I had placed an order for footwear more than a month ago, precisely on 15th october. The order hasn't been delivered yet, as of 26th november.
The order has been shipped and debageed on 10th november. It's just there and hasn't been delivered yet. I can't cancel my order anymore either. I've tried registering multiple complaints, they haven't replied to any, feels like im banging on a wall and expecting a reply.

    Yesterday 24-11-17 i made payment for my shoes but they haven't send any confirmation message and when i ask for refund they told they will check and now they are not even replying to my message. I made the payment via Mobikwik and i do still have screenshot for the payment that has been made. When i check my account on the website they are showing no orders and the product that i wanted is still in the cart so can you please tell me where has the money gone ?

      Hi,
      I have returned a product (Order reference : 1871073) through shadowfax on 9th november 2017. I called them for the status of the product and they said it’s already been delivered. But when i checked through tracking it’s showing still not delivered. Can you please confirm whether it’s been delivered or not. If yes then please change the status of the product in sss account else please call the shadowfax office. They keep telling me it’s been delivered even when i told them it’s not showing that in their tracking.

        Hi,
        I have ordered a product on 4th nov, 17 and the same was delivered to me on 11th nov, 17.
        I have raised the request for exchange the size and i need a bigger size-38.
        The courier company who delivered the product "shadowfax" picked up the product on 15th nov, 17.
        After that no one has contacted me about my order, also the website show - "pickup requested for exchange". Its been so many days and no one has contacted nor the site is updated.
        Can someone take action and give me the product otherwise return my money rs.774.
        How much time you will be taking for delivered a product.
        There is no customer care number and no one replies to query emails.

          It has been almost 1and half month i placed my order, i ordered 2 footwear which i didn't get till now, i have been sending mail from past one month, no reply, i can't trust you guys anymore, in fact i'll stop my friends also to buy, (Trust me i have ordered from your website so many times, but this one is prepaid), you guys can't play with other people's money, i'll put it up on facebook so that everyone will know if you don't take any action.

            I found that my size doesn't match to your sizing charts after i got the delivery of a couple of tops. And i would want a refund now that you guys aren't responding to the exchange process on time. The size i requested for was extra small, and turns out when order was placed it was selected to large. I can't seem to get a response from customer care executives n neither the website. It's a scam!

              I placed a complin earlier and still there was no response from you people. Neither you pick up calls nor you reply to the complains. I placed an order on 2/11/17 and after a week i checked its status it showed missed in bangalore. I again placed an order for some other product on 12/11/17. Then on 17/11/17 i received a cll from your store that your order is here in bangalore in will be delivered to you in 2 days. I confirmed from her that which is the order she is talking about i. E the one for which the order was placed on 2nd or 12th november n she responded that it is the one for which the order was placed on november 2. So whem the person called me that i have reached take your order i took it n whn i opened it was the one for which order was placed on 12/11/17. Your persons themselves dont noe what are they speaking. Better make your personnels aware of what is going on. I want the product that is delivered to me to be returned and not exchanged for and i want the refund for it. Contact me asap or else i have to find another way to it.

                I have placed an order on sss website on 20/09/2017, there were total 2 shoes and one of them was delivered but the order one is not yet delivered to me, tried contact them above 100 times but they never reply to emails,

                My order was a prepaid one and never received any refund too till date.

                I would request everyone not to order from this website as they keep on fooling people.

                  Its been over a month. Order was placed on oct 21, 2017.
                  The delivery guy called me once and said i am busy today i will deliver tomorrow, but didnt call for 2 weeks.
                  Later he called again and i could not collect, he said he will deliver the next day but he didnt. Its been a week now.

                    I placed a prepaid order (Reference AWGDPERFW) on 10/26/2017. I submitted a query on the 22nd day after placing my order, after which they made it priority dispatch. I still haven't received the order, after almost a month. Their inbox is full so I can't send an email. If I raise a query, I get an automated reply saying they will dispatch my order at the earliest. I will take legal action if I don't get my order or my money back. My order was for Rs. 1248.

                        My product id #1828774 which i had ordered months ago has not been delivered yet. I had raised queries multiple time but there was no response. There is no way to contact the seller. The contact number is also not available on the website. And now there is some technical problem in their mail box because of which mails could not be sent.                           Today i got flats size no. 39 order no. #1906281 but since these pairs did not fit i would like replace it and get size no. 38.. Your site is providing the instructions to click "replace" but there is not any option of replace... Please immediately help me out with this issue otherwise i will take legal action against your company...                             I have ordered some products from street style store order no. 1879871 order reference. Mjeijdhfs. It will be a month now and still i didn't receive my product and not even it's been shipped.. The only thing they did is kept the status as priority dispatch if i don't get my order on the date i am going to complaint this company. Really fed up of sending you emails on alternate days. Work on my product. If you are not interested in the business please close it but don't make your customers wait and get pissed off on you.

I don't think there is nothing is priority in here. I want to received my order as soon as possible. Please look up for this order. And i don't think you people know what priority means. And not only for this product i ve ordered before but all the products reached me after 1 months after i ordered. And i think it's too much n the company should upgrade for such stuffs.                                   Worst service ever.
                                  While placing order the company assured of delivering the products within 21 days but it's been a long time & i have not yet received the products.

                                  To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

                                  Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of input and labour to be done to become a full fledged one.

                                  We state that we shall be producing best quality at a very cheap rate. Our designs are attractive and we are working on our grey parts to be a perfect e-commerce.

                                    Hello,
                                    My order of id-1856432 which i had placed on 26/10/2017 having exchanged has not reached me yet. I had to go to their office personally since their was issues regarding the initiation of exchange and i placed the order in their office on that very day. I have been trying to contact them since i will be out of town in few weeks. It has been more than 3-21 days for dispatch and got no tracking number. I have sent emails several times to which i got no response. I would like to request to arrange my order to reach me as soon as possible.

                                      I placed this order on 19/10/17. The payment was made online and ever since then no shipping mail has been sent. I complained on your email so many times and no reply has been given. Order id : ptcrpyvwa
                                      Look into this soon at your earliest. Or at least let me know your reason for delay. Being this careless about an order which has been paid for does not make sense. Need a reply quick.

                                        I have ordered the shoe on 25sep now i have received my product on 25 oct.
                                        I have raised the request for exchange the size. I need the big size 37. And one pick the shoe on 11 nov.
                                        After that no one contact me about my order.
                                        Can someone take action and give me product otherwise return my money 1000 red.
                                        How much time you will be taking for delivered the product, when fashion is out.
