I've placed an order for a shoe last month on nov. 3 and it was delivered recently but because the shoe was over sized i placed a request for an exchange of the size. The shoe was collected the next day, but i didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding the delievery of the product, not a single mail has been sent confirming for my order and its delivery dates despite paying the full amount. If this is the case, i would like to cancel my order and request for refunding the costs of the product in total.

    I was ordering some products from street style store and i paid 1722 rupees twice first time i paid through cc venue and second time i paid through mobiwik walletand money has been deducted two times from my bank but i haven’t got any confirmation for my order. Please kindly cancel all my orders and give my money 1722 twice give this money to me because i have paid twice but i haven’t got a confirmation at once so please kindly cancel all my orders and pay back my money very soon i just want my money back

        I haven't received my order yet. The order was placed on 22/10 and now it is more than 1 month still i am not getting any notification regarding the same. I have tried many times to contact the customer care service of street style store but their is no response from their side. The order is already paid online and the deadline of the order has crossed 1 month now. Please help me solving this issue.

          My order reference number is 1944982. I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from streetstylestore website on 6th of december. Till now i have not recieved any order status and it is showing "preparation is in progress". I tried to contact the customer care number but it says the number doesn't exist. Please look into this matter and inform me by when i will recieve my ordered products. I request you to change the order status in my account.
          Since these are christmas gifts, i need them before 25th of december. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter and fix it as soon as possible.

              I had ordered 5 pairs of shoes on 4th dec 2017 three of them are flats with a discount voucher of [protected]@999 and other 2 are shoes. I have not recieved the order yet... Before this i had ordered a pair of flats from the site and it was delivered within 10days.. Why such a delay? I need those shoes before 15th dec 2017. Street style store you guys please dont delay the order it is very urgent as i will be leaving the country soon. Please dont cause me any more inconvenience and atleast change the order status on my account

                Team I m very disappointed with your work ethics. I have raised a query on 22 Nov 2017. That I received different shade of shoes. I wanted those shoes for some outing purpose. You guys sent wrong product that couldn't serve my purpose. You dint send anybody to pick those shoes. And my money is stuck with you. My order number was 1848721... I have registered complaints three times.. But ryt now I have just new reference no. 214036. Earlier was 206274. I want my refund only. Don't want this time wasting product. Kindly take it back and refund my money. You can see pics of same. Even one of shoe's zip is not working. I have called on your mobile number that ppl are to lazy too pick a phone call.

                        I ordered three t-shirts (3 for 999) on 20th November 2017, the order number is 1910474. I have been tracking to know my delivery date but there is no information from your side but saying only priority dispatch in the details.                             I placed the order early in nov hoping i will receive it well in time to gift my friend for christmas. Its been more than the 3-21 day timeframe as stated by the website.                                 I had ordered boots.. Which when i received i realised that the size was small so i asked for a replacement.. They have picked up the smaller size but i have still not received the larger ones.. They have taken the payment but havent delivered the product its been a month since they had collected the smaller sized boots.. And havnt delivered the new ones... Please resolve this issue..                                   Hello,

                                  I placed an order id 1897269 from street style store which is 3 pair of footwear on 14-nov-2017. The status on my order showed a delivery date of 05-dec-2017. However, my order wasn’t delivered in the said date and no tracking status is available still.

                                  The website claims to deliver orders in 3-21 days however it has crossed that and still no information is made available. I have raised several tickets with the website but they have closed all of them with no information.

                                  This is ridiculous. I want to know a confirmed date of delivery along with dispatxh details. Otherwise i want an immediate refund without any delay.

                                  I have already been waiting for a month now for my products to be delivered and yet again you are asking me to wait for them. Please give me a confirmed delivery date or let me know the procedure of refund. Considering your services I don’t know how many years you’ll might take for refund. This is pathetic customer service. You have already failed to delivered at your promised 3-21 days and this needs to be compensated from your end.

                                  Please reply with a confirmed delivery date or refund procedure. I am not interested in anything else.

                                    I had to change d delivery address, i hav sent an email to d email id u r suggesting everyone.
                                    Im terrified looking at d reviews over here. I have my birthday on 27th n m completely doting on d boots i hav got. Please do not let me down. I really hope u send them as early as possible. And consider the change in d address.

                                      My order[protected] placed on 21/9/2017 has not been delivered. The order was delayed as their delivery service had some some confusion regarding the order being cod wgile it was paid for at the time of placing the order. The order as told to be was to re shipped but that did nothappen and they changed the order status to credit note given but i have not received any credit.
                                      I raised a query on their site but this has not helped.

                                        It's been one and a half month and still i had not received my products for which i had prepaid... Kindly deliver it asap before 12 that of december... It's urgent... You guys just accept the problem but never do anything to solve it... How will we give you a good rating then... I had ordered it on 1st of november and it's still not shipped!!!
