Respected sir/madam,

I am megha khanna (B. All. B, llm) for the very first time ordered a pair of shoes from street style store online vide order reference brghjaapo - placed on 06/11/2017. After the order was placed an auto-confirmation mail was received and maximum time for delivery was with in 21 days as mentioned there in. After the expiry of 21 days time period i started communicate them on their telephone number placed on website of sss but every time that was not not reachable or if bell rings then no one picks up.
I placed a mail through my sss account regarding order has not delivered yet to which firstly i did not get the reply then after some days reply came that we will send your order within next 4 to 5 working days but as expected it was not so delivered. Then i complained through the same mode as of now on 11.07.2017 & accordingly on

26.07.2017 - my sss account reflected the status of - priority dispatch

08.08.2017 - status was - cancelled due to out of stock

Again on 08.08.2017 - status was - refund complete credit note given

08.08.2017 - complementary credit note given &

Finally on 10.08.2017 - status was - refund requested discontinued product
& a mail was sent to click on the link to initiate it. A notification came there after that "congratulations! Your refund has been initiated & as per bank policy it will take 5-7 days before the amount is reflected in your bank account. But no amount was credited in my account till now.

On 19.08.2017 - i again raised a query from my sss account regarding refund of money to me & same reply that it will reflect in next 75 to 7 days we have initiated your refund request but again time period expired and no credit granted.

So, i kindly request you to please
1. Initiate strict action against sss as i am not only the aggrieved party but many more with whom sss cheated.
2. Sss to refund my full money and
3. Impose penality to compensate for such grievance as you may deem fit.

As per the reply received by me on 12.09.2017 so as to share the details of order order reference brghjaapo - placed on 06/11/2017, immediate details were provided to SSS on "sss.[protected]@gmail.com" as sought by them.

Till then a period of 1 month has been expired and no further assistance is provided.

I have tried to communicate through mails from SSS Account every time an auto generated reply comes that does not contain valid solution. Even while selecting the question for raising query on SSS Account there exist no option to select with regards to - REFUND NOT INITIATED.

Furthermore, on 11.07.2017 a complaint was filed by me against SSS titled " Product not delivered even after expiry of provided time period " ------- comment was added on 15.09.2017 that

"This mail is regarding your refund as you requested for refund and we are proceeding for the same, The refund will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days which doesn't include any Saturday and Sunday."

More than 12 days time period has been passed excluding public holidays but still no refund has been granted. This is 3rd time i am approaching via consumer complaints. Every time when i complain same reply is forwarded from SSS and consequently no refund is granted.

consider it as last opportunity and refund the whole amount of order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.

    Full description of the incident - i ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Its more than a month now i have not received any followup email or any information about the order.

    I request someone to reply to me with the status of the order. Or else please let me know can you refund the amount. Also, this is the first time i have ordered shoes online and its very frustrating.

        Have placed the order its been a month now, have followed so many times on the email no reply. This is a fake company have paid the money online.

        No contact number mentioned no way to contact the email they never reply.

        Its a company which fools you and wastes your time and money. There is no way to connect to our concerns and no one seems to bother. As they have got the money now.

          I had ordered two pair of shoes using credit note of 998 rupees including extra 190 rupees on 9august 2017 after some days i put a query to them n they made it priority dispatch but product is not shipped n deliver yet i need it very urgently. I ordered these shoes earlier but product came was faulty so i returned it then after many day i recieved credit note after submitting complaint n queries n then using this credit slip i ordered these shoes n product is not shipped n deliver yet i m feeling very helpless i put queries to them but no reply again. Plzz help me i have to wear one of the pair on very special occasion on 31st of august 2017 plzzz deliver it before 31st.

              I had ordered boots and i have received a faulty product. Really pathetic. The boots are just not like how they showed in the picture n they r not at all in the right shape. I cant even wear them. Horrible product!! They are so wode on top n soo narrow in the inside. Horrible!! Kindly zoom in the photo n see. This is not the kind of service one offers. I have been trying to contact them n they are not turning up. What kind of service is this. The products are really horrible n damaged.

                    I ordered a combo offer: impressive accent sneakers different for girls black - shoe size : 36 on 20 july 2017 and i recived that on 3rd august. But that size was not perfect so i put a request for exchange of size on 3th august and then picup was done. Till now i didnt receive that back. I am colling them but no one is picking up my call neither they are rplying back. I needed that order urgently.
                    This was a worst shopping experience ever.

                      I ordered set of 3 footwears with order reference number 1694476 on 2nd october. It is yet not shipped to me and i have raised ticket and send a mail also but there is no reply from your side. Please let me know about it. You say 21 day delivery, count the number of days urself. This is breach of my limits. You need to reply to emails and atleast a customer care number should be there in case of no response to emails.

                            The initial order was placed on 05/08/2017 then why did it show that the order is being split into 2. And why it the delivery date showing as 27th September.
                            I need an explaination.
                            I need my product on next 3 days.
                            Or else return my money back.

                              I ordered 3 footwears.. Among them one i received faulty item and other i want to exchange for size issue. So i am trying to reach them since 7 days.                                 My order number 1473025 placed in april 2017 has not been delivered yet. I keep calling them but they do not respond. They have a complaint filing portal in their website, which keeps giving an automated response everytime i register the complaint, with no result. I want my order delivered to me as soon as possible. They are very irresponsible. Please deliver the product. I just now read their reviews, many customers have faced the same issue like me.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have placed an order 2 months back in the street style store portal but there is no response from the company so far after giving them repeated reminders in mail and calls, more over they didn't even receive calls or replied on the mails sent to them, i have lodged a complain against them in consumer forum where they said the the company address is fake and it doesn't have any existence.

                                  Can someone help me with the issue. My order nos are - #1622454, #1601423, # 1649895, a total amount of 1500/-

                                    My order refernce is #1678871, the itms i got does not fit me so i want to exchange it but i cant inititiate the exchange process as status is still showing
                                    "re attempt confirmed by customer".
                                    I am trying to exhange it from past one week but doesnot make any progress.
                                    Neither i got any customer care number to whom i can contact.
                                    I sent so many mails to them but didnt get even a single rply from their side.

                                      I have placed an order yesterday and paid the amount through paytm and now when i checked the tracking details it is showing payment error.. If i have already payed the amount it should not show payment error it should when the product is.. You please check into this matter.. I have sent the screenshot of the passbook of my paytm account which shows tat the payment was successfully done.. Please help

                                      I ordered shoes from SSS and made payment online. It's been 6 months that U haven't received anything and they don;t even reply to a call or through the mail.

                                        I placed the order on 13/1/2017 and received the order almost after more than a month. Like their website says the wait is worth it, i definitely don't feel the same as the quality of the product is very bad, it looks as if its picked up from a road side shop. I have been trying to get in touch with sss street style store contact number but unable to get through have also sent a couple of mails to ask for a refund for my order but the company has failed to revert back. I feel this is done on purpose so as to lapse the refund/replacement duration and then come back to the customer saying sorry now we cant refund. This website has attractive collection of clothes and shoes but their quality is very bad and i feel cheated by the company. I would suggest everyone not buy products from this website as their quality is atrocious. I want my money back sss kindly refund the money...
