I had placed an order for two shoes, order no #1854213, the size does not fit me, hence i placed a change size order.
The shoes have been already picked up but still i am unable to find the current track status in the account.
I have tried contacting you guys but none of you pick the call up, i have also tried emailing you but still no response.
Can i please get the latest track status of replacement order and also the approximate delivery date for the replacement order.
Please atleast provide the update. Its very poor service sss.
