I have ordered one shoes and asked them to exchange that. the pickup my shoes a along ago and not yet delivered those itssss so annoying i have been emaing them since 20 days and yet they took no action...

I ordered shoes but they were nt available so i got credit note but it does not includes the entire amount i paid for the product! Reply back urgently!! This is so disgusting that even after so many complaints the company does not respond!! I want full refund of my amount! Reference QSBQXIGYB. No reply from customer support also. This is really disappointing that this kind of behaviour is shown towards regular customers....

On 30th Nov, I ordered 2 dresses (#1110535) worth INR 2098 which was paid through credit card. This was given for exchange due to size issue.

After multiple reminders they responded and asked for the missing item details. And never bothered to reply.Its been around 12 days. I want justice and my money back....
