I placed an order id 1897269 from street style store which is 3 pair of footwear on 14-nov-2017. The status on my order showed a delivery date of 05-dec-2017. However, my order wasn’t delivered in the said date and no tracking status is available still.

The website claims to deliver orders in 3-21 days however it has crossed that and still no information is made available. I have raised several tickets...

I had to change d delivery address, i hav sent an email to d email id u r suggesting everyone.
Im terrified looking at d reviews over here. I have my birthday on 27th n m completely doting on d boots i hav got. Please do not let me down. I really hope u send them as early as possible. And consider the change in d address.

My order[protected] placed on 21/9/2017 has not been delivered. The order was delayed as their delivery service had some some confusion regarding the order being cod wgile it was paid for at the time of placing the order. The order as told to be was to re shipped but that did nothappen and they changed the order status to credit note given but i have not received any credit.
I raised a query on their site but this has not helped....

It's been one and a half month and still i had not received my products for which i had prepaid... Kindly deliver it asap before 12 that of december... It's urgent... You guys just accept the problem but never do anything to solve it... How will we give you a good rating then... I had ordered it on 1st of november and it's still not shipped!!!

I placed an order on 18th november. It is 9th december but i have not received my order yet. Kindly please check the issue. I need them very urgently. It is more than 21 days. I am very upset for your late delivery. Street style store delivers good products but everytime i order, i had to wait for a long time. This is a very headache issue that everyone is facing. If this continues, i have to think twice before ordering in street style store....

I had ordered for 3 pairs of flat slippers on 21.10.2017 (Order no. 1846338 dated 21.10.2017) by making the payment before itself through credit card and only 1 pair has been delivered till now.in spite of repeated requests and complaint in their website, the balance items have not been delivered. I selected my delivery address as pune office address however in the invoice it is showing my rishikesh home address. I have left home long back and i want the parcel to be delivered to my office pune address. I raised this query multiple times but could not find any response. Please change the adress or call me

I selected my delivery address as home address however in the invoice it is showing my office address. I have left office long back and i want the parcel to be delivered to my home address. Both the address r in pune itself. I have placed the order just yesterday so i don't think change of address should be a problem.

Its been 24 days i have placed an order as they had provided me a voucher for the exchange they failed to make. Have very bad customer service, no one picks up call, there is no tracking id, no way to know where the order has reached. I reply to my mail they say "your product has been marked as urgent delivery and will try to deliver it soon". I need the delivery to be made in a day or two or else i need my money back. Its been nearly 2 months...

I placed an order for 2 boots with the order no. 18133902 on the 13th of october. It has been 2 months and i have raised up to 7 queries only to get the same auto generated response again and again. Its on priority dispatch from more than a month. My tracking id is also not available. There's basically no way of contact. I had ordered shoes from street style store on 6th of november. Today is 8th of december and they have not been delivered yet. There is no progress in the status either. It just reads "priority dispatch" since many days. Nobody is picking up the call and neither is anyone replying to my queries submitted through their site. The payment is done online already. Atleast give me some kind of confirmation if i am ever going to receive my order...

Hi, once placed order hsjsqgkuh on 08/4/2017 for product of 380 rs. For which size was not correct delivered to me and amount refunded me after 2 months was rs. 299 after return that too even credit note. Then again i placed order including that 299 rs.- the total order of rs. 999 for yvnnrauns - placed on 10/5/2017, and again that is not yet delivered to me till date and in return they provided me credit...

I ordered sandels on 1st november 2017 from streetstylestore. Today is 7th december and still my parsel is not received. Also they didnt updated any status, its not shipped yet. I raised query 4 times but still they are not responding. I got only auto generated mail and no action happened after that....

I have applied for exchange of my order id #1832578 it's been approximately ine month. No one came for the pick up. Please pick up the order as soon as possible. I have ordered three pair of shoes. I have request for the exchange of all three pairs. The size is not accurate. All the pairsa re big. It's been a very long time now. I have not got my proper order. Delivery was also after one month from the date of order. It's very disappointing....

I order two pair of shoes and both were of 38 size. Upon trying, i felt that the size was incorrect. Therefore, i lodged a replacement request for a 37 size.

After 1 week, i received one of the pairs but that was of 38 size only. Its been a month, i have submitted a query to them. They have neither responded nor sent me the other pair of shoe which is still awaited.

I placed the order on 07.12.2017.
The money was deducted from my hdfc account but the order was not placed. Please look into this issue. At least send me a confirmation mail or refund my money. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. I ordered a pair of sandals on 22/11/2017 and got a confirmation mail but the product is not delivered yet. I am unable to contact the customer service and the mails i sent to their helpdesk came back because their mail box is also full. I want my product or i want the refund!

Its been more than 2 months since i have placed the order and i am unable to recieve any reply from the company regarding my delivery. If a company wants to work in this way they better shut down and dont make a fool out of customers
Its really pathetic that a company is not responding in any manner...
