    I had ordered a pair of heels from sad but my order was delivered after one and half month and now those heels are not even fitting. Tried contacting them but all in vain.. Moreover no update upon my replacement issue. What I'm gonna do now.this is a worst response from online shop I have ever seen. We shop online because of lack of time not to follow them everyday for my complaint. Pls look in this matter.

      My name is Namrata Nandy.
      Order: OHEKQMHAU placed on 26th march 2017 20:15:00
      Order delivered: on 4th April 2017
      Exchange request:on 4th April 2017

      I placed an exchange request the day I received my order. I have not yet received an update on the same. Its been 9 days that I requested for exchange and till now no one from your team has come to pick the product.

      We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services.

          I have ordered 2 products from street style store ranging 399 and 499 having shipping charges of 70 and 70 respectively. But due to unavailability of product one of the item got cancelled and they refund only 399 but not the shipping charges of 70 instead they just showing the total shipping of 140 with the 499 item in their invoice so that customer won"t able to claim that.their customer care number also not working.

                We shipped your replacement order on "03/21/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

                  I have purchased black coloured footwear heels. But it's beet soo long and not yet the order bas been placed. This is literally this is very disappointing. I need to get the foot wear as soon as possible. It's been very long about 2 weeks before. And they told 3 to 21days. So please urgently deliver the footwear. They are black weadges of 400 rupees in which 160 shipping charges are also charged. Please.

                      This is regarding my recent purchase (order #1325914), from Street Style Store(SSS). I have ordered a pair of sneakers (size 38), but i got size 36 and product was bit different from what is shown on website. I wanted to exchange the product, but the delivery status of the order is still showing as 'not delivered'. So i am unable to initiate exchange request through their website.

                      I ordered the product on 20th of February and it got delivered to me on 8th March.

                      I tried contacting SSS via the contact numbers that are available on search engines, but the number is simply a non-responding one!

                      I have also raised several queries regarding the same but SSS never bothered to respond or update the order status. i have also mailed them but their customer support is so poor that it was also of no use.

                      I am frustrated to the core as it has been a month and i am still waiting to initiate exchange process.

                      I am unable to understand one thing why you guys have kept the option of "raise your query" when you never bothered to reply to it? My exchange product has already been pick up around 14th April but still status shows "Exchnage- Pickup Request Sent". And when i raised a concern on SSS site about its status as usual they don't reply.

                      You guys have frustrated me so much that this would be my last purchase from SSS neither will recommend to others. Worst online shopping experience ever. Things were not these bad even 10 yrs ago when E-commerce was not that much popular in India. Unprofessional people.

                          So i ordered a pair of sneakers from streetstylestore in february . And here we are, it's 10th april and i have still not received actual order. For the very first time they delivered wrong sized sneakers with the worst quality they could deliver. Then i raised a query against quality and size problem. Even after replacement query they sent a wrong sized pair of sneakers(with better quality, but still not satisfactory). I raised an exchange query again and from that day till now, i am waiting for my order.

                          A coupon worth Rs. 499 has been issued. On the other side, the product was worth Rs 699.
                          Are we living in a world full of foxes? They are so clever enough to deduct Rs.200 that too for their own fault!

                          Why should I face loss on my side??Why should I pay for the mistake made from your side?
                          I am gonna ask for compensation . Why do I have to refresh my mails and get no response from your side. Then I have to jump to consumercomplainaits forum to initiate a hope for getting a reply from your side. Why is it always like that?
                          This is harassment now.I am done sending emails. Its been 3 months that I am forced to write emails over and over again . Attached is the screenshot of actual amount and credit slip provided. PFA.

                          On the top of that, I want compensation for the delay you made. I had to buy a new pair of shoes from market. I am running in loss.

                              I submit the complain at 2nd april but no response is coming from their side.

                              The complain was regarding:

                              I ordered a pair of shoes (Order no: 1391945) on 19th march 2017. Product got delivered around 23 march. What i ordered it was not the same shoes. The product was not well described, that's why i got wrong product. I tried to contact them they said they will replace... They didn't take the product back and they are neither refunding money.                                         Hi team,

                                        I am writing you this mail regarding a query related to my recently purchased products on street style store (Sss). I purchased 3 tops. All three doesn't fit according to my size. Also one of them is a defective one too. I could have put an exchange request on the site itself but the delivery status of these products is still showing as 'not delivered'. Thereby, i am unable to proceed with the further process there itself.
                                        The same i ordered on 25th of february and it got delivered to me on 6th of this month.

                                        I even tried contacting sss via the contact numbers that are available on their site and on search engines, but each number is simply a non-responding one! I also mailed them about my query but again there also same situation. Some machine generated reply i got stating i have to lodge a complaint on site itself (Which i already tried many times!!!). It is really frustrating now!! This is not the first time that i am facing this issue on sss. This happened previously too. Also my friends also having same issues with this site. If none of the things on their site will function properly, then how can a customer will reach them??

                                        I have attached their machine-generated mail response as well as the delivery status screen sgrab that showing my products still not delivered (Though they are already with me!)
