Its been 24 days i have placed an order as they had provided me a voucher for the exchange they failed to make. Have very bad customer service, no one picks up call, there is no tracking id, no way to know where the order has reached. I reply to my mail they say "your product has been marked as urgent delivery and will try to deliver it soon". I need the delivery to be made in a day or two or else i need my money back. Its been nearly 2 months i haved placed an order, returned my order for the wrong size, chased for the exchanged item, reorder item as they added the money to voucher, and still waiting for the delivery

I placed order in sss and selected delivery address at odisha but I had moved out to Assam recently. I want to change my order to the present address.I am sharing the details of the order.
