I ordered a pair of shoes and a jacket yesterday, i. E, 13 november, 2017.
I made a payment via mobikwik.
Money has already been deducted from my wallet but there are no orders under the head ‘my orders’ that clearly shows that order has not been placed.
It is requested to kindly return money back into my account or look after the respective order.

    I've ordered two pairs of shoes been over 45 days and not delivered yet . No order status nothing yet. If its gonna go like this I've to take some legal action in consumer fast track court.

        I have ordered three flats for rs. 1099 but two of the shoes did not fit me so i had requested for a exchange from sss site. It said pick up request has been sent but it's been two days no one has come for a pick up. My contact number: [protected]
        I want an exchange as soon as possible. I have paid the amount but that flat is too small yo be 36. My size is 36 but tgat show doesn't loolike 36. Its too small. I want to exchange. Do it please.

        It was my firat time on sss and experience was horrible. I orded 36 number and you sent small flat that only banies can wear. Toooooooo small to be 36. On sole you write 36 but true size is not even 30. How can you do that and its clearly written that i can visit www.streetstylestore.com/exchange for exchanging products. I visited but you are not giving an exchange. And now your costumer care is calling me and asking bank details and debit card number. You have clearly stated that refund is no possible but now suddenly you are saying you will refund and asking me my debit details. How is that possible? I'm not a foolish consumer. Exchnage my products. I'll file complaints 10 times everyday till i get my exchange.

          I had placed order for four items on 23rd of october, the order was split into two, one for footwear and second for clothing, the shoes were delivered but size didn't fit so i requested to exchange it on 6th november, the correct size is not delivered till date even the clothes have not been delivered, pathetic customer services there is no response on call nor on mail

            I placed this order on 4th of nov 2017. At the time of placing this order, the expected delivery date was 11th of nov. But i do not find any trace of my product, no tracking number, nothing. I mailed you several times but got no response.
            I placed this order at first place because i needed the product for some occasion. Now that it is 13th of nov already, there is no use of this product. I had to buy alternative product for myself. I want the complete refund of my money. This is not the way you should deal with your customers. This is so disappointing and pathetic.

            You cannot payback the amount of my effort and time to arrange for an alternative. I want my money back.
            Contact me back on phone or on mail asap or i will have to escalate this complain even further.

              I purchased flat footwear. But it was not of my size. So I complained for return and exchange. Courier person came and take the footwear... But till now I didn't get the correct size of my footwear ..so may I know when will I get.No customer number is mentioned in your web site. At least one reply should be there regarding exchange. I hope some action should be taken regarding my problem. Either I should get correct size of footwear or money. Ozoe

                  I had ordered for 2 pair of shoes which i had been delivered to me within 1 month... I had sent for exchange request as the size of the shoe wasn't correct... I had sent for exchange request... I have already returned the shoes since i wasn't satisfied with the product i was told to contact the customer service further details regarding the refund of cash there is no such number provided in the website so that i can contact them...                         I had requested for exchange as the product size was bigger than what i expected. A person from street style came and picked up the shoes. However i have not been able to track it nor did i receive replacement of the same. I have paid money for it. I am in a situation neither able to get my shoes not money back. They do not have proper customer care whom i can contact and raise the same. I am extremely disappointed.

                        I have purchased earlier from Street Style Store, liked the product and the service but this time I am really disappointed by the kind of service. This is not expected from a brand like yours. I want to know the status of my product.

Why this confusion. Also I would request your team to be more efficient in tracking the details of the person who takes returned products from customers.

                        i really like the quality of your products hence I have been ordering from your website. But this experience was unexpected.

                          I have made my order with order id#1724324 of a pair of shoes in july and have paid about a grand. On 18th aug it has been tagged as 'priority dispatch ' and is not delivered till date. The worst part is, in spite of complaining and raising queries many times, they do not respond at all.
                          Their products are attractive but it is well compensated by this pathetic service.

                                My order no is - #1884673

                                I have ordered from this website 3 days back and i am continuously calling their customer care number and also i have mailed on their helpline mail id, i didn't get any mail from their side and neither anyone is picking up my call. This is such a bad experience and i have ordered for the first time from this site. I have genuine concerns and want my product to deliver as soon as possible. If you guys have establish a customer care number, then you must take leverage to pick up call. Sometimes it is saying busy or sometimes no one is picking up call, that means number is working but they are picking call of customers and neither replying on mail.

                                My Order no is- #1884673

                                I have ordered from this website 3 days back and I am continuously calling their Customer Care number and also I have mailed on their Helpline mail id, I didn't get any mail from their side and neither anyone is picking up my call. This is such a bad experience and I have ordered for the first time from this site. I have genuine concerns and want my product to deliver as soon as possible. If you guys have establish a Customer Care number, then you must take leverage to pick up call. Sometimes it is saying busy or sometimes no one is picking up call, that means number is working but they are not picking call of customers and neither replying on mail. I have also not received any confirmation mail.

                                Please call me back and reply my mails. It is very urgent. Kindly revert back.

                                  I ordered one undeniably extraordinary heels - shoe size : 42 and one lets stroll heel - shoe size : 42 with order reference mfzhbussg and number 1791410. Lodged complaints several times, no whereabouts received till now. The delivery date has crossed the promised date of delivery, which is 17-21 days from placing order, which is 09/18/2017. So, please let me know whether it will be delivered or not, if not please return the money, i will be obliged. Don't bluff customers by taking money and not delivering items on time. If you are really bankrupt then please try other means of earning money rather than looting and breaking your customer's faith on you.

                                  We have issued you a credit note as your order went out of stock. The credit notes will be valid for one year. You can utilise the credit note to purchase some other product from our website.

                                  The credit notes will be available under "MY VOUCHERS" section of your SSS account.

                                  You have to apply this in the first step of the checkout process. You will have an option to input

                                  the Voucher code. Please feed the code there and press OK button or press ENTER Key.

                                    On 5th november i placed order for 3 tops worth 999.1049 was deducted from my account but still the items remain in the cart without any order details or confirmation email.                                       I ordered two pairs of sneakers from sss. They came after a month and what i received was not my size. Although 39 fits me well but the sneakers we're too big for me.
                                      They aren't allowing me to get both changed.
                                      The bill i received in my email said the amount was 994 but the invoice the delivery boy had asked me for 1093.
                                      Please help!
                                      The quality is really poor!
                                      The products in the picture and the products in real appear to be different.

                                        I have ordered 1 shoe from street style store (Feminist distressed heels of size 40) and that shoe is big for me do from that street style store only i request exchange of product to a smaller size the shoe size of 38 or 37 and its confirm, so they came and picked that old ordered shoe of size 40 on 1st november, 2017 and now its almost 9days from the day of picked up but till now also they haven't talk nor sent any messages regarding the exchange of product to a new asked product (Shoe size 38).. They didn't inform nothing about the taken product also nor about new change and in track order also nothing is there.. So please sir, kindly help me to get that new shoe.. Please.. Thanks you

                                        That shoe to a size 38 and it confirm in that steet style store, from that sss they have done picked up the product on 1st nov, 2017 but still till now also they do not have any information regarding my asked shoe, they did not sent any messages nor call me regarding that replace - reordered shoe, they haven't not yet done replacement of that already picked up taken products.. Please help me to get back that new ordered shoe as a replacement, please sir help me please
