This is the 2nd time that i received a wrong product in 3 for 999 clothing and i completely believe that this is their strategy to make businees as they are not goint to refund and the consumer will any how have to bloody buy somthing or the other from them only regardless of the quality and product type.

This was my third order and the last order from me and i would like this portal to be bannned forever.

We are unable to reach them at any cost.

I request this portal must be bannned with additional leagal charges must be put on them.

    HI Team,

    I did a transaction on www.streetstylestore.com where due to some technical glitch on the website .The transaction was completed but order was not processed.The amount got deducted from my account and order was not completed.

    The website doesn't have a toll free number and the consumer are left with no forum to complain about.The website layout doesn't support any customer complains.

      First of all i want to tell your website is the worst shopping website ever. Terrible experience shopping from your store.
      Ok so what happened with my irder is it hot cancelled that too after 40 days.. And then you refunded me the amount in the voucher instead of refunding the money to my account.
      For instance i assume it's okay that you gave me a voucher but when i am using that voucher it's again asking me to pay gst (₹50), which i had already payed when i placed the order initially.
      I don't get why should i pay the tax one more tome when it's soulely your fault to cancel my order.
      I have sent multiple mails to you but never received a reply. I want you check my order (Qaiysfyvv) asap, and refund me the money if you can't remove the double tax issue.

      No my concern remains the same, I am not at all statisfied, as per the telephoinc conversation I was informed that I will not be charged with the rax again but instead I am getting charged for 75 bucks.

        Saransh this side I have placed 7 orders from different different email ids and i never got any product from my orders and also my money is been refunded i called and emailed you like hundred of times but no response from you guys i need instant call back from your end at this number [protected] otherwise i have to take this complaint further to be processed legally...

Just cut off everything i don't care anything now i don't trust you guys and you have lost a regular customer just do one thing i have placed an order on 31st oct 17 with order no #1867930 Its expected delivery date is 21st november! Just deliver it on time otherwise you know if the product doesn't get deliver till that date i ll go legal actions for sure because i have many email ids and several accounts on sss and i have complaints on all of it! So this time deliver it on time i need that product on or before 21st november!

        I don't know to whom i spoke today in the evening but according to our telephonic conversation he promised me to send his personal email id so that i can contact sss directly and get response in less then 12hrs but he didn't emailed me his id!! Also i have mailed you on your email id sss! Kindly read it !! It states about the legal obligations and the dates i have given you because i m totally done with you guys just deliver this product and read my email at your email id!

        Two flats (footwears) of this order were reverse picked up for exchange on 7 November, 2017 .
        But no confirmation email from the company was received regarding the pickup or exchange order.

          I have placed an order and after receiving it i placed an exchange request bcoz of size issue but its been more than a month these people haven't delivered the product nor refunding my money. I tried writing so many emails to them but they saying that they had put my order on priority dispatch. It is on priority dispatch for more than 15 days. I don't know what they understand by "priority dispatch".
          If you cant make it up, refund my money otherwise i will escalate this matter and share my worst experience on social networking sites.

            I made a payment via mobikwik.
            Money has already been deducted from my wallet but there are no orders under the head ‘my orders’ that clearly shows that order has not been placed.

                  It was my firat time on sss and experience was horrible. I orded 36 number and you sent small flat that only banies can wear. Toooooooo small to be 36. On sole you write 36 but true size is not even 30. How can you do that and its clearly written that i can visit www.streetstylestore.com/exchange for exchanging products. I visited but you are not giving an exchange. And now your costumer care is calling me and asking bank details and debit card number. You have clearly stated that refund is no possible but now suddenly you are saying you will refund and asking me my debit details. How is that possible? I'm not a foolish consumer. Exchnage my products. I'll file complaints 10 times everyday till i get my exchange.

                      I placed this order on 4th of nov 2017. At the time of placing this order, the expected delivery date was 11th of nov. But i do not find any trace of my product, no tracking number, nothing. I mailed you several times but got no response.
                      I placed this order at first place because i needed the product for some occasion. Now that it is 13th of nov already, there is no use of this product. I had to buy alternative product for myself. I want the complete refund of my money. This is not the way you should deal with your customers. This is so disappointing and pathetic.

                      You cannot payback the amount of my effort and time to arrange for an alternative. I want my money back.
                      Contact me back on phone or on mail asap or i will have to escalate this complain even further.

                        I purchased flat footwear. But it was not of my size. So I complained for return and exchange. Courier person came and take the footwear... But till now I didn't get the correct size of my footwear ..so may I know when will I get.No customer number is mentioned in your web site. At least one reply should be there regarding exchange.                             I had ordered for 2 pair of shoes which i had been delivered to me within 1 month... I had sent for exchange request as the size of the shoe wasn't correct... Order reference uatptqlab had a exchange request the order was picked up but the exchanged size has not been delivered yet another one also is stated as priority dispatch but has not been delivered yet.                                 I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for rs999. I received them after almost a month. They were good but one size big for me. So i requested for exchange. You picked up the sneakers and after that almost 15days later i received only one pair of sneakers with size down. I paid for both the shoes and after exchange i only received 1 pair of sneakers back. Please deliver the 2nd pair too. My order reference is 1798157 and for the pair of sneakers i received after exchange is 1877738

                                  I had requested for exchange as the product size was bigger than what i expected. A person from street style came and picked up the shoes. However i have not been able to track it nor did i receive replacement of the same. I have paid money for it. I am in a situation neither able to get my shoes not money back. They do not have proper customer care whom i can contact and raise the same. I am extremely disappointed.

                                  Its been more to 7 working days now yet there is no clue about the product. Will i get it.!!

                                  I have purchased earlier from Street Style Store, liked the product and the service but this time I am really disappointed by the kind of service. This is not expected from a brand like yours. I want to know the status of my product.

                                  This is to bring to your notice. I got 2 emails from your company Id. One said you have received the returned item. the other email mentioned that you have not received. Why this confusion. Also I would request your team to be more efficient in tracking the details of the person who takes returned products from customers.

                                  i really like the quality of your products hence I have been ordering from your website. But this experience was unexpected.

                                  Please sort this with priority. I shall await to receive the Shoes.

                                    I have made my order with order id#1724324 of a pair of shoes in july and have paid about a grand. On 18th aug it has been tagged as 'priority dispatch ' and is not delivered till date. The worst part is, in spite of complaining and raising queries many times, they do not respond at all.
                                    Their products are attractive but it is well compensated by this pathetic service.
