I ordered shoes from bank transfer. Money got tranferred and yet didnt got order confirmation. When i checked out my orders in my account, it said no orders were places. My money got deducted . This is fraud!! Please revert asap

These people don't have a customer support number, they do not answer calls or respond to the mails. The deliver fake products and do not bother solving the issue once they get the money!
I have ordered online on 20th October 2017. Still I have not received any dispatch mail of my product nor about the delivery of the product. I have mailed them so many times but it seems they are not interested to reply on my mail. My order number is DFMEUMMER

    I have ordered a shoe. I received it by today 30th oct 2017. I am not satisfied with the product because it is not like what have been shown in the picture and also the shoe heel is broken. I request you to please exchange it asap.

      I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals from which 1 of the sandal size didn't fitted properly. So i exchanged the product as ordered 38 size i need 40 size even the executive from your end picked up the product from my residence.

      But i not yet received my product and even i have raised the complaint on your website no revert from your end. Its very unprofessional.

        Hi, i placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on the 18th of september (Order id : 1792014). It has been a month and a half now, however my order hasn't been delivered till date. Even after writing innumerable emails and posting queries on the website, there has been no sign of the said products. I have tried calling up on the customer care number +[protected] but there has been no answer.

        I am extremely disappointed with the service and hence would like a refund of the entire amount paid.

          So i have been a regular customer of streetstylestore for the longest time now and to be honest i haven't been disappointed with their products (Shoes mostly) yet and considering the fact that i know delivery takes atleast a month, i have always been okay with that too.
          However, this time when i purchased a few clothes my experience turned into a nightmare. Firstly, the clothes that i received are quite substandard. I have received a white dress which is made out of the same material that road side rs. 100 cotton petticoats are made out of. It is a total shock, because there seems to be no quality analysis that is being done at their end. The pictures are heavily misleading. When i wanted to return the items, i saw that wasn't allowed. Which technically means that they expect us to pay for substandard items and its almost like they are forcing it on me. I have written to them and have received a complaint no (183854) but no follow up mail has come from their end. Their landline no. Is a joke, because they never receive calls. Its been a while and i am stuck with these items. I don't know if they will even reply/return/exchange my items ever.
          They have now not only lost a loyal customer but i will ensure that i spread the word about their terrible service. Extremely disappointed. I will also take all necessary steps on social media/legally to ensure that they are sued for their conduct.

          Please check the link before you post a response. The link redirects me to your delivery policies (screenshot attached) which clearly states that I can only exchange my item with another SIZE of the same product. I DO NOT want those hideous substandard products AT ALL, and there is no way to exchange it with any other item (screenshot attached).

          If it is not possible to exchange that item with another product then I am okay with a credit note. Also, next time please check the case no. (which I have mentioned in my first post) before responding and it would be better if you can directly respond to your customers without having to use a consumer complaints forum. Is this the only way to contact SSS, then it is ridiculous.

          I have asked for a refund of 3 items (guest house getaway, flirty proclivity and stay sweet stripeline) in total amounting Rs1997, I hope to see the credit note at the earliest.

            I have returned 2 items from this order and STILL not received my credit. I need someone to contact me at the earliest as this is ridiculous customer service.
            I am supposed to receive a credit of 499+499 Rupees and no body seems to answer the phone or care about the customers. No point of posting tickets as no one even responds.

              Your refund case has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will resolve the issue within 24-48 hrs they will work it out in next 2-4 days for sure - this response i received on 27 october.

              Till date i have not received any refund amount. How much time you need to refund such a small amount. First you said 5-7 days than 2-4 days. Is it a joke. Why don't you shut your company if you don't have money. Why are you cheating on customers. You take the money don't deliver the product and don't refu the amount. It's like harrassment to the customers.

                I ordered a boots combo, spent 1050 in all. It has been 2 months now, i didn't get anything. The oder status changed a little after 21 days, which they say they deliver the orders within 21 days! After a month, the status was showing that my order is split, n two different delivery companies were going to deliver. Among them, one order is shown to be shipped already, n i didn't actually get it. I also got a mail from them that "ur oder has been shipped, thanks for shopping!" i don't think i will get my refund too, i don't even want the refund, i want the boots! Somebody tell them its urgent! Fake people!

