I have received this product for which I submitted the request to exchange it for some other product through a call, they told me once they will receive the product back, they will issue a credit note which I can use for my further purchase. Now that they have picked up the product from my side, I have not received any credit note till not and the status on their website for this product is shown as delivered. They have taken money from me Rs 750(cash on delivery) and have taken their product back too. There customer care no. is busy all the time, please help me to resolve my issue. Thanks.

    27/03/2017 order placed, money deducted form the account, paid through net banking but it is not showing whether my order has been registered or not. I sent mail even immediately after the incident but didn't get any response. I just want my order or please return my money. I ordered a (http://streetstylestore.com/index.php?id_product=18865&controller=product ) white heel. After deduction of money it was still showing in my cart yesterday now it is not showing even.

                Hi, I have raised so many queries/complaints on your website streetstylestore.com for updating the shoe size I have ordered, but there's no response at all for any of them. I have received the partial parcel that too very late (after around 3 weeks from the date of order), I will have to again send it back for the correct size.                   An Order (1 Palm Desert Dress and 1 Sandal) has been placed in Street Style Store on last Thursday. But whenever I log into my account then the orders are not getting reflected in My Orders. Money has also been cut from my Mobikwik wallet. I want to cancel the order now because it was placed by mistake by my sister. I have been calling this website's number from last Friday but the number is coming engaged. I also sent a mail to them still no response.
                  The order costs Rs.1448 which is not at all a minimal amount. Kindly help me getting the money back.

                      #1367862- On 17 Feb, 2017 I placed my order. On 22 Feb I received it but the size was very weird an unexpected so I sent for an exchange of order. The product was on COD. When they needed the money the product was delivered on time. After getting the money and taking the exchange product was picked up from my place on 27 Feb. Very fast action taken till this phase . But after that till today i.e. 26 march almost a month I have not received any response. Every time I send them a complaint mail they send me auto mailers telling it is on priority dispatch. They are harassing customers. Mentally torturing and disgusting service. Either refund me my money or else I won't step back in filing a case in the court and shutting down the fraud game that they are playing with innocent customers. Quality of the product is almost disgusting . I feel blessed that I did not share my bank details with such frauds.

                              Guys what going on you people only gave the voucher code of rs1897 and now what have you people done you have literally crossed all your limits of fooling your customers . Common people it was my refund money n to save your bloody ass you sent the free voucher now when we have placed order with that voucher you still played your game of looting customers n fooling them .
                              People please don't trust these bloody people waiting to put a complaint against these people in the consumer court.
                              You have split the order when the total order which we have place is 2197 we are only supposed to pay 300 extra on delivery but you guys r smart enuf to split the order n seperatly charge money for each of the order, a boots which I ordered came seperatly as spitted order when delivery the delivery guy is asking 699 the price of shoes when it already has come in the voucher .
                              Guys Plzz stop doing this And just return my money back of amount 1897 if you can't deliver the product faithfully. Or else will put a complaint against you guys in the consumer court

                                  Further, I checked the link provided but it again asks to change the size (i don't like the product and don't want it in any size). I emailed the team again and asked them to initiate the pickup and send me the voucher of 1299/-, i shall redeem it for something else if they cannot refund the amount. I had sent them the pictures of the product as well (no value for money). Till date neither have i received a call for the pickup of the product nor have i received the voucher of same amount (first exchange).

                                  Keeping in mind the above complaint and my struggle to contact the team, i had ordered only 1 product after that and haven't received that even (more than a month now). Please can anyone from the SSS team look into the issue and can send me the voucher. I have emailed the team today as well.

                                  I had ordered a combo of 2 tops for 526rs on 20th july 2018 and the estimated date of delivery shown was 10th august 2018. Today is 21st august 2018 and even after so many emails, calls there is no significant response and the date is being postponed again and again i.e., first from 10th aug to 13th then 18th then 22 then 24 aug every time when the date comes near the date is postponed. I enquired many a times but still my product does not have generated its order id or tracking number. Its not been dispatched yet. This was my first time from this site that i had ordered and payment is done and i am really disappointed from this inconvenience.

                                      With reference to Order #[protected]-3516273, I can't see my order in the Order Details section of my account. Also, I haven't received any acknowledgement email from you. However, my order status shows "successful" on CC Avenue (photo attached). I had made the payment also (checked the account statement of my account which h clearly shows the debit amount to SSS).
                                      Kindly acknowledge the placement of order. If not, I want my refund.
