I had ordered shoes form street style store in November. they did not delivere it as well as no money has been refunded. i have mailed a complain so many times. but do not revert back. they provide the worst service ever. It has been the worst experience ever. Trust me I will never buy from this site ever. They do not reply. they are so fake. I can never shop on this site ever again. I will never recommend anyone to use this site ever.

    I have shoped a pair of shoes which is not fitting in well and i want to exchange its size but no information is available on their website to exchange it. Even they never pick the phone. Every time i called either they are busy or never pick up. Worst experience ever. Help me out to resolve this. I want that shoes urgently for some important function and they ruined everything.

      Hi, I have ordered one top from your site and paid money for that on 22/03/2017. At that time it is showing that I will get it within 3-21 days. After 21 days I raised a query about it and got reply that it will set as a priority dispatch.

      But even after that I didn't get my order. So many times I tried to call on your customer support but every time I am getting busy tone and for Email query I am getting auto reply that "Your order has been set for priority dispatch".
      .
      I have order one more dress from your site and same issue with other order also.
      This is really frustrating, its been 40 days I placed my order and didn't get any update on this.

        I have odered clothes.. After 1 month i recieved my order and that to tored product.. It ws damaged product. I tried to put it on exchange but when i was going on my ordered it is still showing you that the product is not delivered yet. N so exchange is also impossible
        Also, since morning i ws trying to contact them,, but there number was constantly going not rechable..

        I have 1000 rs for this useless product.

        Now i dont want any exchanges or return, but i want my money back.

        Pathetic stuff! Pathetic services!! Poor site...

          Hi. I have place an order shoe and i have already received and the size doesn't fit me it was bigger so i have sen it back to replace it and they says that may 1st i will receive it back but still now i have't yet. And when i call your number its always says busy or not reachable etc.
          Even they din't show their helpline properly. Collection is good but bad serves.
          Nothing more to say just make me send my product or send me back my cash

              I had ordered a pair of shoes with order id 1361049 on 5th March 2017 and they haven't been shipped yet. I have raised a complaint thrice to which no one has responded. Your number which is displayed on your website is also fake I guess because no one takes the call.
              After my last complaint you had asked for 3-4 days to deliver the product. It has been more than a week but still there is no sign of delivery. If you actually don't want to deliver it then for god's sake return my money.

                I purchased 1 order: — bqxqjfgvt. With order number: — 1429871

                First of all.. This company has no customer contact number and sends automated replies to the consumers.. I fail to understand that how do they even exist..
                Secondly, i had ordered 1 shoes in the month of 1st april which were finally delivered to me in the end of month of 19th april. However, the piece was defective.. It had bumps and was unfinished product for which i had raised an return request but still no response. I want full refund of my amount! This is really disappointing that this kind of behaviour is shown towards regular customers... I don't want that type of product. I want my all money back.

                its totally disgusting. If any customer purchase anything from Street Style Store and you gave wastage product and take 600rs for only 100rs quality product and you want that customer keep this product.

                I don't need this wastage product. I want my money back only.

                  Hi Team,
                  This is reg order no- #1452190, #1300928.
                  I had placed this order long back around 2, 3 months. I got this order after a really long wait. Both the tops were different from what i ordered and one top was no where close to the top i saw on their portal site.
                  On contacting them they will just send auto generated mails which we cannot even reply. I called them they told that i will be given other tops which has same offer. But later no updates on this. They took my replacement order and took both the tops and sent me one message of acknowledgement.
                  Now its been more than 3, 4 months.
                  Kindly fix this issue or refund my money or give me other tops which i say having same offer.

                  Then in this case what should i do, I received a call stating that the product i ordered is no longer available .
                  Is this how your company treat customers. I have been trying to reach you since 2, 3 months. I want you to fix this ASAP. I am not availing free service here, i have paid already for the tops i did not order.Mistake is from your end and do your policy says to toy around customers, take money and dont give services.

