When i placed order, i did prepayment. I didn't get any confirmation sms or email, i called customer care immediately and they told i'll receive product in 5 days, after 5 days i called again, they said it will take 15 days, as i was un happy with the answer, i talk to manager n it was told that the product will be returned and I will be issues credit note but i received the product and im not at all happy with it, now i am raising issue continuously, no 1 is responding, the customer care no, will come as switched off every now n then, if it rings, nobody there is pick it up. Never faced such issue with any other shopping site, highly disappointing, I'm struggling from past 15 days.

The product has been picket from your end more than week now and there is no further notification, no credit has been given, no response for my emails.
And why your service number doesn't work. Im tired of calling you guys, even if it rings, no 1 will pick it up. I had mentioned this on my email and provided my number too but i didn't receive any response.

The service should really get upgraded for better. I really don't wanted to order again with SSS, since they didn't credit my money back n gave me credit note, i did ordered a bag n requested to deliver by this moth end because the service is very bad, but again I'm keep getting the below mentioned email, I even sent request saying I'm going out of station this month end please can u try n deliver it asap, I'm keep getting same email. I said i[censored] cant deliver, please credit my money back, still they are saying the same, this is annoying. There is no value for email i sent or raise query in SSS panel. I don't want this fake apologies, I need my product asap or my money credited back to my account. Other site as Myntra, Flipkark, Amazon are well organized . This is like a mistake tried in SSS. I would surely not recommend this to any1 and the quality is not good as they look at the images and they don't even put detailed images of the product. It's only 1 pic which is not useful.
