I had ordered footwear. The size was small and hence i returned it. The pick up guys said my exchanged order will be with me in a week. But there is no response. On the website, there is no update on my order. And now i have been trying to contact all helpline to reach the company, but to no avail. I would ask you to look into the matter or else i will have to take a stand against you. My customer name is shlagha.

    I have ordered a pair of flats last month. It's been i month 3 days since, i have placed the order and i haven't received it yet. It is the first time i am ordering from the this website and it's so disappointing. No company takes this long time to deliver to deliver the products. You really need to up your delivery system. I request the team of street style store to please my deliver my order asap or refund my amount.

      I ordered these boots over a month ago. I received it. First off they weren't the same as in the picture. Second, they were a size too small.in fact, they i got a wound on my pinkie as my feet were both too wide and small for the shoes.. Third, black flakes came off from within the boots and we're sticking onto my feet. Sincei have the right to ask for resizing, i did so the very same day. They took the boots and then a week later said that i had returned a used product. But i returned the product because it didn't fit my feet. It hurt my feet. Does it make sense for me to wear a pair of boots too small? And i asked for an exchange the very day i received it. I haven't received any updates on my order since the day they planned to return it. I have tried to contact the site multiple times but they have continued to ignore me. Please respond to me or just give me a refund. It's been over a month and i can't take this anymore.

        I have returned two tops from the order no 1915039. But the return option on the website had the size options for which you would want to exchange. So i have been writing to you guys since long that i want the money equivalent to it not the same products again as the products are not similar to pictures. I have been getting no responses from your end. Please initiate the vouchers asap without causin more delays.

              My order number is 1878247. I placed an order for boots on november 5th 2017.. It's been more than 21 days. I have not received it yet. As you have mentioned the product will be worth the wait... I really don't think so. Till yesterday the status was preparation in progress. Today when i checked it's showing priority dispatch. Common guys... You are not keeping up your words. It's very disappointing. I want to receive my product within december 10th. I can't even wait for this long, still i'm. So please if you people have some sense of responsibility please deliver it on time.

                This is so disappointing behavior from your side. Last week a person from SSS called and said my order will be delivered within 48 hours. I was checking my phone every now and then and didn't received a single call from delivery person or courier company.And they are saying that they were not able to reach me!!!
                Now you have sent order back and are saying it will reach me in 7-8 days?
                Are you people joking with my money?
                Please refund my money I have had very bad experience with this shopping site.
                This is limit I want my money back within 48 hours or I will take strict action against the company.

                      I have placed an order[protected] on 23rd november 2017. But still have not received any shipping confirmation yet.                             I had ordered sling back triple band flats - shoe size : 37 and pointy mules flats black - shoe size : 36. On receipt, i realised that the size of the sling back triple band flats i had ordered was not fitting me and therefore placed my first exchange request. Further, instead of delivering pointy mules flats black as i had ordered, i was delivered a wrong product. Again, i placed my first exchange request. These exchanges, being the first ones, are guaranteed free on the company's website. The said items were picked up from my residence on 15.11.17, but neither has the same been updated on the website of street style store, nor have they sent the correct items to me till date. It has been more than two weeks and there's no indication that the company intends to deliver said products to me.

                            This company's service has always been the worst i've ever experienced till date. And after this order's fulfilment, i'm never going to order from this website.

                              I ordered two boots from sss but till now there's no tracking details please deliver the product asap or is the company cheating it's customers. 1927575 everybody who's been ordering any product is having the same complaint. I placed an order i cancelled it i again placed the same order. The courier company is in the same city still it's taking so much time! Thank you!

                                  I ordered my product on[protected] were it's already crossed 1 month. Even i send you lots of mail nd even you company does not have contact no. Even sending you lots of mail i don't not get proper reply from your site. So i am totally dissapointed with your service.                                     It's been two weeks since i have received a damaged product. I immediately tried to contact them, sent them email even tried to contact on their instagram page but i never got a single reply.
                                    The product that has been delivered the in absolute # condition, the shoe sole is overly painted, it's scaling off from the sole and it is discoloured near the heel area. Looks like the product has been used before.

                                      I have ordered shoes[protected] one month back and i still did not get it. I had mail them so many times but they have not shown any positive response. Now i am no longer interested in their product i just want my money back. I will never recommend to buy stuff from their website. Attached is the order id and amount.                                         A month ago i bought two shoes from street style store online store and the shoes that i got one we're defective and other one was not as their website description. As soon as i received the package i told them about the issue that evening itself through their facebook page as well as their webpage. I even got a ticket no. For the complaint. They kept promising that their courier partner will pick up the product for the replacement but nothing happened. Even last time they cheated me the same way by sending me a shoe which was completely different from their website description. Only today they told me they don't have a pick up facility in my location because i told them that i was making a formal complaint and to courier the shoes myself. This is simply outrageous if that was the case then they should have just told me the same thing the first time instead of waiting my time. The contact number that they give out doesn't even work. They are simply violating consumer protection act, 1986.