                      I've received my order on 26th of April and unfortunately it is one size smaller. I tried to initiate an exchange but the exchange button was not there. Later I tried to post a complaint or a query in your page but I couldn't select the type of question due to some problem in your website. I even tried calling but it was not connected.                         I have placed a request to replace one of the shoes on 17th Feb 2017 in Street Style Store for which i had already made payment online. Its been more than 4 moths and i have not received the product yet. I wrote more than 15 emails and there was not response. They have neither delivered my product nor returned my money.

                        The site is fooling users and making money. One of the worst service i have ever see.

                        if they couldn't deliver the product they shouldn't take the orders or atleast they must return the money back to the user. The site is totally fake.

                        It would be great if i could get some help in getting my money back.

                        We shipped your order on "03/8/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

                        So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us!

                        First thing - I really don't agree that i was not available for delivering the product. i have not received calls from any of you representatives asking for delivery pick up. You guys are playing by giving these kind of reasons or what?

                        I have collected multiple parcels/couriers from multiple online sites for the same delivery address and contact number during the same period of time. How can you tell i was not available only for your guys?

                        Second thing - why did u give me credit note?? How did i make payment while ordering the product??
                        I payed from my back account not using any vouchers or credit notes from SSS. so how could you give me voucher for that. Do you think both are equal??

                        I really don't understand your tricks. Is this how you make people to get back to your site and shop again?? Are you thinking like if you give voucher, there will not be any option to the customer so that they will surely make another purchase in SSS for using that voucher. Is this how you are fooling customers??

                        But please do not expect this from all the customers. Even after this much scene, do you still expect customers to come and shop with SSS??

                        I need my money back in the same form how i paid while placing the order.

                        I am ready to go to the maximum extent in this regard.

                        No words to explain my frustration on SSS.

                            I have placed an order in the month of Jan 2017. Extremely sorry to inform you that I have never faced such a pathetic situation with any of the online dealers yet. I would say the service provided is “terrific” and no one should go through this.

                            Customer care executives always rejects my call or no response on call most of the time.

                            Please find my order references below. 4 months is too much to wait for my order. Street Style Store is showing this negligence as I have already paid for the order. Heights of irresponsibility to the customer.

                                Secondly, i had ordered 3 shoes in the month of january which were finally delivered to me in the end of month of feb. However, one of the piece was defective.. It had bumps and was unfinished product for which i had raised an exchange request. Post that the product was even picked up but the company decided to send the discounted value of the product as store credits. Now my issue is this, this product was priced 499.. Which post the voucher was available for 333... Now they have refunded 333 in my store credit.. So basically it means that the next order should contain a product worth 333 or less.. Why?.. Its simple maths.. I had applied for exchange of the product.. Now if i have to exchange it, i shoud be allowed to exchange for similar price..

                                These websites really fool the customers since no one can get through them ever!!! Serious action should be taken against them!!

                                  Order id 1387155 I received the product very late and it was not at all up to the mark. The quality of the product is worse. I want my money back.                                     I had placed an order at streetstylestore on 5th march 2017 worth rs.999. I had paid them through debit card
                                    It's april end now but they have not delivered the products yet.

                                    The tracking no attached with my order doesnt work as well.
                                    At this point, i no longer wish to receive my order because evidently they are incapable of delivering it. So i want a money back.

                                      The products are not delivered. They give me two different delivery dates stating they have delivered the product.

                                      01/13/2017 shipped
                                      01/12/2017 payment accepted
                                      And sss makes up a date of delivery.
                                      As per the it team it was delivered on 17/01/2017
                                      My account shows as 2/8/2017 delivered.

                                      Even worse they send me a delivery proof copy. The delivery copy was on somebody elses name, address and contact no.
                                      I have attached the false dop copy.

                                      Sent several emails, messages on facebook. Everytime i am being told 'we have arranged a call back', 'will get back to you with order status'

                                      It's really frustrating, never come across such frauds. They should be banned. Strict action needs to be taken.

                                        I have ordered one shoes and asked them to exchange that. the pickup my shoes a along ago and not yet delivered those itssss so annoying i have been emaing them since 20 days and yet they took no action
