Its been 21 days but i haven't received my order. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have logged so many tickets, before providing the solution my tickets has been closed.
I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order?? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You...

I placed my order on 16 august 2017.
My order id is 1723610...
My order is still not dispatch from sss n today is 5sep2017...
And i want that product urgently... Even i send numberbof emails to them but they comeup with the reply that within 3-4 business days they will ship my order... But stil they didn't dispatch my order... I already paid my amt of rs 1049 by debit card....

I have order these product where i did not get my cloths, if you are not able to dispach my cloths so please refund my money, i have paid online by mobikwik wallet, there was mention i will get 15% cash back, still i did not get it. I am trying to call them but they are not reply of any call.

I could not receive the order, from then onwards the order is not showing up in account, none of the customer care number is reachable, neither they reply in email, nor picking up call, they don't have refund policy but i wd like to reorder the unreceived product, they have no way of communication, no confirmation email regarding the order, so that it l be easier to trace...

First of all, this website is such a non informative website where there is no such customer care no & customer care email id provided on the website. Even the sizes are not updated. I want to return my order #1752190 ali top which is not found in good quality, its fabrics too pathetic which couldnt get clubbed with any pair of skirts, jeans or shorts. I want to return my order. Please arrange pickup asap....

I had ordered a 3 pair of clothes of cost 999, and i had already paided that amount. But they didnot delivered that products. When i canceled the products they gave me vouchers instead of amount. And now when i am trying to ordered some products by using that vouchers they are cahrging me un deined chagres. Please kindly help me. There is no contact source so that we can complain direct also....

I received my order on 1/09/2017 of order id-1729540, however i wanted due to smaller size i wanted to make exchanges, however the replace option is not available in my account section, and the status has not been updated as delivered. I would like to exchange the orders of:
1. Home studio specialist flats black size:35
2. Double strap squiggle flats size 35 which i would like to exchange to size - 36.

I have ordered on 31st august evening two pair of tops and a dress which the payment status has olready shown in my phone and i have even received order id with a notice that i will be getting confirmation in m email or phone but still their is no confirmation and no news about it... I ordered a pair of heels and made the payment through online channel the status that is shown is payment accepted no further updates and there is no response from their side about the queries. I doubt if they will even deliver the shoes or my money is just in water. They are just taking your money and then just no response. I ordered it on 31/08/2017 with the hope that it will be delivered by 13/09/2017 as it is my birthday i even tried...

I have send so many emails since[protected] that I order 6 item received 5 but one is missing but you guys took the full amount my order no.1688618 what the hell wrong with you guys nobody dare to response even to my email after getting the pull money I want this issue fixed right away or else I will file complaint with consumer forum and I will contact police...

It has been one month now, i had ordered pair of shoes, order id : #1687387,
But still waiting to get deliver.in the order status on website track number has been mentioned which i tried with onlinexpress, they said no such track number they received from sss (Csss17p024389). Now i am worried, will i get my order or not. Should i go to police and launch complain?

I have ordered two shoes on 8 aug 2017 and the reference no. Is 1705424. But till now i havent receive my things. Its says 3-21 days.. And i've been counting the days. Its already more than 21 days and still i havent receive my shoes. If it deliver at the right time i thought of ordering a tons of shoes. And now i have lost all hope in sss. I am not getting any information about my products. It's been too long i had ordered them and still not receiving any kind of information. And i had done online payment for them. If i get information about the delivery within 24 hours then its fine and if not then please cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.
