I placed an order #1387875 on SSS on March 17 2017. Its April 23 today and all they tell me is that "we have dispatched your item with priority dispatch"
How can they dispatch and item and have a fake tracking number?
Now they do not even have a tracking number displayed on my order.
No contact number for their customer care service.
No personalized replies to emails I send them on this order.
I am worried about my refund if they cancel this order now.
the item costs Rs.599

I have purchased 1 item from SSS but when I checked my order list it shows payment error but mention amount is already deducted from my account please help me what is going on?

Hi i have ordered one kurta 16 days back n got it today itself.. Problem is it's tight in fitting... N you guys don't have xxl size
(2) material and finishing is not up to level

For any other brands i use xl size. That's why i ordered the same and no specifications chart for sizeis given in site.

I want my money refund so what should i do because xl doesn't fit n you don't have xxl..

So please help me out.

It's been exactly four months, when i placed my order. I placed my order for 2 shoes. I received them after 15 days! I have a size issue so i initiated the size change request. They picked up the shoes and delivered one of them and the other one is not delivered yet. I tried contacting them and difficult had a word with them. My 700₹ ruppes are stuck with them. They didn't reply to mails properly they have a already saved reply which they send always.

Its so frustrating that i have to keep following up with Street style and their customer service reps are not ever bothered to reply and let me know the status

This is shivani kandalgaonkar here. I had placed an order 4 days ago. But what i was delivered, was not what i had ordered. There seems to be a misplace while dispatching the order i have complained a multiple times. Tried calling, but neither worked. I had ordered for fun in a million sneakers, but what i was delivered was, fun in small steps
My order number is 1466228 and i paid cash on delivery for my order. They clearly made a mistake in my order
As a consumer i am highly disappointed with
1. The product that was delivered was wrong, and not what i had ordered
2. The site isnt responding
3. There is no reachable phone number. Or any customer care number that actually works!
4. I have no idea of how my original order is going to be delivered to me, correctly this time
5. There is not even a single reply to all the mails and complaints that i have sent
6. There is no followup procedure listed.
7. They should stoppp providing customer care numbers if they are not going to properly handle all the customers.
Not a single phone number of their works.

As a disappointed consumer, i would not recommend this website for online shopping. Its a fake website. And gets on your nerves, with no single reply. They dont even deliver te correct products to you.
I have no choice but to post such complaints on the social media, to draw their attention towards my problem

This is regarding the delivery of the product that has to be delivered on 21 st and i have already paid the amount through the net banking and now the product is not delivered totally unsatisfied with the services and without the attempt of the delivery i have been receiving the SMS that the deliver attempt was made.

i have called on the number, mail for the same is given still the delivery was not made.

I have placed an order on 26th march'17 and it was dispatched on 8th April.
However i still didn't receive the product today is 21st april'17.
If the track the item it shows it reached Bangalore on 12th april

This is by experience im writing, firstly i have ordered the product and it was delivered quickly i thought for exchange it will be sooner i will b receiving the package its been a week still i didnt get ant message or tracking details of package . i demand for refund or deliver my product.

I ordered some products from their website and then cancelled my order. I had pending amount of rs732/- in my account as a voucher. Now when i have cancelled my order they are not reissuing my voucher. I have mailed them many times about the query but everytime they give a different reply which is not related to what i have asked. I am really frusturated with their services and want my voucher back so that i can order and finish this mess forever and i'll never want to deal with them again. I even tried to contact them on the phone number available on theur website but there us no response. Pathetic

I had ordered d shoes just before last month but now it's almost two month but still don't get any call for parcel

I have ordered 2 shoes and as it was promised, it was delivered to my correct address (When i was not at home). But after few mins the delivery boy came and took it away, saying its not the correct address. They do not make any contact with me before delivery. I have ordered a pair of brown shoes for which the payment has been already done. I cannot see any delivery details and the order was placed on 1st April.

I am purchase shoe from street style store which is not fit on my leg kindly...take shoe and give my money back...Please do this process give and take as soon as possible i am in rush.i have less time kindly do thing fast.I am not like sandel itching start on my legs.frankly i m not comfortable with shoe.i don't want replacement of this sandil i am simply want my money back.

I had placed an order for shoes 2 months back on the streetstyle store. I have still not recieved delivery. They don't have a customer care number and there us no way I can contact them. They have a customer complaint box but the response sent by them is automated and of no help. My order id is 1396022. I had initially placed the order on 9th February then cancelled it as it was not dispatched for more than a month. I reordered in march and it's still not dispatched. Also there is no provision of claiming refund of the payment I made. Their website is streetstyle store.com. please take action against them. They are duping customers like us.

I had ordered a pair of shoes with order id 1361049 on 5th March 2017 and they haven't been shipped yet. I have raised a complaint thrice to which no one has responded. Your number which is displayed on your website is also fake I guess because no one takes the call.
There are thousands of complaints about your site on various forums.I have already lodged a complaint against your website in the consumer forum and sent you the screenshot.
Stop this fraud and be transparent with your customers otherwise you will be sued very bad.

My order no-1437244 Date-07/04/2017 and tracking no-BMPP98195617 by book my packet. i don't getting any MSG or e-mail by book my packet . I was pay the amount 499.I am not getting the product in 20/04/2017 but the are showing to delivered on 14/04/2017.

The company and it's products are horrible and pathetic. After taking more than a month they deliver a product which is tampered with, low quality and not even the right size. I really want my money back, I'm so upset right now, it was my savings I paid from.
I just need my money back that's it. They are fooling the customers.
Ordered a small size and it's as big as a large size and it's also dirty and the thread is coming out.
And the quality is as bad as bought from a roadside shop, even my parents are very angry. Please get my money back.

I have ordered three pair of women tops for rs 999 from street style store on 8-march -2017 and didn't receive it yet. I have inquired with them 5 times and every time same reply that please wait for the order. They are only setting it to priority dispatch and no other move. Now i don't want the item, i need my money back. Please help for getting my money back. They are telling they don't have a money back policy, only they will provide a coupon which can be used further purchases even after that i gone through that way but still new ordered items not delivered yet. So please help me.
