I had ordered sling back triple band flats - shoe size : 37 and pointy mules flats black - shoe size : 36. On receipt, i realised that the size of the sling back triple band flats i had ordered was not fitting me and therefore placed my first exchange request. Further, instead of delivering pointy mules flats black as i had ordered, i was delivered a wrong product. Again, i placed my first exchange request. These exchanges, being the first ones, are guaranteed free on the company's website. The said items were picked up from my residence on 15.11.17, but neither has the same been updated on the website of street style store, nor have they sent the correct items to me till date. It has been more than two weeks and there's no indication that the company intends to deliver said products to me.
This company's service has always been the worst i've ever experienced till date. And after this order's fulfilment, i'm never going to order from this website.

The amount has been debited but my order is due 2 weeks now.
This better be taken as a priority or else I'm highlighting this as I'm in media
