But due to size issues, i had to send it for an exchange, which was done on 27th october and i have no clue about my order ever since. Neither is the order history getting updated. I had ordered the product since 1 month with order no.1817632 and i hv already paid for it. If you cant deliver it on time give all the money back or i will file a case against the company. Stop exploiting consumers. And do uh people really know wat iz priority dispatch. I have registered complant 5-6 times and still you have no sense how to deal with the problem....

I've received my product finally after waiting for more than 3 months. I just can't explain how stupid is the quality of the product and the exchange policy is too much. I have tried to contact them so many times but no one is responding to my emails, calls, facebook messages and instagram messages /comments also.
I am extremely frustrated with the kind of customer service that they have.

I ordered a pant and those pants are very transparent. Can you please change at least the colour of my pants so that i can wear it? The pants which i have ordered is see through and i can't wear those and go out anywhere. The policy which you have is very bad. You should have mentioned in the description that those pants are transparent. Orelse i wouldn't have ordered it itself....

I ordered an item "cozy meets chic flat" footwear. However, it does not fit me properly. The shoe size is correct but the ankle strap is not.
