I am keep on sending you mail on the id which you have provided on your shopping site. But i am not getting any response. I have ordered something from your store and the size is too small for me so i want a exchange for the item. But seeing such behavior i am fed up with you. If you want to improve service and make the good relationship with your customer so plz take action or reply for my mail or you can even reach me over phone [protected].

      I order 2 shoes 1nd half month ago and received one the other is still in dispatch.

        I ordered 3 shoes and paid for it through CC avenue but my orders are not showing in the account.My previous order is also not showing that I paid through CC avenue, I ordered 2 shoes previously.From the first order I need refund and from the second one if possible deliver the products or refund it.

          I had placed an order today on sss. Due to errors in the portal the payment has been cut twice before the third time where the order actually got placed. I require a refund for the two times the payment has been cut. I have also recieved a confirmation email from ccavenue regarding confirmed payment three times now. The order id is [protected]-5437258. Payment amount it 2282 twice that has to be refunded

            I have applied for replacement of the sandals.. But i have not received the parcel yet.. It has been more than 2 months i have complained for replacement of sandals due to size issues.. I have also paid the amount... It has been so long.. Help me either getting my sandals or my money back..

              The size of the shoe is totally different and even the shoes is not resemble with one another(different design ) and i can't return the product i do al the process of returning through the given option but it didn't work as i aspected ..so please make the process work out

                I had order 3 flats from streetstylestore on 21st of october and the estimated date was 11th nov. I had ordered it for a cause and i needed them before 19th of november. I have written about the same in several querries on their website, the order is in priority dispatch since 4 days and still there's no action. Do you really need a month to dispatch a order? Do you live in the era of bullock carts and horse ferries transporting your stuff? Please, deliver it by sunday! My order no. Is 1847772

                I had lodged a complaint and the representative who called said he'll connect me to a higher person within half an HR and I did not get any call. I had ordered on 21st Oct and estimated date of delivery was 11th Nov, I still haven't received. If you cant deliver things, why have you opened a website? My order Id is 1847772 and I need my order at any cost by Monday as I need it for a cause.

                  I ordered 2 pair of shoes on[protected] and it almost 1.5 months but i havt received my orderd yet and pre pay for the product my order no is 1817488 they people dpnt even botger to tell us the status of our product will they send or not if they cannt provide good service at least they refund our money. Whenever i try to contact them never respond of any calls. Onlye status i can track on their website is that they received money nithing else. I dont know y they are runing this kind of websites if they are unable to resolve the querry of their customers. I want my money back or deliver my product within 1 week

                    I have ordered for "fauna in focus heels" three months ago and its been a high time that i didn't even recived my order as you people give us assurance to get our orders within 3-21 days but its in the priority dispatch. I have mailed you many times reguarding this order but no reply
                    I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order?? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You respond properly nor your number ever works, every time i have a problem i have to post a complain here.
                    Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.

                      I had placed an order on the 6th of november. Order id 1881038. I haven't got any confirmation regarding the order. It has been paid already. Tell me when are they going to get delivered. This is a highly unsatisfactory experience as i had ordered from the website for the first time. I have been waiting for a a delivery date but it shows nothing at all. Neither did i receive any call from the company. Also the customer care number of the store doesn't give any response as nobody picks up the phone only. I need a quick response from the company which should be made as soon as possible.

                        I had placed an order for two shoes, order no #1854213, the size does not fit me, hence i placed a change size order.
                        The shoes have been already picked up but still i am unable to find the current track status in the account.
                        I have tried contacting you guys but none of you pick the call up, i have also tried emailing you but still no response.
                        Can i please get the latest track status of replacement order and also the approximate delivery date for the replacement order.

                          I ordered shoes from this site they were not upto mark. On my request for the exchange i did receive only one mail asking about the pictures of the article.
                          And nothin as in extended help
                          They never reply to the mail, their helpdesk is very slow and inefficient.
                          I did mail them the photos and all.. But they didn't have a courtesy to reply back.. Even we did pay for the product..
                          It's been 4+ months that i have been waiting

                            Street style store confirmed the order of shoes on 17/10/2017 and mailed that it will take 3-21 days to dispatch the order. It has been almost a month and the shoes are still not dispatched. I complained to them on 7 november, 2017 and asked for refund, but they did not respond to my complaint. I want my money back.

                              And the duration of delivery is 21 days and it has been more than 25 days now and i have not received my order yet.

                                I ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket and i made payment via mobikwik.
                                Money has been deducted from my wallet but order has not been placed.

                                  This is the 2nd time that i received a wrong product in 3 for 999 clothing and i completely believe that this is their strategy to make businees as they are not goint to refund and the consumer will any how have to bloody buy somthing or the other from them only regardless of the quality and product type.

                                  This was my third order and the last order from me and i would like this portal to be bannned forever.

                                  We are unable to reach them at any cost.

                                  I request this portal must be bannned with additional leagal charges must be put on them.

                                    I did a transaction on www.streetstylestore.com where due to some technical glitch on the website .The transaction was completed but order was not processed.The amount got deducted from my account and order was not completed.

                                    The website doesn't have a toll free number and the consumer are left with no forum to complain about.The website layout doesn't support any customer complains.

                                      First of all i want to tell your website is the worst shopping website ever. Terrible experience shopping from your store.
                                      Ok so what happened with my irder is it hot cancelled that too after 40 days.. And then you refunded me the amount in the voucher instead of refunding the money to my account.
                                      For instance i assume it's okay that you gave me a voucher but when i am using that voucher it's again asking me to pay gst (₹50), which i had already payed when i placed the order initially.
                                      I don't get why should i pay the tax one more tome when it's soulely your fault to cancel my order.
                                      I have sent multiple mails to you but never received a reply. I want you check my order (Qaiysfyvv) asap, and refund me the money if you can't remove the double tax issue.

                                      No my concern remains the same, I am not at all statisfied, as per the telephoinc conversation I was informed that I will not be charged with the rax again but instead I am getting charged for 75 bucks.

                                        Saransh this side I have placed 7 orders from different different email ids and i never got any product from my orders and also my money is been refunded i called and emailed you like hundred of times but no response from you guys i need instant call back from your end at this number [protected] otherwise i have to take this complaint further to be processed legally...

                                        Listen! Just cut off everything i don't care anything now i don't trust you guys and you have lost a regular customer just do one thing i have placed an order on 31st oct 17 with order no #1867930 Its expected delivery date is 21st november! Just deliver it on time otherwise you know if the product doesn't get deliver till that date i ll go legal actions for sure because i have many email ids and several accounts on sss and i have complaints on all of it! So this time deliver it on time i need that product on or before 21st november!

                                        I don't know to whom i spoke today in the evening but according to our telephonic conversation he promised me to send his personal email id so that i can contact sss directly and get response in less then 12hrs but he didn't emailed me his id!! Also i have mailed you on your email id sss! Kindly read it !! It states about the legal obligations and the dates i have given you because i m totally done with you guys just deliver this product and read my email at your email id!

                                        Two flats (footwears) of this order were reverse picked up for exchange on 7 November, 2017 .
                                        But no confirmation email from the company was received regarding the pickup or exchange order.
