Dear sir/maam,

I had placed an order from streetstylestore.com on 11/2/2017 for 2 shoes. Out of which #1931914 was cancelled without any kind of intimation for being out of stock.
#1873619 is showing as been shipped but after so much of delay i am no more interested in accepting the same. Hence you are kindly requested to cancel the same. I wont at all accept any kind of delivery and will not pay a single rupee for so much of mental torture. If you do not cancel the product, i wont have any other option than seeking help from consumer court.

Streetstylestore is an absolutely horrible shopping experience.

Its been more than 2 months since i have placed the order and i am unable to recieve any reply from the company regarding my delivery. If a company wants to work in this way they better shut down and dont make a fool out of customers
Its really pathetic that a company is not responding in any manner

I ordered 3 flats worth rs1050 under "3 flats for 999" sale.
Though the transaction happened and money was deduced from my bank account, the order was not placed as expected.
My transaction id is[protected] and the transaction was done from hdfc bank.
I am not getting any response from the support team of sss even after repeted attempts.
Please help!!

I have ordered shoes from streetstylestore.com om 31st October. I received them on 10th November.After they came they did not fit me. So I placed return order on that day itself.Their executive picked up the shoes from me for exchange.But till the date I haven't received the exchanged shoes. Also I haven't received any email from them. I have mailed them many time but haven't received any reply.

I have ordered a pair of boots on november 11. It's more than 21 days that i haven't received. This is so disappointing. I have to go on vacations and have to wear it on my birthday too. Order status is preparation in progress since starting. You guys are not even responding emails or calls. Please deliver it before dec 10 or respond whether i will be getting my product or no.

I ordered twist of gait boot-35 and opted to order via paytm. But i didn't get order confirmation. i got a confirmation mail from CC avenue and Paytm but not from streetstylestore. And that order is not even visible on my order history. My previous issue was resolved so i trusted and ordered again. Why does this keep happenening? it is really annoying. Please reply me asap. I had ordered footwear. The size was small and hence i returned it. The pick up guys said my exchanged order will be with me in a week. But there is no response. On the website, there is no update on my order. And now i have been trying to contact all helpline to reach the company, but to no avail. I have ordered a pair of flats last month. It's been i month 3 days since, i have placed the order and i haven't received it yet. It is the first time i am ordering from the this website and it's so disappointing. No company takes this long time to deliver to deliver the products. You really need to up your delivery system. I request the team of street style store to please my deliver my order asap or refund my amount.

I ordered these boots over a month ago. I received it. First off they weren't the same as in the picture. Second, they were a size too small.in fact, they i got a wound on my pinkie as my feet were both too wide and small for the shoes.. Third, black flakes came off from within the boots and we're sticking onto my feet. Sincei have the right to ask for resizing, i did so the very same day. They took the boots and then a week later said that i had returned a used product. But i returned the product because it didn't fit my feet. It hurt my feet. Does it make sense for me to wear a pair of boots too small? And i asked for an exchange the very day i received it. I haven't received any updates on my order since the day they planned to return it. I have tried to contact the site multiple times but they have continued to ignore me. Please respond to me or just give me a refund. It's been over a month and i can't take this anymore.

I have returned two tops from the order no 1915039. But the return option on the website had the size options for which you would want to exchange. So i have been writing to you guys since long that i want the money equivalent to it not the same products again as the products are not similar to pictures. I have been getting no responses from your end. Please initiate the vouchers asap without causin more delays.

Hi my order no. 1889670 i ordered 3 tops under the scheme offer and among that one top i wanted the exchange the delivery boy has taken the top for exchange but the product has been returned to me with appropriate size i required im calling the delivery boy he is telling to contact street style store but you people don't pick up the calls i need my product with correct size it has been more than 15 days the boy took the top please i need it asap otherwise refund my money

This is the first time when i have ordered for shoes from street style store.

I have ordered on 4th nov 2017 but it's been a month and my product has not been delivered. My order # is [protected].

As i go to office it will be greatful if deliver happen on 2nd or 4th saturday or sundays.

I request a callback from customer service officer after 8:30 p. M. Anyday or refund my amount which is debited for purchase.

Please do the the needful asap.

My order number is 1878247. I placed an order for boots on november 5th 2017.. It's been more than 21 days. I have not received it yet. As you have mentioned the product will be worth the wait... I really don't think so. Till yesterday the status was preparation in progress. Today when i checked it's showing priority dispatch. Common guys... You are not keeping up your words. It's very disappointing. I want to receive my product within december 10th. I can't even wait for this long, still i'm. So please if you people have some sense of responsibility please deliver it on time.

Ordered 3 footwear on[protected] and paid through ccavenue, did not received yet.
In tracking details, it was saying dispatched and then received a mail saying that there was a problem with delivery man and item will have to re-order (Foolish excuse!!).
After re-confirming order, there are no tracking details, i have raised 3 queries but no response yet.

And still haven't got any delivery details the website says it will be delivered in 3-21 days only. No tracking details. How do i cancel the order. I want full refund or the order to be delivered as early as possible as i am leaving my town in next 10 days...

I have placed an order 23 days before and still have not received any information about it. I have ordered a shirt, a crop top and a pant. I have also written like 5 to 6 mails and still have not gotten a single response on it and its so highly unprofessional thing to do. I want to know the details of the order as soon as possible and i ordered another pant after this order and it came but this order i am not getting any information about it and i want to know details about it so do respond to my complaint.

I have placed an order[protected] on 23rd november 2017. But still have not received any shipping confirmation yet. Its about 10 days now and i want my order as soon as possible. Also, i have orderd a product before this order with no 1883294 of worth rupees 624 which i returned for exchange as it was defected. I received a credit slip of rupees 524 in place of the product. Which i use as a coupon in placing this order. I am worried if i would receive my product or not. Please resove this out as soon as possible otherwise i would lost both my money and order.

I ordered few clothes and a shoe on 5th november. I received a mail of the summary. But it the sss account it says it's been cancelled. I didn't cancel infact i paid the entire amount. I ordered 2 boots from sss. For which i have paid already. I had issue with one size so i returned that. The delivery people have picked my order 4 days ago. But i havent received any mail or any option to reorder my shoe again for which i have paid. I just want my shoe in size 39. And i have returned 36. But havent received my boots again
No one pick phone on the number you people have provided. Neither you people reply us on your email. Never gonna shop again from this website.

I had ordered sling back triple band flats - shoe size : 37 and pointy mules flats black - shoe size : 36. On receipt, i realised that the size of the sling back triple band flats i had ordered was not fitting me and therefore placed my first exchange request. Further, instead of delivering pointy mules flats black as i had ordered, i was delivered a wrong product. Again, i placed my first exchange request. These exchanges, being the first ones, are guaranteed free on the company's website. The said items were picked up from my residence on 15.11.17, but neither has the same been updated on the website of street style store, nor have they sent the correct items to me till date. It has been more than two weeks and there's no indication that the company intends to deliver said products to me.

This company's service has always been the worst i've ever experienced till date. And after this order's fulfilment, i'm never going to order from this website.
