Such a useless website yours is. you people are so careless regarding consumer services. you just take make by fraud and then you neither deliver the product nor you refund the money. i sent 25-30 complaints in this whole one month, still no action has been taken. now i am going to file a complaint in consumer forum for your negligence.

    The cloths i received are horrible with no fittings. I've been asking for a refund since a month. No updates.

    Shoes was supposed to be revived on 15.08.2017 and it's 8.09.2017. Product not received after multiple complains. Return my money or deliver the product.
    Please ensure i receive the products and refund or just refund me the whole money.
    It's been almost 2 months i have placed the orders.
    None picks up with customer care number
    Horrible service.

      I ordered shoes (4 pairs) on date 4-7-2017
      And my order id is -1634268. When i tracked the items it was shown as payment accepted and its been 2 months already, why do they take money and hold the product for this long!!
      The ordered i made was total rs.4283, i want the product immediately or else they should send back my money. They are stealing peoples money. I am waiting for so long when in description delivery time seems to be jas 2-4 weeks. Now its 2 months already. They are cheaters

        Hi!
        I placed an order (Vngkleggt) on 06/25/2027 from sss ie streetstylestore. I ordered three pairs of flats out of which one had a tattered lace. I immediately tried to contact them but there was no way that i can get in touch with them. They have the worst website i have ever seen in my life. They have given return button but when you click on that it tells you the steps and when you try to follow those steps you wont find that option on the website. Its actually not given on the website. Like they tell you to go to "order history and details" then they say you to click on "replace" but there is not replace button over there. It says "select you order" but there is no option.. To select.. Nothing to select and that wont even let you enter manually. I want to exchange that piece.

You people know how to take our hard earned money. I have contacted your Instagram page as well. they see the message but dont respond and when they do its of no good.

        Out of the 3, not just 1 but there is one more which doesn't fit..its defective too. So out of 3, 2 footwear is of no use. I want a different one instead of that one. i mean i want to exchange to a different one.

I requested for an exchange, beacause one flat was broken..They did the exchange but that too with another broken pair! and guess what is changed this time, previously in an pair it was one flat, this time both the flats are tampered!!! i mean what a company! what a pathetic service and top of that cheap quality goods! i do not want to wait for another 30 days! i want my money back!!!

        I ordered three pairs initially, out of which two pairs were defective, i got to know the other one later on. they exchanged only one! and the exchanged good they are sending that is defective too! whats the point of waiting that long!!

        OMG!! Is that what my solution is? For your Information, I already know the steps to exchange if you read my complete message, i have mentioned that. The Problem is your website which doesn't work properly. They tell you to go through following steps:
        1) My account
        2) Order History & Details
        3) Click on Replace.

        So thats like, go to my account first.. You will first option there "order history & details" and then you are supposed to click on Return.

        In my case, when i click on "order history & details" it says "you have not placed any orders" and it doesn't show any replace button!!!

        So, i hope now you get what my concern is and wont send my such stupid link again!

        You better send your courier person to collect that damaged product you have sent me and give me a new one!!

          I ordered the buy 3 flats for 999 when the oreder reached i was not happy eith on as it was not the same on the website had asked for a exchange and the website dose not allow that and then i asked for a size change and sent a ticket to ss team the exchange was made and they send the wrong flat which i already have now i have 2 of the same flats and no response from your end this is horrible give me my flats back!! Im super frustrated with sss have attached picture to show how they do not respond back to the cutomer who have paid back nothing!!

            I ordered a top whih was red in colour whereas i received a top which was pink in colour and my order status has not been updated yet to delivered so how can i replace my order. The most lethargic and the worst service i have got is from sss only. How can u keep ur customers waiting for months and not even responding to the emails. There was a delay as well in the delivery and m upset with the delivery as well as the quality of clothes. And there is no option of getting credit balace or something and it is compulsory for us to exchange the dame cloth just withe the other size which is not fair and very illogical. We can exchange it with another top as well.

              This is regarding order number #1709761 and #1692045. I have ordered these on 1st of august but its yet to reach me and it's already 1 month 7days and i have no updates on these orders. I have been raising requests but no one replies. This has been a very bad experience considering i have recommended this website to a number of people. I will make sure everybody knows about this and will warn them not to buy from #streetstylestore. This is a harassment for me since i will be going out of town soon. Send the orders as soon as possible.

                I ordered 3 tops in sss store. I got only one delivered. The expected delivery date was 27-08-17. It's 7-09-17, n today i got a mail saying my order is shipped.. But i didn't get my order delivered.. They simply fool people.. They don't have customer care number displayed in their site also... So highly disappointed... Worst experience ever... Don't ever order from this site...

                    Sss has not made my refund of amount rs.699 yet. I am tired of contacting them, they never reply to my emails and contact no is always switch off.

                    The shoe was of rs.899 & i was having credit of my previous purchase from sss rs.699, i paid through credit and put a request for cod for remaining amount.

                    Till date i have not received my product neither the refund. The amount may look less for them but i was huge for me i had never purchased item above 500 rs. First time i took a chance and they have literally made me cry.

                          Order no. 1703623 ref vzpxfbzma placed by tanvi myer on 08/7/2017 and paid for. Not delivered till date. This was my first and now last experience with this shopping app. Please inform if you are able to comply after all else cancel the order and refund. I have sent mails of which i have no replie. Been trying to call your customer care numbers but no one picks up. I regret having paid in advance and doubt your intention. Will not shop on your store in future but try and resolve the issue now.

                            I had ordered a pair of sandals from street style store. The product that i received was different from the one i had ordered. Also, the product received was dirty. Even after sending repeated complaints and emails there has been no response. There is no option of replace with respect to my order. Very poor customer service.                               These people have taken the payment and haven't delivered the products since 3 months ... I have been mailing ... they reply mam plz be patient ... and the contact no they have given is always switched off ... and now they have cancelled y order without informing me ...guys plz don't trust this website ... they are just fooling people ..

                                I ordered a product from streetstylestore.com on 10th august 2017 and according to there policy the product will be delivered between 3-21 days and today it's 27 days! They haven't given my any shipping details until now and kept it under priority dispatch since 10 days and i filled so many tickets but they didn't answer it back! Thus i'm appealing to deliver my product as early as they can!

                                    I had placed an order on 22/06/2017. I still haven't received it as yet. I have posted a complaint to them several times wherein i have got excuses stating unavailability of raw material and my order is on priority dispatch. Such is their audacity that they have now completely stopped responding to my mails. I have done the mistake of already paying for the order. They are not even accepting my request to cancel the order.

                                      I had ordered a hang bag on 3rd of august and the item as not been delivered yet and i have already done the payment the street style says that the order will be delivered with in 3-21 days but its more than a month and the shipment as also not been done and the order number is 1694834.

                                        I havent received my order on 31st july
                                        Order id :#1689107
                                        Its on priority dispatch for more than 15days but still not received.
                                        As payment done no option of return
                                        No exchange option also i could see
                                        There is no contact number or customer care
                                        After registering complain so many times still no call backs

                                        This is the last option i am trying else registering the complaint to consumer court.
