We have gone through your order and status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you.
We shipped your order on "03/8/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.
So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us!

Updated by rupa90 First thing - I really don't agree that i was not available for delivering the product. i have not received calls from any of you representatives asking for delivery pick up. You guys are playing by giving these kind of reasons or what?
I have collected multiple parcels/couriers from multiple online sites for the same delivery address and contact number during the same period of time. How can you tell i was not available only for your guys?
Second thing - why did u give me credit note?? How did i make payment while ordering the product??
I payed from my back account not using any vouchers or credit notes from SSS. so how could you give me voucher for that. Do you think both are equal??
I really don't understand your tricks. Is this how you make people to get back to your site and shop again?? Are you thinking like if you give voucher, there will not be any option to the customer so that they will surely make another purchase in SSS for using that voucher. Is this how you are fooling customers??
But please do not expect this from all the customers. Even after this much scene, do you still expect customers to come and shop with SSS??
I need my money back in the same form how i paid while placing the order.
I am ready to go to the maximum extent in this regard.
No words to explain my frustration on SSS.
