I ordered three footwear for 999/- with 100/- delivery charge. Neither of them fits me right and the quality is really really poor and third class.
According to your policy, i can only exchange the size and not get any refund or exchange of goods, but i don't want to exchange the same footwear for different sizes, in fact i don't want any footwear from sss at the first place. Please get this order picked up as i want to return this and refund the money in my sss wallet, so that i can buy something else for that amount of money.
Your earliest response and a prompt action is awaited.

    I want my order before 27th december my any means. (Order no: dbwesectr) i have sent many emails but haven't got a reply. I am ready to pay extra for fast delivery but there is no option. Just let me the on which date the order is going to come so that i can make necessary arrangements.
    Please work upon your services as its going to cost this company a lot.
    Try to initiate the process quick otherwise i will be forced to approach the consumer court.

      I was ordering some products and made two times payment for one product. One payment was by mobiwik wallet and other was by ccavenue then by consulting with customer care they said one payment is accepted and other money will transferred back to you within 5 days but today it’s more than a week and i have not get a penny. Plz return my money as soon as possible. This is worst site i have ever visited. Plz consumers always select option cod for products otherwise money will be deducted and you will not get any products.

      I was buying some products from street style store and the product price was 1722 rupees once The money was the doctor and I didn’t get all the confirmation of the words I had words with consumer care then they told me that your payment has been excepted but I made payment twice for single purchase so consumer care told me that I’ll get my money back within 3 to 5 days but it’s more then a week now I have not received a penny so please kindly have a word with me or contact me and give my money back because I paid twice once from CC avenue and second from Mobiwik wallet .

      I placed an order on 21st November 2017 and still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be delivered on 13 Dec 2017 but they haven’t delivered it neither have they given an explanation.
      I want replace my product with another because its quality is not good as shown into d pic.ans its quality is 3grade.. i donot like this product n not satisfied..this website is waste of money ...i never buy a product from this website in futuree very disappointed ..product sole is good it is week...thhat it

        Because of size issue i exchanged and requested for size 38
        I got the parcel on 19 december
        But again the size is too big
        I am trying to put the product again on exchange but when i am clicking on website and clicking on my courier option it’s still displaying that my parcel is shipped
        I am ready to pay extra charges for exchange

            I applied for replacement of two items out of three for the order #1912796. The pickup happened on 13th of december, but after that there was no mail regarding the confirmation about the items getting received at your end or if your team initiated the delivery of the replacements. Please let me know a date when i can expect my items back. I raised like three queries already on the site and there was no response. This kind of behavior is not expected from a decent store like yours!

              I placed a order of white sneaker shoes on 11.11.2015, i received it but I had a issue with size in shoe. I have already placed a complaint, on 13.11.15 I received a call from this no. [protected], a lady spoked and asked about my details of the shoe. Then the next day a man from SSS came and took away the shoes but I have not received my shoes yet. Please look through it .                   Its been more than 1 month and i haven't recieved my order yet. Daily i opened the site to check the order status its only shows priority dispatch. And wht about my money 1 paid for that product. U people are not bothered about the customers. There are no proper response contact details or cc numbers. Are cheating the customers by taking money from them in online. U are not even responding emails so the money will b urs is that the way u are earning money. Can u tell me how u are transfaring money back to me becouse so long i m waiting for the product. So send my money back. If not i will take a proper action.

Yours is the worst eshoppin experince one can ever get.. Im never ever goin to order anythn from you.                       I had placed my order on november 22 n i hace stil not recieves it m goin to delhi on 21 st dec i. E. On thursday n i wanted to carry all dose 3 pairs of sandal wid me ill b returning aftr 27th dec i realy wantd those please try to send in dese 2 days... I have been expecting the order since last 20 25 days it wil b almost a month since i have placed it n yes it is showing priority dispatch but not really implementing it and when i had placed it it showed me expected delivery by 13 december bt no delivery yet

                        I had ordered 3 pair of shoes on 28th november, 2017. And even after complaining daily on the site's complain forum, i have not received my order even after 21 days.
                        This is a sheer disappointment and lack of punctuality from you guys.

