Had placed 3 orders dated 12/02/2017. The products are marked as priority dispatch. But still there is no update.

I ordered sandals from the store on 28th March 2017 and they were supposed to be delivered by 18th April but still in status it is showing 'Preparation in progress' and no tracking is available. Kindly let me know the status and by when will the product get delivered. Order ID is #1412743....

Hi, i've ordered 3 tops under 999 for 3 category on 22nd feb 2017 & it's not been delivered yet. The order is : iznnohawm. It is a height of irresponsibility. I'm warning you guys if you all are not able to deliver the products plzz shut your business & leave it. How can one give such pathetic service???

The horrible service you have..I placed my order on 1st April 2017 & delivery date was 22nd April 2017 but today is 19th April 2017.still my order is preparation in progress & if you don't gonna receive the call or not gonna response then why you put a number in customer support I really don't understand.its been one day I m calling but still not responding.again your service is horrible....

This is the second time and wherein I have placed my order on 3rd March 2017 and till date I have not received it... Tracking shows shipped but still no delivery... Delivery is within India and within India it takes more than a month. Pathetic service....

As sss is the worst online shopping site. As they are including tax on taxation item and if the order is placed upto 999 then we use to get cod freee and they use to charge double the cod charges.
Please block or stop this fake ecommerce....

I ordered 3 products which i received after 2 months, 2 are just fine, but size doesn't fit. For the third one they gave me a t-shirt instead of the top i ordered. Infact, they even replaced the one which was on display initially . I tried calling to the number provided on the website. Initially, it was busy, later no one responded.

So, I raised a query to them after which they asked to share the pictures of the product received....
