I had ordered 3 pairs of footwear in the month of october and as per the delivery conditions i waited for it to get delivered withun 21 days which was not the case. Secondly due to size issues i applied for the exchange of my product. They cane to pick my product in 3 days but there had been no lead of that after it being picked up. What the hell is going on? Is this how you treat your customers? If you are not capable of exchanging my product kindly pay me my 1100 money back or else i might have to report against the website? Also if ever it is supposed to come, am i supposed to again wait a whole month for it getting delivered?

I call them many times but they don't pick up my phone i am really very upset with there website. I just need my money back if they can't give me the product.

      Order no - 1822407 — the order was placed on 10/7/2017 and paymment was made via card. (Online) i have sent them several reminders from my account on their website and the status shows as priority dispatch since 11/7/2017. However, no details off tracking are shared whatsoever.
      They donot have any customer care no. Or i cannot write to them directly as it shows failed. The only way to connect is through the my account section - and there is geneneally no satisfactory response.
      My last message to them was this -
      I cannot even send an email to you guys.. It shows failed... What is the update?? When will the priority dispatch be dispatched?? You already have the money for the order... Been 1.5 months... Way-way more from the actual expected delivery! Can you plz confirm.

      Product quality is not good, product is looking different into website but actual is different.trying to connect with there customer care but no reply from them.

        My order reference is #1869592 i placed an order on10/21/2017. It has been thirty days.

        The website says that it is on priority dispatch however the tracking number provided for delivery appears not to exist with the dispatching company which is delhivery. Tracking number[protected] date - 11/1/2017

        I have already paid for the product and no phone numbers or contact information for sss.com or delhivery appear to be functional.
        Kindly return the money or deliver the shoes!

          The shoes I ordered didn't fit me so now i want to exchange. but in the replace section I cannot find any menu for the size changing. every time I click on change size the menu pop ups that the new selected size is same as the previous. but where is the section where i can select the new size.

            I have ordered shoes one month back and i still did not get it. I had mail them so many times but they have not shown any positive response. Now i am no longer interested in their product i just want my money back. I will never recommend to buy stuff from their website. They do not deliver the product on time. They dont even have cod option available. They say you can cod the product but at the time of ordering you have to pay via card otherwise they dont place your order.

                I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by street style store. I placed my order on 16th october 2017 and it's been almost two months, i haven't received my second order. The payment has already been made for both the pair of shoes but one of them is still missing. I had placed a complaint on sss website too but they never responded. I would consider this as a fraud and would definitely not recommend anyone to buy any product from this site. My order reference is #1787382. Neither the refund nor the shoe has been delivered.

                I don't think this has something to do with sss late delivery of products. I knew that it would take approximately 1 month for the order to be delivered at my address. I got a mail within 15 days after placing the order that delivery of one of the pair of shoes has been cancelled without any reason being mentioned. It's been two months approximately- I haven't received a single update about the order or the refund. This clearly shows negligence towards the customers and their grievances after taking the payments. The issue should be fixed within 10 days or else I won't hesitate to take this to consumer court. It's not about the money it's about how customers are being cheated these days through these online websites.

                  I ordered 3pair of footwear around three months back and for some reqson i cudnt recieve the parcel so they returned it to the company. Since my money got deducted they should hav dispatched it again after i confirmed the order again on phone to them.. Since then i have been writing to their complaints forum for many time i dont recieve a reply abt anything. Either you refund my amount or send the footwear as peomised. You cant keep my money so conveninetly amd sit on it. My order no. 1673244

                    Yesterday i placed an order of 3 flat shoes amounting rs.1049 and paid through cc avenue (Net banking). And then, today i tried to track my order and it was written that i have not placed any order and i found that the products are still in the cart.                       This is extremely serious, i. Placed an order with sss more than a month ago, i have no idea whats happening with my order, in the last cimplaint, the executive replied saying its marked as priority but its not so. I want my order any how or else, the company will have to suffer. I want a call from the care executive as soon as possible.
                      My order id is #1833679 and the reference is fwwnejkeo. I want a call within 24 hours and a reply, i want an answer. There is no word for your bad service. Never had such a disgusting experience before.

                          What the hell is wrong with you guys? Why can't you reply to any of the contacts given here. If your communication system is so # why are you doing this? When you obviously can't. I have ordered an exchange as i have received smaller size. But i am getting no reply at all. Neither you answer your phone, nor the emails nor the complaints. I want replacement, i bet it isn't that hard. It is written here, the first exchange is free, but none of your representative has tried to contact me. Neither have i gotten any update regarding my order. First it was showing exchange is on the way, but now the top that is up for exchange is not even showing in my orders. I don't know if it is a technical glitch or you have done it deliberately to avoid me. Kindly improve your service if you don't wanna shut down.

                            I don't know whats your problem guys!! I m hell irritated with you because of your pathetic and worst service which you are giving to your customers! I told you thousands of time that i need my product to be delivered on time but as usual its gonna be late! Its expected delivery date is 21st and i have given you time till 23rd last to last i have given you time till 23rd understand? You don't reply to my emails calls nothing so i have to submit complaint here! I swear to god if the product gets delay that means till 23rd i ll wait i ll make you pay my every single coin of money plus interest by giving a case file against you in the court! I need a call from your side thats my last email or msg to you guys i ll now wait till 23rd november if i didn't receive my product be ready to pay a huge amount as well as to face legal obligations!!!

                                I placed an order on november 16, 2017 for a few items. One item out of that, a pair of shoes, got cancelled from the website's end as it was out of stock. Firstly, you don't refund money as it isn't your policy to do so. Then, you say that i have been issued a credit note which can be found in my login. The item i paid for was worth 699. I had placed the order plus tax. But the credit note i received was for only 499. That is just ridiculous. What kind of a scam is this?

                                Edit: The item was 499 itself. Error on my part as i did not see the shipping cost. But you must amend your rule about no refunds when the cancellation is from your end, why must I be forced to buy something i don't want?

                                  It has been 2 months since i placed this order. I have submitted complaints for more than 5 times. Each time i got an auto generated mail that team is looking into it. Still i haven't received my order yet. There is no contact number provided on the website so that i can talk to their customer care representative. Also, there is no tracking link provided. They haven't refunded it either. Please help me on this issue.

                                      I have placed an order#1860038 on 27th oct and it was delivered on 30th and due to size issue i placed exchange request with diff size... And it wss picked up on 3rd november by shadowfax services... After that i raised soo many complaint tickets # 197524, #194118, #189668, #188555... But till now there is no update on my order neither i have my money refund nor dress... They ent reply to any msgs on instagram... Facebook or on their website...
