Hello,

I have placed an order 2 months back in the street style store portal but there is no response from the company so far after giving them repeated reminders in mail and calls, more over they didn't even receive calls or replied on the mails sent to them, i have lodged a complain against them in consumer forum where they said the the company address is fake and it doesn't have any existence.

Can someone help me with the issue. My order nos are - #1622454, #1601423, # 1649895, a total amount of 1500/-

My order refernce is #1678871, the itms i got does not fit me so i want to exchange it but i cant inititiate the exchange process as status is still showing
"re attempt confirmed by customer".
I am trying to exhange it from past one week but doesnot make any progress.
Neither i got any customer care number to whom i can contact.

I have placed an order yesterday and paid the amount through paytm and now when i checked the tracking details it is showing payment error.. If i have already payed the amount it should not show payment error it should when the product is.. You please check into this matter.. I ordered shoes from SSS and made payment online. It's been 6 months that U haven't received anything and they don;t even reply to a call or through the mail.
I would either want a refund or send me shoes.

I placed the order on 13/1/2017 and received the order almost after more than a month. Like their website says the wait is worth it, i definitely don't feel the same as the quality of the product is very bad, it looks as if its picked up from a road side shop. I have been trying to get in touch with sss street style store contact number but unable to get through have also sent a couple of mails to ask for a refund for my order but the company has failed to revert back. I feel this is done on purpose so as to lapse the refund/replacement duration and then come back to the customer saying sorry now we cant refund. This website has attractive collection of clothes and shoes but their quality is very bad and i feel cheated by the company. I would suggest everyone not buy products from this website as their quality is atrocious. I want my money back sss kindly refund the money...

This product has not been shipped or delivered from almost 3 months and the customer care sucks!! with some standard email replies. I need my money back and don't want any product from this store

I had ordered 3 footwear (Not from the 999 sale) and got all of them with an issue. The shoe doesn't fit, the heel isn't baby pink, it's mustard brown instead, the other stake heel is not shinny finished as was shown in the picture, it's ironically a perfect matte, which i woikd have never ordered. And the good news is they don't have any customer care.

I have order 3 tops for rs999/- on 30 june. The size was not fitted to me. So i exchanged d item. Then again rhe size was not ryt. I agn have to exchange dat. Aftr dis they are are asking me for delivery charges i. E., 200/-. Same situtaion for the shoes i have ordered but i exchanged only 1 time. Its being more then 2 months for these process. I called so many times to cancle my order and refund my money. But no reponse from there.
Refundable money is rs1500/-.
So plz look forward to this. I dont want the products as the stuff was also not so good. I want my money back.

I had placed my order on 12th aug 2017 for shoes. I have done my payment through mobiwik. I have'nt as yet recieved my order. I have sent many emails but there is no responce. Either deliver my product asap or transfer my money back. If thers still no response i'll have to launch a complain against you'll. My order id is 1714415. This is a very bad behaviour of them towards their consumers. We put our trust and order from these sites and then there is nothing but disappointment.

The most irritating customer service i have ever seen. I ordered a product of ₹899 due to size issues i exchanged it. After 3 months i got the credit note in return that to not very easily. Now i am not able to use that credit note. While using the credit note when i tried to order another product i am not getting the option of cod to pay the balance amount. I tried paying the balance amount through both credit and debit card however i could not succeed. I want my money back in my bank account or the streetstylestore team should login to my account and place the order for the product in my cart using the credit note.

My order id is #1673154
I had ordered for navy blue skirt and white jersey top set which was supposed to be delivered on 24th of July.
Today is 22nd of August, it got delivered but i got black skirt instead of the blue one which i had ordered for.

1.Wrong product has been delivered
2. Month long delay.
3.Phone numbers doesnt work
4.there is no exchange policy to solve my issue, they will exchange and give only another size

SSS, Please solve this issue as soon as possible, given your track record after seeing other complains, i want you to give the product which i had ordered for in the first place, and i shall return it on the day you give me my product.

If you cannot manage your orders kindly don't take any. Dont harass us like this.
