I had ordered a 3 pair of clothes of cost 999, and i had already paided that amount. But they didnot delivered that products. When i canceled the products they gave me vouchers instead of amount. And now when i am trying to ordered some products by using that vouchers they are cahrging me un deined chagres. Please kindly help me. There is no contact source so that we can complain direct also.

    I received my order on 1/09/2017 of order id-1729540, however i wanted due to smaller size i wanted to make exchanges, however the replace option is not available in my account section, and the status has not been updated as delivered. I would like to exchange the orders of:
    1. Home studio specialist flats black size:35
    2. Double strap squiggle flats size 35 which i would like to exchange to size - 36.
    3. Charming capers flats size 35 which i would like to exchange to size -37.
    I request to please respond and make necessary arrangements.

      I ordered 3 pair of flats and all the pairs are showing out of stock, i want to know when it will be back in stock, as i need that pairs urgently. If you are keeping an offer so please keep those shoes which are in stock and not just by showing it. I have even sent an alert about those shoes, i hope you will reply. Sss is known for its quality n loyalty i hope u maintain that and do the needfull as customer says by atleast just replying their doubts and queries

      Pls help me
      I have ordered 23 days back but I did not receive my order. I did not get the tracking details even. I raised a ticket also, but they arent responding.

            I have ordered on 31st august evening two pair of tops and a dress which the payment status has olready shown in my phone and i have even received order id with a notice that i will be getting confirmation in m email or phone but still their is no confirmation and no news about it... Please do something.. Hope this is not a fake online site

              Order no: #1637137...placed the order paid them money. Not even they respond on mail, I certainly managed a number to speak about the matter, first time they spoke and ensured I will receive d order but didn't I received d order n even they have now blocked my number.

                I ordered a pair of heels and made the payment through online channel the status that is shown is payment accepted no further updates and there is no response from their side about the queries. I doubt if they will even deliver the shoes or my money is just in water. They are just taking your money and then just no response. I ordered it on 31/08/2017 with the hope that it will be delivered by 13/09/2017 as it is my birthday i even tried reachng them bt no response. Please deliver the product or refund the money.

                    It has been one month now, i had ordered pair of shoes, order id : #1687387,
                    But still waiting to get deliver.in the order status on website track number has been mentioned which i tried with onlinexpress, they said no such track number they received from sss (Csss17p024389). Now i am worried, will i get my order or not. Should i go to police and launch complain?

                    One more thing, no phone number mentioned on the website, how some one can contact them?

And i had done online payment for them. If i get information about the delivery within 24 hours then its fine and if not then please cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.                         I placed an order of one pair of black flats but by mistake, the order placed has a quantity of two. I tried to edit my order and even cancel it but nothing happened, so i tried contacting the store and i was told that i will be contacted by them within 24 hours but i've not been contacted yet. I tried making complaint on their customer care but it was not getting submitted. Now, i want my order to be edited or cancelled at any cost within 24 hours.

                        It's been a long time that I've ordered a heel from SSS. The order date was 3rd August and seriously I'm shocked the way they treat their customers. Firstly they were showing me 15th August as the dispatch date for my product and it's been a week that every single day they're extending the dispatch date for the ordered product. Now even it's more than 21 days and as per their policy they assured that if the order is not dispatched within 3-21 days, customer can self cancel the order and return will be initiated. But there is no such commitment as they've said. All is wrong. They don't offer any cancel option even after 21 days. But this is utterly wrong. Seriously disappointed from SSS. One should not scam like this with innocent customers.

                          I, mounica valleru chowdhry, had placed an order on july 11, 2017 for shoes costing inr 1500/-. The order id of the same is 1647822. The invoice has been generated and the payment was made through credit card at he time of order placement.

                          I have been trying to get in touch with you through your number given here, but it continuously comes engaged. I have also dropped an email an the id provided on the your website, but still awaiting response.

                          Hope you can help me now with the delivery of the product which was promised to be delivered within 45 days or let me know the refund process.

                            Hi i ordered Party Up Sneakers from your website and received my order yesterday only. Stuff of these shoes is pathetic and not worthy of spending 700 bucks for these shoes. Product is not worthy I want to return my order and get my money back or i want to exchange it with some other products, please contact urgently as I am not getting any option of return or exchange. And customer care people are not even answering the calls.I ll take legal action against your website if I ll not get my money back or a worthy product. Poor services, as I getting my order after 1 month and that even not worthy .

                              This is ridiculous.

                                I order for "keep it to a long dress - size : l" on 10/08/2017 they said they will send the product before or on 31/08/2017.

                                Today is 31/08/2017 after i read so many complaints about their website about many problems, i am very afraid that i won't get my product or money back, i paid them through my debit card and they also accepted it, but now they didn't send the product on time, it make me really scared, plz atleast give me a tracking number for my product, or plz let me know when will i receive my product. I am not even asking for refund, plz atleast send the good product to me.

                                Today i posted a complaint regarding not dispatching my product, they send a mail that "your query has been submitted in our system and your case id is [case 146523]".                                 when i first made a compliant in this forum, after 2 days i got the mail from street style store, they said they will resolve my problem, then within 1 week, they delivered my product, they respond immediately when i mentioned that that if they want me to mark my complaint as resolved they should send my product and after within 3 days i got my product

                                On SEP 2 i got a mail from them, saying that they will dispatch the product as soon as possible, after my product is shipped i will get a mail from them, but now i didn't get any mail from them. and also yesturday i asked for the date of delivery, they didn't respond for it . But they changed the status of my product as PRIORITY DISPATCH. i want to solve this problem.

                                  I am tired of writing mails. I haven't received my order and when i tried to cancel my order, i discovered that there is no option for the same. I have tried to contact but i only get a "priority dispatch" mails. I have already paid the amount by my debit card. I am so annoyed of waiting and contacting you people that i have decided to cancel the order and want my money refunded.
                                  My order number is #1739202. Kindly take action asap or else i will take legal action. Most probably file a case aganist your fraud company for looting and fooling the innocent people including me

                                    I had ordered product of rs 710 on 1 9.07.2017 and i had done paymwnt through debit card also. Still now a date i mailed them so many times and product is not delivered yet. I dont want it now.. Please refund my money and stop fooling people. I dnt want this order now. I also mailed them number of times but everytime they said they will dispatch my product soon but till now not delivered my product. I request consumer forum to stop this fske website.

                                      I dont know when you ppl are going to contact me... This is something very irresponsible of yours.. I have shopping from this site since a year... And when we made an order through online banking money was charged but then u said that something went wrong and never contacted me.. Its request plz contact me on [protected]... I am not asking fir refund but atleast get me my ordered things... I have spent 5000 on them... And therw 10 items in my cart... Who's history is not even there now

                                        I have placed a order from this website, there is no message or update from the company regarding the order status. Kindly update me regarding the order as i have already paid ₹3396 for it and let me know whether i will receive my order or not, if yes, when can i expect to receive and if not just refund my money back!
                                        There is no wrong in keeping a customer service department as you are neither responding to emails nor replying to tickets generated. And yeah of course not attending the calls.

                                        And you have not delivered the pair of shoes also. Respond regarding this also!
