I had ordered boots from my account on 2nd december 2017. They sent me a confirmation mail for both the order and the shipping. But when i received the order, i got blue boots instead of brown ones on 9th december. Almost instantly i requested for a return and provision of delivery of the correct shoes i had ordered. They even sent a pick up on 11th december with a guy named gopal shah and now it has been 7 days since they had taken the return...

It's been more than one month and i haven't received my product yet which is actually to be delivered by 27/11/2017.

But today i opened the site to check the order status, i am seeing that order has been canceled. I didn't cancel the order from my end then how can it be canceled and what about the money i paid for that product.

You people are not at all bothered about the customers....

I ordered on 13th november & still waiting my order to be delivered.. I contacted them after 21 days via mail and they answered that they have moved it to priority dispatch.. It’s been more than a month now. I ordered earlier this year & got my products on time even i exchanged my product without any issue but this time they are taking too much time which is not acceptable. I had ordered 3 tops for 999 and then placed one for exchange to change the size. The pickup had been done long back but yet i have not received the exchanged product back the status even after the pickup of the product shows that exchange has been initiated in my sss account where already the product has been taken for exchange. I have tried contacting the store but no response from their side. Get back to me soon....

I bought three dress from street style store of total rs 1, 049. The transaction was done through ccavenue but there was no confirmation of my order. Also there is no customer care no. At the site.. For reaching out to u we have to google your customer care no. But still it is useless.. Nobody is picking up the phone or either it is switched off. I should have seen ur reviews earlier. I've received my product today. I've been trying to place an exchange order since this morning but i'm unable to do it. I thought i'd get a contact number through the website but i couldn't find that either. It's order no. 1947389. I had ordered a pair of sandals sometime back and the design was such that it doesn't fit anyone's leg. The leg just doesn't go in. There's no proper space for the leg to enter the sandals.