                  I had placed my order on 8th october 2017 and today was the delivery date. But i haven't been updated about the order by the courier services. I tried calling in the given contact number but nobody picks up the call. It is very important for me to receive the order before 31st october 2017. I must admit that i am pretty annoyed with the delivery system and customer support.

                    My order the reference number of which is 1842942 has not been dispatched yet and I would like to change the delivery address as I won't be there at the address given during the time of expected delivery.

                      Hi, i have added multiple items into my cart and i made payment using paytm wallet, and money got deducted from my wallet but products are still in my cart and i haven't received any confirmation mail.
                      I have attempted payment today 28th oct around 11:15 pm.

                        My order id no. Is 1833209, placed on 13/10/2017. Both my shoes have been delivered to me but in my order details, its not updated to delivered. There is no option of exchanging. So now whn i need to exchange one of the product (Knowing the world heels) with a smaller size, coz the size is too big for me, i cldn't do it. I hav received it 5days back, thn y it is not updated yet. How would i wear such a big size. I have already lodged a complaint in sss website but no respond at all.. Pls do help me with the problem, i'l never ever order from sss again if exchanging is that difficult. Solve this as soon as possible.

                          I m trying to contact customer service from last 5 days in form of emails and call n getting no response anyway My problem is regarding a order which was to b expectedly delivered on 26 October 2017 but i haven't received it yet... Even I m not getting any tracking details or email ur side.. Which is very disappointing on ur part

                            I had placed an order of sneakers on 2nd sept 2017. (Order # 1757950)
                            The payment was already done online. The shoes got delivered on 25th sept 2017 but the size didn't fit me so i requested for replacement. After many follow ups, i received the replacement today i. E 28th october 2017 (Almost after a month of replacement request)

                            That too i received a wrong pair of shoes today. It's almost 2 months from the date of order placed and i am getting a wrong pair of shoes today. My 500 bucks is stuck for like almost 2 months, if i would have known about the company’s carelessness i would have invested my money in same fruitful purposes. They’re fooling people. This is not the very first time we’re facing such problems. I really had high expectations but surely the company didn’t stand by it.

                            It would be better if sss refunds my money back.

                            It was clearly mentioned on website that SSS doesn't have refund policy. That doesn't mean you irritate us by making us wait 30 days for replaced product & then send a wrong pair after that.

                            You read the entire post but could only see the last line of refund. You were not at all sorry for delivering customer the wrong product that too after a month

                                I tried reaching on [protected] but noone is receiving the call at the other end.

                                I have ordered 2 products. 1st has size issue n hence i wanna exchange it for smaller size but thing is that i have relocated to different city few days back. So i need assistance in updating address in the website.

                                Also the second product i ordered i didn't like the fit of the same and hence want to return it with different address.

                                Please help me with this problem asap.

                                    My order has not been delivered yet and i have placed my order on 29/09/17 it’s gng to be a month atleast in a few days! I don’t understand how long are they gonna take to deliver my order? I am pretty annoyed with the delivery speed. Nor do they let the customer send them the mail until the date of delivery expected and after sending a complaint mail too they haven’t taken anyy action to delivery my order soon.

                                      We have initiated the refund process and as per bank policy the amount will reflect back in your account in 5-7 working days - this is the fake refund promise i received from streetstylestore.

                                      This response i received on 21 october and till date i have not received any refund. Bank does not takes so much of time to refund if the same has been initiated. How much you want me to struggle for my money.

                                        I have placed an order in March 2016, I have paid (Rs. 1598) and order no. was [protected] but my products did not deliver. when I contacted customer care after one year they agreed that there was an issue from their side and they will refund the amount but they didn't. I have all the details of emails and money transacted. Its been one and half years, but they are not refunding money.. kindly consider the issue.
