I had ordered 3 tops for 999 and then placed one for exchange to change the size. The pickup had been done long back but yet i have not received the exchanged product back the status even after the pickup of the product shows that exchange has been initiated in my sss account where already the product has been taken for exchange. I have tried contacting the store but no response from their side. Get back to me soon.

    I bought three dress from street style store of total rs 1, 049. The transaction was done through ccavenue but there was no confirmation of my order. Also there is no customer care no. At the site.. For reaching out to u we have to google your customer care no. But still it is useless.. Nobody is picking up the phone or either it is switched off. I should have seen ur reviews earlier. It is a very bad online shopping app

      Hey i'm sanjana. It's been 10 days of placing my order. Still i haven't received my product yet i've mailed you. You're not even responding.

      I saw ur many complaining about it priority dispatch.. I need refund..

      That's why you have no cash on delivery..

        My order no 1847476 and order no1955961 is not delivered yet. I ordered on 21 october. Its been 2 months since i ordered. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have already paid for the order. Will u deliver my order or not? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You respond properly nor your number ever works. Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.
        I want my order ti be delivered as soon. Other wise i have to take some serious step.

            I placed the order of some hoodies on 1 dec 2017 made the payment too but till the date there is no dispatching details it's just marked as priority dispatch, i have been writing mails to you also tried to connect through facebook and instagram but no response there too finally. I may have to take the legal action too in case i dont get any response within 24 hours.
            This is highly not acceptable as i have been trying contacting from different platforms but never received an appropriate response the payment is also done.
            This is the final warning...

              I've received my product today. I've been trying to place an exchange order since this morning but i'm unable to do it. I thought i'd get a contact number through the website but i couldn't find that either. It's order no. 1947389. I ordered size 36 but it doesn't fit me well so i logged in and went ahead to try to exchange it with a size 37 product according to the mentioned procedure. But instead of the "replace" option i'm getting a "reorder" option which requires me to pay again. It's really disappointing.

                Its a humble request please make my delivery within 2 days, i have been waiting for more than a month now. And seriously your customer service is very bad, no one picks up costumer care no, on calling. I had made a delivery on 28th october in which one of my item was not in size and so i had to return, it was around 3weeks of chasing you, i got to know the item was not in store and as you have only exchange policy, u made the amount that i was suppose to recieve to a voucher and again on reordering its been 1 month 1 week i have not recieved my item or please pay back my amount. I have to leave the state in 5 days and thereforre i request you to make the delivery within 2 days. Its been a very harrasing experience.

                Ps: i want to talk to customer care service over phone by tomorrow or day after tomorrow

                  I had ordered a pair of sandals sometime back and the design was such that it doesn't fit anyone's leg. The leg just doesn't go in. There's no proper space for the leg to enter the sandals.

                  Last week i received another sandal.in the photo online it was very light pink or peach color sandal. What i received was very bright pink sandals. I have already raised complaints twice but no response from them.

                      common even the biggest shopping sites doesnt take more than 8 days to delever any product..its been a month since i've placed the order. Deliver it within a week now or return back my money.

                        I have already made a complaint!!! It's showing priority dispatch but still no clue if it would reach before 23!! I have to gift these boots on someone's birthday which is on 23!!! It's been over a month now!!! I have tried mailing it to the website but there has been no response!!                           No update till now, status is kept as it is from last 2 weeks, no movement neither anyone is even bothered to reply.. Such a pathetic customer service i have ever seen.. If you guys cannot fulfill my order then return my money back. I do not want the order anymore

Marking priority dispatch from last 2 weeks and then doing nothing on it will not solve the purpose of the complaint.

                            I had ordered the shoes named - fly by the seat heels (Black) - shoe size : 35 on 1st december, 2017. Since the shoes were a size smaller for my feet i want to exchange the product for a bigger size. But when i click on replace it shows sorry we cannot exchange this product. As per the return policy i can get only size replacement and that is what i am asking for. I am really annoyed by this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Please resolve my complaint either by providing a bigger size or refund.

                              I placed an order on 24th november 2017 of boots to be delivered in pune. After waiting for 10 days i also raised a query on 6th december 2017, and i got a reply that the order is on priority dispatch. After this, i also raised a complaint on 12 december 2017, but did not even expect a reply from the team. I have not been provided even with a tentative date of delivery so asking for a tracking id is just waste of time. My order reference id is 1919523.

                                I placed the order on 2 of dec 2017 made the payment too but till the date there is no dispatching details, i have been writing mails to you also tried to connect through facebook and instagram but no response there too finally i have complaint against you in the consumer forum and the complaint no is 540448. I may have to take the legal action too in case i dont get any response within 24 hours.
                                This is highly not acceptable as i have been trying contacting from different platforms but never received an appropriate response the payment is also done.
                                This is the final warning.

                                  Hi, i have placed an order on 24th nov'17 and today is 14th dec'17 and it is still not delivered and no one is even bothered from your team to even respond to my emails. Marking priority dispatch and then doing nothing on it will not solve the purpose of the complaint. I want my order to be delivered by tomorrow anyhow.

                                  No update till now, status is kept as it is from last 1 week, no movement neither anyone is even bothered to reply

                                  Pathetic customer service!!!

                                  My order Id is: 1918415
                                  It's been 15 days.. And there is no further information regarding the status of my order. Deliver it as soon as possible otherwise I need my money back. There is no change in the status. And they are also not replying to my email. I have emailed them several times

                                    I had placed an order on 24 november but i didn't get the product yet. I am not able to contact with them.
                                    All the numbers provided is either incorrect or switched off...

                                    Also not able to connect via email even, there's no any immediate contact available for the site.

                                      I have ordered shoes on 27 and 28 nov 2017 but have not received any tracking details about it. Since i have to leave the address i gave for delivery on 19 dec, i have sent plenty of emails asking them about the detàils of my order but have not received any reply regarding my problem. I paid for my orders through ccavenue so since its not cod i'm worried i might be scammed. Streetstylestore seriously need to improve your customer service. Very disappointed.

                                        After the complaint I posted here.. my products were dispatched. Out of which one package was delivered two days back. And the other package which is my shoe says it's been delivered but I haven't got it. I got a message that my product will be delivered by today but nobody contacted me and also when tracked found that it's delivered today evening. I'm literally done shopping with you guys. I paid money not to get such irresponsible stuff. Very annoying.
