I received my order on 1/09/2017 of order id-1729540, however i wanted due to smaller size i wanted to make exchanges, however the replace option is not available in my account section, and the status has not been updated as delivered. I would like to exchange the orders of:
1. Home studio specialist flats black size:35
2. Double strap squiggle flats size 35 which i would like to exchange to size - 36.
3. Charming capers flats size 35 which i would like to exchange to size -37.
I request to please respond and make necessary arrangements.

Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint has been marked as resolved but i didn't get any resolution process as such. No emails, no message, and most importantly no update of my status till now. The company has not done anything to resolve my issue, yet it is marked as resolved.
