I placed an order on 24th november 2017 of boots to be delivered in pune. After waiting for 10 days i also raised a query on 6th december 2017, and i got a reply that the order is on priority dispatch. After this, i also raised a complaint on 12 december 2017, but did not even expect a reply from the team. I have not been provided even with a tentative date of delivery so asking for a tracking id is just waste of time. My order reference id is 1919523.

It has been on priority dispatch since 6th of December. Can you provide me with the date of delivery?
or at least a tentative one?
Also, can you tell me how does a priority dispatch affect the delivery? As i can see that the delivery is not at all a priority.

    I placed the order on 2 of dec 2017 made the payment too but till the date there is no dispatching details, i have been writing mails to you also tried to connect through facebook and instagram but no response there too finally i have complaint against you in the consumer forum and the complaint no is 540448. I may have to take the legal action too in case i dont get any response within 24 hours.
    This is highly not acceptable as i have been trying contacting from different platforms but never received an appropriate response the payment is also done.
    This is the final warning.

      Hi, i have placed an order on 24th nov'17 and today is 14th dec'17 and it is still not delivered and no one is even bothered from your team to even respond to my emails. Marking priority dispatch and then doing nothing on it will not solve the purpose of the complaint. I want my order to be delivered by tomorrow anyhow.

      No update till now, status is kept as it is from last 1 week, no movement neither anyone is even bothered to reply

      Pathetic customer service!!!

      My order Id is: 1918415
      It's been 15 days.. And there is no further information regarding the status of my order. Deliver it as soon as possible otherwise I need my money back. There is no change in the status. And they are also not replying to my email. I have emailed them several times

        All the numbers provided is either incorrect or switched off...

          I have ordered shoes on 27 and 28 nov 2017 but have not received any tracking details about it. Since i have to leave the address i gave for delivery on 19 dec, i have sent plenty of emails asking them about the detàils of my order but have not received any reply regarding my problem. I paid for my orders through ccavenue so since its not cod i'm worried i might be scammed. Streetstylestore seriously need to improve your customer service. Very disappointed.

            After the complaint I posted here.. my products were dispatched. Out of which one package was delivered two days back. And the other package which is my shoe says it's been delivered but I haven't got it. I got a message that my product will be delivered by today but nobody contacted me and also when tracked found that it's delivered today evening. I'm literally done shopping with you guys. I paid money not to get such irresponsible stuff. Very annoying.

              I've placed an order for a shoe last month on nov. 3 and it was delivered recently but because the shoe was over sized i placed a request for an exchange of the size. The shoe was collected the next day, but i didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding the delievery of the product, not a single mail has been sent confirming for my order and its delivery dates despite paying the full amount. If this is the case, i would like to cancel my order and request for refunding the costs of the product in total.

                I was ordering some products from street style store and i paid 1722 rupees twice first time i paid through cc venue and second time i paid through mobiwik walletand money has been deducted two times from my bank but i haven’t got any confirmation for my order.                     I haven't received my order yet. The order was placed on 22/10 and now it is more than 1 month still i am not getting any notification regarding the same. I have tried many times to contact the customer care service of street style store but their is no response from their side. The order is already paid online and the deadline of the order has crossed 1 month now. Please help me solving this issue.

                      My order reference number is 1944982. I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from streetstylestore website on 6th of december. Till now i have not recieved any order status and it is showing "preparation is in progress". I tried to contact the customer care number but it says the number doesn't exist. Please look into this matter and inform me by when i will recieve my ordered products. I request you to change the order status in my account.
                      Since these are christmas gifts, i need them before 25th of december. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter and fix it as soon as possible.

                          I had ordered 5 pairs of shoes on 4th dec 2017 three of them are flats with a discount voucher of [protected]@999 and other 2 are shoes. I have not recieved the order yet... Before this i had ordered a pair of flats from the site and it was delivered within 10days.. Why such a delay? I need those shoes before 15th dec 2017. Street style store you guys please dont delay the order it is very urgent as i will be leaving the country soon. Please dont cause me any more inconvenience and atleast change the order status on my account

                            Team I m very disappointed with your work ethics. I have raised a query on 22 Nov 2017. That I received different shade of shoes. I wanted those shoes for some outing purpose. You guys sent wrong product that couldn't serve my purpose. You dint send anybody to pick those shoes. And my money is stuck with you. My order number was 1848721... I have registered complaints three times.. But ryt now I have just new reference no. 214036. Earlier was 206274. I want my refund only. Don't want this time wasting product. Kindly take it back and refund my money. You can see pics of same. Even one of shoe's zip is not working.                               Hi sss,

                              I have placed an order for heels and by mistake I put wrong address. So, I have raised multiple ticket (Case #208266, #208679, #211218)regarding my order number #1940446. But nobody resolved my issue instead of this shipped my product on wrong address.
                              Please help me and ship my product to correct address.

                                I have purchased 3 footwear from your site.
                                (Order no. 1938730) on 04th dec'17.
                                I have received my order on 10th dec'17. No doubt all 3 footwear (Brown boot, olive ankle flats, black heels) are good.
                                The problem is 2 footwear (Brown boots & olive ankle flats) are not in my true size, they are too loose for me.
                                I want to exchange them with smaller size.
                                My foot size is uk3.
                                Please arrange a pickup as i have a grand function in next week.

                                    I ordered three t-shirts (3 for 999) on 20th November 2017, the order number is 1910474. I have been tracking to know my delivery date but there is no information from your side but saying only priority dispatch in the details. I wish you guys respond back soon with delivery information of my order for which am waiting desperately.

                                      I have already paid the money but I haven't received the order even though it's more than a month n delivery date has passed long back. I don't know whether it's a fraud please see to it. And it's our right to information regarding the tracking of our order. They just can't take money n not give us any information

                                        I placed the order early in nov hoping i will receive it well in time to gift my friend for christmas. Its been more than the 3-21 day timeframe as stated by the website. I keep checking and the status hasnt changed since i placed the order. There is no updates regarding this order. Was expecting it last week. Kindly let me know when it will be delivered as its urgent being a christmas gift.
