Order has not been delivered yet. Let me know the reason for the same otherwise i need to log a complaint in consumer forum. And also for my second order #1732479 the amount has been deducted twice. Could you please look into the same and expecting to get the amount of 366 rupees back. I have ordered three pairs of shoes on 27th july 2017 paid about ₹1890/ — and its been a month after that and the order is not delivered yet since i have ordered and there is no follow up from the store itself. I have not received any tracking number yet and also don't know whether my order is dispatced yet ir not. I am not satisfied because of there is no priority for the customers orders. No follow up nothing....

Full description of the incident - i ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Its more than a month now i have not received any followup email or any information about the order.

I ordered 3 footwears.. Among them one i received faulty item and other i want to exchange for size issue. So i am trying to reach them since 7 days. I am raising number of tickets but not getting reply for any.. And also the status is not updated so that i can update it for exchange.. Such a bad website with no customer support. My order number 1473025 placed in april 2017 has not been delivered yet. I keep calling them but they do not respond. They have a complaint filing portal in their website, which keeps giving an automated response everytime i register the complaint, with no result. I want my order delivered to me as soon as possible.
