                                I have placed an order of a pair of shoes on 22nd november. Till date i have not received my order and moreover now the shipping detail is showing that my order is returned.. I have contacted the customer executives also and they are just unable to provide any proper detail regarding my problem. So now as i am just done of your website i want my money back.

                                  I have ordered a pair of shooes on november 20, i received them on 30th november which were not my size, so i put a exchange request for one size shorter. Its been more than 3 weeks now and still they haven't contacted.. Worst site to shop.. Dont trust street style store at all. They dont have any helpline no nothing.                                   common even the biggest shopping sites doesnt take more than 8 days to delever any product..its been a month since i've placed the order. Deliver it within a week now or return back my money.

                                    I have already made a complaint!!! It's showing priority dispatch but still no clue if it would reach before 23!! I have to gift these boots on someone's birthday which is on 23!!! It's been over a month now!!! I have tried mailing it to the website but there has been no response!! Please let me know when i would receive the order

                                    There is something called punctuality!!!
                                    Prior to this i have made an order once from this website but i had no such problem!! I received it on time within a week!! Pleas deliver it to me asap!! Or send me a tentative date!! I need them as soon as possible

                                      No update till now, status is kept as it is from last 2 weeks, no movement neither anyone is even bothered to reply.. Such a pathetic customer service i have ever seen.. If you guys cannot fulfill my order then return my money back. I do not want the order anymore

Marking priority dispatch from last 2 weeks and then doing nothing on it will not solve the purpose of the complaint.

                                        I had ordered the shoes named - fly by the seat heels (Black) - shoe size : 35 on 1st december, 2017. Since the shoes were a size smaller for my feet i want to exchange the product for a bigger size. But when i click on replace it shows sorry we cannot exchange this product. As per the return policy i can get only size replacement and that is what i am asking for. I am really annoyed by this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Please resolve my complaint either by providing a bigger size or refund.
