Sir or madam please look into my case, its been 3 rd day they didn't even update my order status on website as delivered so that i can return them, plssss within 7 days only we have to raise a return req, my order number 1723584, pls take action on those cheats, the quality is footpath. Plssssss help me out. Arrange a callbck with them orplssss ask them to update my order as delivered, they are not responding to mails, pls punish those stupids

Sir or madam i have ordered 3 tops on this bloody street style store, yesterday i got them those are really footpath quality, even xs size is like xxxl, they cheated me like anything i paid 1100 rupees, they didn't even update july order as delivered on website so that i can return this stupid stuff, pls take action on this bloody cheaters, help me out

I ordered some shoes from the website on 19-june-2017.
The order number is #1600913.
Since then i have been following up on my order. Haven't received the product yet and when asked for money to be refunded, there was a cold response. All the support tickets were closed but the issue was not resolved.

I have opened at least 5 tickets with the support and everyone just seems to copy-paste the same few lines as a response.

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

I need my money back asap to resolve the issue. This is totally unacceptable. If the company is doing this to 100 customers, it's basically using their money for 2 months and not delivering the product. Earning profit from it and refunding after some time. Sounds horrendous policy to me. Please take an action asap.

It was my first time that i have placed a order on 08/13/2017 on sss and received the conformation message that i sucessfully ordered it.
But till yet i haven't received any mail/message regarding my order delivery. Neither i have received any tracking number on my portal.
For me, sss is leaving a bad impression, as generally other sites used to take max 1 week to deliver their product and also used to provide tracking detail at same time. But sss is really disappointing in this case.

My order reference id is #1717922. Can anyone from sss look over this and assist

I had ordered a pair of heels on july 10th, 2017 on streetstylestore. It's been almost 1.5 months and my product still hasn't been delivered. Nor have they provided me with any tracking id or number. Nobody responds to the emails and there is no phone number given. Any number i found online related to the store comes switched off. I have already paid by credit card for my product and their customer service is just pathetic. I either want my product or a refund. They cannot just keep my money without providing a service and have such poor communication. My order reference number is 1645675.

I had ordered 4 tops on your site on 8th of august, but i didn't get any confirmation on the delivery date. I just want you to keep me updated on the dates as well as the order progress. My email id is linked with the order so pls do check and inform me.

I had ordered one hand bag from sss in 21/07/2017 and its been almost one month still i hadnt received my delivery.. Its so frstating.. I had alrdy paid for my product.. If one have to wait for a order for months better they will buy it from nearby.. I just need my order soon. My order id is #1652381. I orderred shoes from your site on 7/13/2017. Then i recieved them on 7/18/2017 and i paid them the money. Then my shoes size was small then i sent them a exchange request on 8/1/2017 then on 8/8/2017 the pickup man came and took my shoes and then 8/10/2017 my exchange replacement order was made and now no one picks up the call nor anyone replies mail. I am very angry please make my order to b delivered soon. I am waiting for my shoes to get delivered as soon as possible or my payment should be refunded. I have placed an or for 3 flats for 999 on 07/8/2017 on the web site http://streetstylestore.com (As per the offer on the web site), i received the product on 08/19/2017, but the now i want to exchange for a different size for the same product, but the exchange option is available only for 2 items. I had placed a prepaid order on street style store on[protected] for which the estimated delivery date was[protected], which is still not delivered. I have registered multiple complaints on their website but there is no response from their side. Neither i recieved any notification regarding the delay or dispatch nor are any tracking details available. They do not have any support contact number so that i can talk to them to know why it has not been delivered/dispatched yet. I tried to arrange some of their contact numbers but none is functional.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I had ordered for 3 tops for 999. I received it after almost 2 months and the product i git has some size issues and i want to exchange the product. Sss is not responding to my query and not bother to solve the issue. Am highly disappointed and am regretting my choice. I didn't expected this from sss, i wanted to place one more order but now am thinking whether to use ua site or not. Please provide a resolution.

To bookmypacket courier services but i'm continuously tracking my order and bookmypacket doesn't delivered my packet but showing as delivered when i track it same thing happened in sss site as well so need my money back i don't know whose fault is it but im requesting my money back non of the two organisations are not responding to my emails contact number is also not available for sss and bookmypacket. This is the wrong way to mislead consumers they are cheating all customers i want you to take a severe action on them

The quality of my product i. E 3 shoes for 999 that i ordered is just too bad. First of ll the product got delivered after 4 long months. After much await i open the box and find that the shoes are too big for me!
They have no refund policy & you can only exchange the product which you have bought earlier. Further i am not even getting the option of exchange on my order. Just too disappointed with the website.
Would definitely like a refund of my money.

I ordered on 27th july 2017 and the delivery date was 17th august but i have not yet recieved my order. I pre-paid for the order amount and still have not got delivery and the customer complaint number is also not reacheable. I did shopping as i wanted to go outstation and i have still not recieved the clothes i ordered.. Its really pathetic... You charge before 21 days of delivery and delivery is not done even after 21 days.

My order no 1631917, ordered on 03/07/2017 was delivered to 2-3 days back. One of the three tops that i ordered turned out to be wrong and i had size issues with the others so i wanted to exchange my product. I have been waiting since those 2-3 days for them to update at their site that they have delivered the product. But it still shows 'shipped'. Since they have a 7 day return policy, so i am running out of time to return the product. I am attaching a screenshot of the same. Kindly help me in any way possible.
