I made an order on 24 july 2017 "TETZLUNQQ[protected]" in which I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I recived 1 item correct but the 2 one is totally different from what i ordered. My friend had to cancel an earlier COD order because of delayed services. She placed it again on 15th July and paid through her credit card.
The order has still not been delivered. It is almost a month now.

The company doesn't even have a money refund to bank account policy, they provide vouchers with an expiry date and that too vouchers separately for each product.
