Sss dispatched (My order id #1642447)
To bookmypacket courier services but i'm continuously tracking my order and bookmypacket doesn't delivered my packet but showing as delivered when i track it same thing happened in sss site as well so need my money back i don't know whose fault is it but im requesting my money back non of the two organisations are not responding to my emails contact number is also not available for sss and bookmypacket. This is the wrong way to mislead consumers they are cheating all customers i want you to take a severe action on them

    Have placed and order online and paid the amount. The status showing is payment made but does not show any delivery date or status. Inspite of multiple quiries sent to know the study of the delivery still no update on that.
    Extremely disappointed with the response and the way the company is dealing with third customers. There is no cod option so you are stuck after making payments and they don't care about responding to any queries or status.

      My order id is 1672053. Its more than 21 days. L still have no information about when my shoes would come. Noone picks up the call nor anyone replies mail. I am soon going to leave my address given. So please make my order to be delivered fast or my payment should be refunded. I paid the amount by mobikwik wallet.             I placed my order on street style store on 23rd july 2017 my expected order delivery date was 13th aug i haven’t still received my order. I have already paid rs.1600 as an advance payment.

            I sent numerous amount of mails at sss customer support desk but did not receive any response... My status on the site shows as payment accepted but the order hasn’t been dispatched from the wearhouse. Please help.

              Order id 1720063. My account has been deducted twice for this particular order and i have sent multiple messages to kindly refund my money and i never got the answer.                   My issue with this company is going on for 2 years in a row. I had bought products worth 999 with them which i returned and got a credit for 999. I ordered products worth 1400 from them which i did not get and i have only received a credit of 399 and the balance 1000/- is still pending. I had raised a complaint early this year and got fed up and left it. They have still not credit me the complete 1400. I have not received complete credit note from sss for the sum of 1400 spent on their website. Below is the screen shot of the credit given however i dont have the credit for the balance amount. I am fedup with you guys and following up that after a certain i left it and today when i check i realised you people have not even credited the whole amount. I had raised consumer complaint and also complain on mouthshut inspite of that you guys have given me the credit or the money back. The merchandise on the website is so bad that i dont even understand what to buy cause anytime i buy anything i have to send it back due to bad quality and incorrect sizing. I hope you release that i dont earn money to donate to street style store. My investment of 1400 on your website is not charity. I have only receive 399 credit note what about the balance amount. You guys are pushing me to drag you to the court. I remember i have been asking for my money back instead shamelessly you guys stated we can only give credit which also you have not given the entire amount. Dont push it and give my money back to me.

                    I ordered from this fraud site and they have placed my order, also took money but never confirmed the dispatch date neither the shipping details status. They trouble their customers unnecessarily. Also fake contact numbers. Upon calling, these people switch their cellphones off. Horrible experience.

                      This side sangeeta. I ordered one pair of black shoes on 8 august 2017.
                      But they did not generate any tracking number with in 8 days or not gave me any information regarding my product. Its not fair, how can we keep patient if there is no contact number. No details, no information about my product or money. They should at least give some information about delivery.

                        Had ordered something from sss 4 months ago. After mentioning on their fb page for so many times, emailing them, messaging them on fb still there is no reply. This is ridiculous. Highly pathetic and not at all done. Plus the policy sucks. We cant cancel the order or claim a refund for it. Why would anybody wait for such a long time. Please sue these people or do something about them. This is not good.

                            I have ordered 4 shoes from Street Style store in the month of April I got my shoes in the month of June it was COD.I found the shoes were not getting fitted properly, so intitated a return. The very next day the pickup guy came and took the picture of the shoes and took those shoes from me.I am following up from past 3 months and there are not a single resolution given to me...I appreciate if I get my money back which I have wasted..

                                Order Reference : NXYGUWNFO, I and my friend placed this order on the 5th of July and till this date no tracking details provided, no update where my parcel is, they are taking it too lightly though their stuff may be reasonable, whats the point if the customer service is not good and knows not how to handle customer and give them at least an update, all i get to hear is we have asked for a priority dispatch and stuff I understand it is a start up hence waited patiently and now I feel I did a big mistake trusting these guys when they don't even know where my parcel is...
                                Waited patiently for 1.5 months feeling embarrassed in front of my friend as I recommended her she placed this order with me and everyday she ends up asking where is it and I be like I don't know. These people just cant give me an update so I am relaxed and can convey this to my friend rather than face embarrassment, Placed this order worth 2k above and not at all worth the money... They are not ready to give refund nor are they ready to tell me when my parcel will be dispatched, i have been mentally harassed as I am following up with them and they are just replying to me in emails which is obviously Copy Pasted, PLEASE HELP!!!

                                  I had an order of two shoes on 07/6/2017, however I still dint get the delivery.
                                  I raised query about this in streetstyle site however just got couple of auto generated mails.

                                  I requested for refund since the payment was maid online but then I dint get any reply from them
                                  I still haven't received my order, I think that's their way of cheating customers. Their contact number doesn't work/. I am never using SSS again and gonna recommend all my friends to do the same.!!

                                  I place an order for 3 tops on 6/8/17 for rupess 1049, balance was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed. Help me with this . I mailed this query to them but i got no response from past 2 days neither their number is reachable. Kindly update me with your reachable number or atleast reply to my mails

                                    My order no. #1675322. Has been estimated to be delivered by 15th aug 2017 but the status of order is itself preparation in progress.. It's been more then 21 days and the product has been not delivered or been out for delivery. This is the second time i am facing an issue such as this. Kindly fasten he delivery process and resolve the issue that i am facing.

                                      Hello

                                      I am a resident in Delhi and I happened to order shoes from your online store, order no.- #1698375 . But it doesn't look even close to what it does in the image. I don't need money back, but I want a different color of shoes of the same pattern.

                                      I tried calling you on the no.you provided me, however the contact no.is switched off, I tried to ping you on Facebook messenger but no one replied.

                                      I need a product exchange immediately

                                        I made an order on 24 july 2017 "TETZLUNQQ[protected]" in which I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I recived 1 item correct but the 2 one is totally different from what i ordered. Please refer pic 1, 3, 4, 6. In refernce pic (as shown while ordering) it is of white and golden stuff combination with curly laces and order i recieved if of white, gold & black with normal cheap laces. I was not excepting such type of carelessness for any product ordered by your customer. Please allow me to change the product of my wish or provide me same shoe as given in pic. Please reply asap otherwise. Please help me in getting me the same shoe as i oredered.

                                        It's been two months no update on my product refund me my money orelse I will go to court. I had ordered shoes on 30th june and even made payment through credit card. The pathetic thing is that they don't have any contact number
