I placed an order on november 16, 2017 for a few items. One item out of that, a pair of shoes, got cancelled from the website's end as it was out of stock. Firstly, you don't refund money as it isn't your policy to do so. Then, you say that i have been issued a credit note which can be found in my login. The item i paid for was worth 699. I had placed the order plus tax. But the credit note i received was for only 499. That is just ridiculous. What kind of a scam is this?

Edit: The item was 499 itself. Error on my part as i did not see the shipping cost. But you must amend your rule about no refunds when the cancellation is from your end, why must I be forced to buy something i don't want?

    Expected delivery date: 23/10/2017
    It has been 2 months since i placed this order. I have submitted complaints for more than 5 times. Each time i got an auto generated mail that team is looking into it. Still i haven't received my order yet. There is no contact number provided on the website so that i can talk to their customer care representative. Also, there is no tracking link provided. They haven't refunded it either. Please help me on this issue.

        I have placed an order#1860038 on 27th oct and it was delivered on 30th and due to size issue i placed exchange request with diff size... And it wss picked up on 3rd november by shadowfax services... After that i raised soo many complaint tickets # 197524, #194118, #189668, #188555... But till now there is no update on my order neither i have my money refund nor dress... They ent reply to any msgs on instagram... Facebook or on their website...

                I ordered 3 shoes and paid for it through CC avenue but my orders are not showing in the account.My previous order is also not showing that I paid through CC avenue, I ordered 2 shoes previously.From the first order I need refund and from the second one if possible deliver the products or refund it.

                  I had placed an order today on sss. Due to errors in the portal the payment has been cut twice before the third time where the order actually got placed. I require a refund for the two times the payment has been cut. I have also recieved a confirmation email from ccavenue regarding confirmed payment three times now.                       The size of the shoe is totally different and even the shoes is not resemble with one another(different design ) and i can't return the product i do al the process of returning through the given option but it didn't work as i aspected ..so please make the process work out

                        I had lodged a complaint and the representative who called said he'll connect me to a higher person within half an HR and I did not get any call. I had ordered on 21st Oct and estimated date of delivery was 11th Nov, I still haven't received. If you cant deliver things, why have you opened a website? My order Id is 1847772 and I need my order at any cost by Monday as I need it for a cause.

                              I had placed an order on the 6th of november. Order id 1881038. I haven't got any confirmation regarding the order. It has been paid already. Tell me when are they going to get delivered. This is a highly unsatisfactory experience as i had ordered from the website for the first time. I have been waiting for a a delivery date but it shows nothing at all. Neither did i receive any call from the company.                                 I had placed an order for two shoes, order no #1854213, the size does not fit me, hence i placed a change size order.
                                The shoes have been already picked up but still i am unable to find the current track status in the account.

                                  I ordered shoes from this site they were not upto mark. On my request for the exchange i did receive only one mail asking about the pictures of the article.
                                  And nothin as in extended help
                                  They never reply to the mail, their helpdesk is very slow and inefficient.

                                      The order was placed on 18/10/2017. I have placed 2 orders on the same date with cash on delivery.
                                      And the duration of delivery is 21 days and it has been more than 25 days now and i have not received my order yet.
                                      And their is no concerned person to whom should i call to ask the details regarding the orders.

                                        I have already mailed you once regarding my complaint but there is no reply from your side. Also, no body receives phone calls.
                                        I ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket and i made payment via mobikwik.
                                        Money has been deducted from my wallet but order has not been placed.
                                        A screenshot is attached with my complaint.
                                        Please refund money back into my account.
                                        Otherwise i will have to take a strict action against your company.