                        The complain still remains the same as on the site it is showing that the estimated dispatch date is showing 19th December, 2017 and still I have not received my order.

                        What kind of priority is there if still I have not received my order even after 25 days ??

                        Kindly tell me the confirm date of when will I receive my order !!

                          Hi i am sonika. I bought three boots from street style store of total rs 2447. The transaction was done through ccavenue.
                          I received one mail from ccavenue which said order was successfully placed.
                          Order id : [protected]-5666625
                          But in my account section, it says no order has been placed.

                          I am in urgent need of those boots.
                          Kindly deliver as soon as possible and also kindly resolve the issue.

                          I have mailed at sss. [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@streetstylestore.com but noone has replied yet. I have tried calling also but noone picks up the phone.

                          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am in urgent need of those boots.

                            I ordered a pair of grey boots for rs. 724 on 8th december 2017 in my home address. I have already paid for the same through debit card. However i will not be here after 8th january. So i need the pair before 8th. They already told us it requires 3-21 days for the order to arrive. Can you not delay my delivery and try to make that as soon as possible?

                              Guys!!! My order is still under priority dispactch!! Please let me know when i would receive my order as it is supposed to be a gift.                                 I had ordered 3 top for 999 and then placed one love long top (Order no 1939289) for exchange bcoz of bed quality. The pickup had been done long back (9 dec), but yet i have not recieved the changed product. And the exchange product reach to sss, i hve recieved a conformation from sss. I m continue trying to contact with sss but fails to do... Plzz sove my problem send my exchange product

                                  I had ordered boots from my account on 2nd december 2017. They sent me a confirmation mail for both the order and the shipping. But when i received the order, i got blue boots instead of brown ones on 9th december. Almost instantly i requested for a return and provision of delivery of the correct shoes i had ordered. They even sent a pick up on 11th december with a guy named gopal shah and now it has been 7 days since they had taken the return item and they say they haven't received it yet. How long do i have to wait for a correct order to be delivered at my doorstep? It has already been 16 days. I'm writing to them almost every alternate day and there seems to be no response or any kind of action form their side. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  I had placed my order almost 1.5 months back, and Still haven't received my Boots. It's a prepaid order and has been put priority dispatch since forever now.                                     Hi team,

                                    It's been more than one month and i haven't received my product yet which is actually to be delivered by 27/11/2017.

                                    But today i opened the site to check the order status, i am seeing that order has been canceled. I didn't cancel the order from my end then how can it be canceled and what about the money i paid for that product.

                                    You people are not at all bothered about the customers. There are no proper response, contact details or customer care numbers.

                                    Are cheating the customers by taking money from them in online and you are cancelling the order. You are not picking up the calls and not responding to the emails. So the money will be yours. Is that the way you are earning money?

                                    Is this is the way you are treating the customers?

                                    Can you please tell me how you are transferring money back to me and respond me asap. Because it's been so long i waiting for that product. Now it was canceled from your end itself. So send my money back immediately.

                                    If not i will take a proper action on you.

                                      I ordered on 13th november & still waiting my order to be delivered.. I contacted them after 21 days via mail and they answered that they have moved it to priority dispatch.. It’s been more than a month now. I ordered earlier this year & got my products on time even i exchanged my product without any issue but this time they are taking too much time which is not acceptable. The main problem is they don’t provide any contact number. Please provide contact number & also i want my order asap.

                                        Will complaint to higher authorities against this website and manager and a strict action will be taken... Fraud... Fraud...!!!!

                                        I need transparency if there will be any sort of cheating or the product would be in bad condition... I will complaint against the manager n website to higher authorities and ur rubbish way of dealing with customers is just i want to be stopped
