I have mailed them so many times for exchange but they do not even replying to my mails as the quality of the product is very bad and it's also not matching the product as shown in the picture. Please exchange it, I do not want refund, just exchange it for other product

I am writing you this mail regarding a query related to my recently purchased products on street style store (Sss). I purchased 3 tops. All three doesn't fit according to my size. Also one of them is a defective one too. I could have put an exchange request on the site itself but the delivery status of these products is still showing as 'not delivered'. Thereby, i am unable to proceed with the further process there itself.
The same i ordered on 25th of february and it got delivered to me on 6th of this month.

I even tried contacting sss via the contact numbers that are available on their site and on search engines, but each number is simply a non-responding one! I also mailed them about my query but again there also same situation. Some machine generated reply i got stating i have to lodge a complaint on site itself (Which i already tried many times!!!). It is really frustrating now!! This is not the first time that i am facing this issue on sss. This happened previously too. Also my friends also having same issues with this site. If none of the things on their site will function properly, then how can a customer will reach them??

I have attached their machine-generated mail response as well as the delivery status screen sgrab that showing my products still not delivered (Though they are already with me!)

I odered an shoe on march 19 which is of cost 699, after i placed an order and i made payment through icici debit card. Once i placed an order, i received an confirmation mail and also an invoice attached . There they have mention it will take 3 to 21 days to receive an product . When i tried to raise a query in streetstylestore website an error message popped up stating ur expected date of delivery is april 9th of 2017. So i waited till today which april 9 and its been almost an month i havent received my product yet . There is no option for tracking the order . .i tried to mail them and there is No response from their side and the worst customer ever i saw . No contact information . No tracking information of the product .No proper contact number .please help me to resolve the issue either by sending tge product or returning the money back . I have attached the confirmation mail pic and the invoice picture .

I had ordered 5 pair of shoes but recieved only 1 pair of shoes and that too twice the same product was delivered. I prepaid for this order Rs. 3200 and 4 pair of shoes are still pending.

I have been trying to contact streetstylestore from last 2 weeks, written several mails but just automated responses which do not at all answer my question

Had ordered two pairs of sandals from SSS online, on 19th March 2017.
But only one pair of sandal was delivered on 2nd April 2017. Its been more than 20 days but there is no update on the delivery of the second pair of sandal.

There is no email id or direct phone number of the company for us to write to them or contact them. This is really frustrating. Want to know if I will get the product or my money has gone down the drain.

I I would like to bring to your notice that my order is misplaced .so I want to return my misplaced shoes .I had ordered the canvas shoes of white colour but my ordered was misplaced and been delivered with some black shoes of somekind.So I request you to deliver my preordered shoes.

I returned order for replacement bcs size was not fitted to my legs nd I booked 3 orders in 2016 Aug n I rcv order in nov and after that I returned in nov but till now I did not received any kind of mail or replacement order or any type of status from sss. This is worst eco commerce website I ever seen in my life. Even I also not recommended this site to anyone. Even they don't have any contact no nd no which they provide on website it's never ring. Fake website fake people. Frauds.

I have ordered six products which got cancelled by the SSS without even informing me. When I tracked my order I got to know that from the 9 items which i had ordered, now I'll only receive 3 orders. This is not done! And how can u cancel the order or mention a duplicate one, when you guys have kept it in stock. You don't have any customer care number through we can contact you. Please give my orders on time.

I have ordered pair fo heels in December 2016 but they are not delivering just made the re order as well dropped like 100 mails but no proper response from them sick n tired of these guys but they are not ready to deliver the order is already prepaid asked them to refund but they are not ready for that as well.

I bought shoes .But i received the wrong size( i.e one is of 38 and another is of 39) .when i am asking for exchange there are asking me to pay 200 rs extra.

Inspite of repeated emails, detail complaints on their website my order has still not been delivered. All that I have been receiving as reverts is a mail from an automated mailbox, and a number busy always on the contact number provided on the website. I have already paid for the order ( regret making such a stupid mistake), but now when I ask for a refund of the money or delivery of ye product there is no reply. Totally disgusted with the service provided, they say they are a small team a new set up and have their own production therefore the delay. But who are u kidding guys, a product does not take 2 months to get delivered in any part of the world, here we are talking about within the country. I need my product or the money back in the next 2 days and a sensible revert or a call n have this closed.

Hi i have ordered one product feom stylestreet website one month ago but to my dismay i have not recived my product. When sensing them mail for Enquiry i get standard or auto generated mail that its on priority dispatch but there is no revert when will i get that.

Nobody picked call at there numbera. I m really confused is it a genuine website or some fraud is going on.

I want my money back asap. Don't truSt them anymore.

Subject to the above order I had requested to cancle my order since it was delayed..But there was no response from the customer care and i got my products delivered and none of the items fit me..and I am not happy with the product also..So i requested for a return.They came back saying there is no refund.But I have paid 2444/-and I just don want to waste it.Since its not a small amount...I tried contacting the customer care number but no response.I have even mailed many times but no response..Then I booked for a exchange I have asked for exchange for Only a part of my order..They are charging 200 rs for second exchange still I want to exchange other items also.Which am unable to do.Tried many times in their website but its not happening.They just picked up 3 pairs shoes.No update after that.I didnt get any items on exchange also.
I want to return my order.If they are not returning the amount atleast give a credit note for any other purchase..
They have split my order in which one more item i cancelled before shipping so it got cancelled and they gave given a voucher which has expired on the same day.They are just cheating people.
This is a fake website they are fooling people They have given some fake customer care numbers which are not working.Worst ever online shopping experience and their customer service is the worst of all.Request to take action against such fraud websites and refund my amount.

Street style store is such an ordinary website, i have purchased a heels from sss last week, the product looked so beautiful in the website but unfortunately when i got the product it was horrible like anything. I never expected such a product from sss. But the interesting point is when i called the customer care i was told that there is no refund policy in sss. They only exchange if there is any size issues. There are so many websites in india, each and every website is have exchange /refund policy but such stupid websites like sss is not having such policy.

So a humble request to every one not to purchase any product from sss

I ordered leather sneakers from your store but got disappointed after receiving them on april 5, 2017.The quality of shoes is very bad, the leather looks like it was scratched and it's not the same as the picture of the shoes on your website. I tried calling you but your number was busy, I checked your policy on returns but am still waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

I SK Dhawan wants to file a complain against the colony street light. Some months ago, the street light got damaged and it was replaced by the mercury light which creates the excess heat in the environment and is not in favour of government.It also wastes the electricity. The complaint was filed by me in Nagar Nigam office and yet no action has been taken. The manual complain no. is 5106. I kindly request you to replace the mercury light by a tubelight.

Fraud company
I had placed my order on 3th March and was supposed to receive it by 29th march, but i still havent received it. I have already complained thrice for the same but no action has been taken even after transferring my order to a priority dispatch. There isnt any refund policy either and my payment of 499 rs has been blocked. I dont understand why is it taking forever to deliver an order from delhi to Pune

Kindly deliver my order at the earliest alongith the date intimation or else refund
