I have ordered flats recently with order id: #1461081. And I am not feeling comfortable wearing them. So I want return them or else want to order another item as a replacement. I am fine with money refund also. So please look into it as soon as possible.

On 30th Nov, I ordered 2 dresses (#1110535) worth INR 2098 which was paid through credit card. This was given for exchange due to size issue.

Against this credit note, I ordered one dress (#1274422) amounting to INR 1499 and another dress (#1484699) amounting to INR 899 around 4th Feb which was NOT delivered till 26th April (3 months!!!) and now they have given a credit note for only INR 899 citing out of stock issue - .

- Firstly, the amount that has been spent and value is INR 2398 and NOT INR 899 - this is pure cheating. You cannot hold 1/3rd of the cash I paid.
- Secondly, post 3 months, if the order I had wanted is unavailable, they need to issue a full refund into my account, I DO NOT want a credit slip

I am really disappointed with their way of handling a customer and the issues that a customer is facing. I had sent you guys a mail for refund and the revert that i am getting for it is of no use.

Please understand that this request was not about exchange, its about return of the products, since shoes are not fitting properly... I have already given you a lot of detail about the problem that i am facing with the products. Please do not waste my time and money...
I have already raised the request to your team three days back and tried to contact your team on the cc number as well, but i think it not for customer care services but for chit chatting as its busy whole time since past two days. Please do not make your customers fool...

I want to return all three products asap and please initiate the process and do not delay it any further as i know, you would come up with an excuse that since 7 days have already crossed, we cannot do anything about the issue.

I ordered 3 pair of footwear from streetstylestore and found only 2 pairs delivered (that too defective). Immediately after opening the packet, i raised this issue on company's​ official site. After multiple reminders they responded and asked for the missing item details. And never bothered to reply.Its been around 12 days. I want justice and my money back.

Ordered on the 16th of January, has still not been delivered. Have asked 20 times for a refund, no avail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANT MY REFUND NOW IMMEDIATELY

April/2017, Product shown at Website is not like what I got, Quality differ very much . and when I complaint regarding this there were no refund and no exchange too.

I got my product delivered really soon but the quality was a disaster the product looked different from what was there in the picture. after requesting for exchange the real trouble starts nobdy replies your money is gone.There is no customer care.PATHETIC Portal.

My order is #1446938. Placed order on 10 april and got delivered on 18 april. But due to size issue i had placed return request and the delivery boy picked up the item on 19 april, after that i got an email with below text

"your order with the reference tgnpdvkgc from street style store was shipped but stands undelivered as our courier boy was not able to deliver it due to some reasons.

And click and confirm the re-attemp. Now in my order details it shows my order has been delivered but i have not received any item, no any way to track my order..

Hi there I have ordered3 items from SSS amounting 1149 unfortunately I have received one defective product and even I received the parcel in 2 months worst fabric quality it doesn't even deserve 200 for a piece. I need to exchange my order and get in touch with you people. Contact me soon. Otherwise I will post really bad comments on social media against you people.

There are some issues with the size of my shoes and i want to exchange them. And want a bigger size. But the problem is, the product status is not showing as "delivered" on SSS site, so i am not able to raise the return request for the same. My order reference number is #1436949. kindly get the problem sorted as soon as possible.

I snehal rajwar placed two orders on the same date.. And then i was informed one of the order has been divided into two orders. And of the now three orders one has been shipped and the other two are in processing.. But.. It's been more then 20 days.. Order. No. 1471029, #1444494, #1444316 has not been delivered... Since i will be shifting in 20-25 days because of which i cannot collect it after 14 may2017... I would request the delivery of the orders before 14 may 2017

I placed an order for shoes on 16th april. It's been a week now and i still have not received my order. There is no tracking no. Provided. I'm really worried now because i made the bank payment. There is no customer service number provided so that i can contact them directly.
I read about other complaints regarding sss. I am in a dilemma whether i will get my product delivered on time or not. I don't want to lose my money.

I placed an order #1387875 on SSS on March 17 2017. Its April 23 today and all they tell me is that "we have dispatched your item with priority dispatch"
How can they dispatch and item and have a fake tracking number?
Now they do not even have a tracking number displayed on my order.
No contact number for their customer care service.
No personalized replies to emails I send them on this order.
I am worried about my refund if they cancel this order now.

I have purchased 1 item from SSS but when I checked my order list it shows payment error but mention amount is already deducted from my account please help me what is going on?

Hi i have ordered one kurta 16 days back n got it today itself.. Problem is it's tight in fitting... N you guys don't have xxl size
(2) material and finishing is not up to level

For any other brands i use xl size. That's why i ordered the same and no specifications chart for sizeis given in site.

I want my money refund so what should i do because xl doesn't fit n you don't have xxl..

So please help me out.

It's been exactly four months, when i placed my order. I placed my order for 2 shoes. I received them after 15 days! I have a size issue so i initiated the size change request. They picked up the shoes and delivered one of them and the other one is not delivered yet. I tried contacting them and difficult had a word with them. My 700₹ ruppes are stuck with them. They didn't reply to mails properly they have a already saved reply which they send always.
