Today 14.04.2017 almost 3 month over but i am not getting my product replaced.
We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services...
I don't want product please refund my money.

Yesterday i placed the order n got to know i ordered the wrong size... So i cancelled the order i want to place order for the same product in different size n i have paid for that either refund my money or help me place the order again... Please help... Plaese send me the coupon code... Or otherwise i'll have to take legal or strict action against you... Please help me resolve my problem...

Today am collect the eat chips itams but this is a very old product sales.small children and young people collect the shop only. Please action. This shop don't want this place here. Very old stock.here sales already we are say this things experi but she say no problem of this product but products was very old experi.please action.and here 3 shop but very old product sale people health and safety not sure please contact and place action for buying a person health and children health is very injury of old products. Today am buy 50 rupees. Loss my money.

I got a mail stating that my products will dispatch in 3-21 days. But, as i have shifted to another place i have updated my current address in the personal account details. So, i wanted to know whether the products will be delivered in the updated address as i have mentioned or the old address? Please give a proper reply.

I am Angel Rawat, I have placed a product on 4 April, 2017 and it delivered to me on 11 April 2017, but it doesn't fit me.
I want to replace it asap, there's​ no exchange option in website.
Either replace it or refund me or else I need to take a legal action strictly.

Defective piece sent by SSS and no response on phone or email

I had ordered a pair of heels from sad but my order was delivered after one and half month and now those heels are not even fitting. Tried contacting them but all in vain.. Moreover no update upon my replacement issue. What I'm gonna do now.this is a worst response from online shop I have ever seen. We shop online because of lack of time not to follow them everyday for my complaint. Pls look in this matter.

I placed an exchange request the day I received my order. I have not yet received an update on the same. Its been 9 days that I requested for exchange and till now no one from your team has come to pick the product.

We opt for online shopping so that we can save time. But here, we have to continuously chase them to get updates. I am very disappointed with the delayed services.

Haven't received a call for my product which i ordered last month and my order status says that COD was refused.This not only happened with me but also my friend who ordered along. If this is what happening i am not ordering. This is not acceptable.

Please take necessary action

I have ordered 2 products from street style store ranging 399 and 499 having shipping charges of 70 and 70 respectively. But due to unavailability of product one of the item got cancelled and they refund only 399 but not the shipping charges of 70 instead they just showing the total shipping of 140 with the 499 item in their invoice so that customer won"t able to claim that.their customer care number also not working.

The company assured me to provide a credit slip before 15 days and the issue about my product has been carried since January 11. We had been messaging, mailing but the action has not been taken. We don, t have any contact no for any queries and they had been giving the same worthless reply of my mails. So could u plz give me the information about my credit slip.

I have purchased black coloured footwear heels. But it's beet soo long and not yet the order bas been placed. This is literally this is very disappointing. I need to get the foot wear as soon as possible. It's been very long about 2 weeks before. And they told 3 to 21days. So please urgently deliver the footwear. They are black weadges of 400 rupees in which 160 shipping charges are also charged. Please.

35212 case id . Sent complaint twice not recd my order waiting since 3 months. Tried to cancel but they say there is no policy these are fake people and running a fake company i want my money back. I want to cancel rhis order now and refund of my money if i will not get it i will filw fir against them for cheating and not giving back the money they are FAKE

This is regarding my recent purchase (order #1325914), from Street Style Store(SSS). I have ordered a pair of sneakers (size 38), but i got size 36 and product was bit different from what is shown on website. I wanted to exchange the product, but the delivery status of the order is still showing as 'not delivered'. So i am unable to initiate exchange request through their website.

I ordered the product on 20th of February and it got delivered to me on 8th March.

I tried contacting SSS via the contact numbers that are available on search engines, but the number is simply a non-responding one!

I have also raised several queries regarding the same but SSS never bothered to respond or update the order status. i have also mailed them but their customer support is so poor that it was also of no use.

I am frustrated to the core as it has been a month and i am still waiting to initiate exchange process.

I have ordered these flat footwear from SSS on 28/2/17. The size didn't fit me, so I made an exchange request which has not been processed yet and its been more than a month. Moreover, the website is not considering the request anymore.
Such a wastage of money!!!

So i ordered a pair of sneakers from streetstylestore in february . And here we are, it's 10th april and i have still not received actual order. For the very first time they delivered wrong sized sneakers with the worst quality they could deliver. Then i raised a query against quality and size problem. Even after replacement query they sent a wrong sized pair of sneakers(with better quality, but still not satisfactory). I raised an exchange query again and from that day till now, i am waiting for my order.

Have recieved my boots Quest Foot Forward Boots (coffee ) - Shoe Size : 38 order number #1430253 and would like to return it to a size 40. They say to go to the account my orders and click on replace to do so. But there is no replace option showing up. I would immidiately like to replace these. Your customer care line is not working. Please get back to me immidiately or I will be forced to take legal action

I submit the complain at 2nd april but no response is coming from their side.

The complain was regarding:

I ordered a pair of shoes (Order no: 1391945) on 19th march 2017. Product got delivered around 23 march. What i ordered it was not the same shoes. The product was not well described, that's why i got wrong product. I tried to contact them they said they will replace... They didn't take the product back and they are neither refunding money. I want my refund as soon as possible.
