Hi,

I have ordered shoes from this website. They sent me defective product. I returned the same and i again received the same defective product. The quality is so poor.

I returned that also, but they are again shipping that product.

I want my money refunded, or they should give me option to buy some other product.

They firstly make so much delay in delivering the product and they are simply sending that product again and again.

Hi yesterday i have received my product but the size of the shoe(the product i ordered) is small, for which am not getting the replace button in order history against the order no #1416437.

Please help me to get a replacement, my shoe size is 37 and i need 38 size. please help me to get it.

I ordered a pair of shoes which i received after a month of ordering.The quality was very bad and size was also not perfect.i decided to write them for replacement and about the quality issue as they do not refund as per their policy.The item was taken back immediately but to my surprise SSS did not bother to dispatch the item again and took 40 days more.There was no update or response from their send and i finally write them after 30 days that why have they kept my money if they are not interested in sending the item.When i received my item after such a long wait, i found that my wait wasnt worth it and the product was again the same low quality and i have mailed them thrice and they was stopped responding.
If they continue doing their business this way, i wonder how will they manage to maintain their customers in long run.
I want to exchange my product for something useful ASAP

StreetStyleStore Policy states, within 3-21 business date product will be dispatched and automatic will be triggered to registered email id.

I would like to know what is making them delivering a single product from New Delhi to Chennai so late. We go for online shopping just to save time, this website is exactly doing the opposite.

I had placed an order on the 01/03/2017 for three pairs of shoes and sandals. They informed me that the product will be delivered within 3-21 business days. It's been 47 days now and still no response. They keep telling me that the product will be dispatched soon. But I've had enough. I have raised 5 queries already and my patience has run out. As a consumer I understand that I have certain rights, and even though the company does not have a refund policy, due to their breach of contract in not delivering the supplies on time, I feel that I am entitled to a full refund and nothing less.

I ordered a footwear and it's going to be a week since it is delivered . I have already emailed them for return as the size is right and it's been 5 days I requested a return. I am not receiving any response. Even I tried their contact number but it is always busy like they just put the number for sake & customer can't even contact on that number. This is the second time I am facing such a bad experience with street style store.

It's been 3weeks since I ordered it .I did not recieve it yet . Really very disappointed

Hi, i had placed the order for 2 shoes and it's been ood 21 dayz and i have still not received any delivery, there is no proper way to contact this site customer care...
It's soo frustrating because i have already​made online payment.. And they have mode of proper connection with the customers, m worried now to know if i'll ever receive my order also because in the order summary, they have not mentioned when the delivery will be, assuming it would take maximum of 21 day, but that is also passed now..

This is Ayesha Tausif. My order that was shipped on 11.4.2017 by streetstylestore. The courier service is book my packet, having tracking Id: BMPP98196156 is not delivered yet. I tracked my packet on book my packet tracking site, I got to know that product had reached the city but they are unable to find the address. But if they are unable to find the address then they should call and confirm the address while delivering, but no call was done. And now they are showing address not found on the their site.

I want my packet as soon as possible please. This is not the way. You ask those guys to atleast call n confirm the address.

This is so no done. You have written that you will deliver the products within 23 days. And its more than a month since i have placed my order. You have been marking the order for priority dispatch since so many days and there is no use of it. Kindly deliver my order fast or i take some serious action.

Hi,

i ordered 3 tops on 18th March, and hence the shipment process was started by street style store on 8th April. I live in a city and the capital of my state is quite close by to my city. The street style store order has reached my state's capital only. And further the delivery is not happening!!! It is simply showing that order is present in that Capital city. And street style store status shows "Shipped". Now what am i supposed to do ? When will i get my item ?? The address i have given is also proper.

As sss is the worst online shopping site. As they are including tax on taxation item and if the order is placed upto 999 then we use to get cod freee and they use to charge double the cod charges.
Please block or stop this fake ecommerce.

Hii. My order I'd is 1444197. I have placed order on 9th April its almost 6 days and I HV not received any email regarding my order delivery status ..I HV already made payment through mobikwik ... I am really frustrated as my money is already debited but I have no notification from your end .I am attaching invoice kindly check .and revert quickly as possible.

I ordered 3 products which i received after 2 months, 2 are just fine, but size doesn't fit. For the third one they gave me a t-shirt instead of the top i ordered. Infact, they even replaced the one which was on display initially . I tried calling to the number provided on the website. Initially, it was busy, later no one responded.

So, I raised a query to them after which they asked to share the pictures of the product received. I sent the same and asked them if some one from your support team can call me on my number as i was not able to reach them.

The above link just direct to their website . What can i do in this case as according to their POLICY, i am just getting an option to replace the size whereas the issue is the product..

worst customer service and the most unreliable online store.

I had ordered 3 for 999..but received only 2 ..1 size was not fitting so I replaced ..the pick up guy asked to give both the pairs N told I would get all the 3..but I got only 1 pair..after few days 3rd pair also came..but I did not get the 1st pair which was alright..and I had paid 1398..order number is 1175651..I had ordered this last year Dec ..worst website I have ever seen

Today 14.04.2017 almost 3 month over but i am not getting my product replaced.
We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services...

Today am collect the eat chips itams but this is a very old product sales.small children and young people collect the shop only. Please action. This shop don't want this place here. I am Angel Rawat, I have placed a product on 4 April, 2017 and it delivered to me on 11 April 2017, but it doesn't fit me.
I want to replace it asap, there's​ no exchange option in website.
Either replace it or refund me or else I need to take a legal action strictly.
