It's been two weeks since i have received a damaged product. I immediately tried to contact them, sent them email even tried to contact on their instagram page but i never got a single reply.
The product that has been delivered the in absolute # condition, the shoe sole is overly painted, it's scaling off from the sole and it is discoloured near the heel area. Looks like the product has been used before.

    I have ordered shoes[protected] one month back and i still did not get it. I had mail them so many times but they have not shown any positive response. Now i am no longer interested in their product i just want my money back. I will never recommend to buy stuff from their website. Attached is the order id and amount. Also they dont have any customer care no.

      A month ago i bought two shoes from street style store online store and the shoes that i got one we're defective and other one was not as their website description. As soon as i received the package i told them about the issue that evening itself through their facebook page as well as their webpage. I even got a ticket no. For the complaint. They kept promising that their courier partner will pick up the product for the replacement but nothing happened. Even last time they cheated me the same way by sending me a shoe which was completely different from their website description. Only today they told me they don't have a pick up facility in my location because i told them that i was making a formal complaint and to courier the shoes myself. This is simply outrageous if that was the case then they should have just told me the same thing the first time instead of waiting my time. The contact number that they give out doesn't even work. They are simply violating consumer protection act, 1986.

        Dispatch the product and respond at [protected] y r u not dispatching the product. At time when i ordered the product its stock was there so i was able to make online payment and i have already done it and have receipt as well and going to file an fir against street style store, if you will not dispatch the order within a day or two.         Why are they not dispatching the product? When i ordered it, it was showing in stock. Make sure to dispatch the product within 2 days. M supposed to wear them at occasion on 10 December 2017. I have made online payment and has proof of it. Please deliver the product by not allowing me to take some harsh actions like file an FIR.
        Deliver the product at the earliest its already more than 2 months when i ordered the product and delivering from Delhi within the country is not a big deal. For any information do call me.

          When we try to contact them their number is unavailable.
          It gives the time period of 3 to 21 days which has already went off.

            The product which i ordered i. E pair of grey colour shoes is not according to its colour and material is also not good and is totally different from what i actually ordered.

            So i want to return it and get the refund or solve my problem in any other way!!

            So i tried to submit my query to sss but not able to submit the complain!!

            Sss should have proper customer care service so that we will not get tensed for such matters.

              I made my payment to ccavenue through paytm and on contacting to ccavenue they have cleared that payment has been made to street style store but when i check into my account for order history details it shows i haven't placed any order!                 I applied for exchange approx a month ago and they haven't picked up yet. Pick up date was within 3-5 days. They don't even pick up their calls. This is the worst website with unprofessional people. I won't ever buy from sss. I have heard soo many negative reviews against this website. My experience was bad too. Even after paying online i am not getting any response.

                  It has been over a month since i've been trying to initiate the exchange. You people didn't even bother to respond untill last week.. And now i got a pop up saying i can't exchange it.. It's your mistake that you didn't answer to my request for exchange which was made after two days of delivery and it was made multiple times. I have sent numerous emails since last month to initiate a exchange.. After attempted to communicate with y'all over so many ways.. Finally i got a email the process has been put underway and the courier boy will pick it up in 3-4 days.. But it's been 9 days and still no one has come.. I've been waiting for more than a months.. Please atleast be professional enough to be quick with replies

                    I placed an order for footwear on nov 5 and i have not recieved it and i got no mail or anything relating to the order status. When i tried to raise a query i wasn't able to as it said the expected date of delivery is nov 26 but in my order status it says cancelled. I got no information regarding the same.                       I had ordered a pair of ballerinas which was named as "ever the mentor flats black" in size 40 and i have received a pair of black heels instead. This is a complete blunder and i am really disappointed. I even emailed them 4-5 times but they didn't revert back.                         I had ordered some products from their online site around 6th june 2017. They never answer my calls. They dont even respond to mails. After lot of letters and mails i finally got 2 out of my 3 orders. 1of the product is still pending. I have got no response on that. Plus i have got 1 more seprate order pending with them. They dont even update me about its status.

I have recieced the rest two products but i was told that it will be a split order and my pending order will also be delivered to me, but i still haven't recieved it.                             I had placed an order for two pair of footwear on 29 oct 2017 with the order reference no. 1863164 and paid online for both ₹1148.00.
                            Till now, i received only one pair (Twist of gait bootsfor ₹499) i haven't received any update for another one (Good chase sneakers black ₹599) since last one month...

                              I had ordered for shoes and had to return it back due to size issue and requested for different size, it was cod and the product was applied for exchange immediately, i have already played the amount and they have picked my shoe for exchange and i don't see any update later.

                              Please escalate, i am travelling abroad on 1st dec, i am expecting the product by this time and it is very urgent, please understand.

                                I ordered 3 culottes out of which for one i raised a size exchange. Order id is #1878987. The product has been delivered to you but you'll didn't send me the exchanged product yet. I am attaching the order status shown in my account.
                                Also i raised a query on your website to which no one replied. I called the given customer care number and no one picked up. I contacted you via instagram but still no reply.

                                        Order reference number 1875018.
                                        My order had been placed on the 3rd of november and it has crossed the number of days it takes to dispatch. I had places two orders right after it and both got delivered. The current status on the order is priority dispatch but it’s been like that for a week now. I need an update on this order fast because clearly this has gone on for too long. If the product is out of stock i’d want my cash to be refunded as soon as possible. Please treat this with utmost urgency.
