This is zeby shaikh, i placed an order on 13th october 2017, the delevery date has passed, yet not recieved the order neither is it dispatched, ive ordered thrice before but such inconvenience was not experienced, this way you people will lose your customers, the service is miserable, i want to know if you guys even remember my order, when am i gonna get it, its been a month now, queries, mails, dms are not being answered, what is going on. I want my order as soon as possible. The order reference is fwwnejkeo and tracking id is[protected].

I want an exact date when am i going to get the order.you guys just say that tge problem will be resolved but its overtime now. Which shopping site takes more than a month to deliver a shoe. I want an exact delivery date for my order.
