I have placed the order in the month of August, 2016. After a number of reminders and mails, I was told that that due to unavailability of the product the order is cancellled and a credit note is issued. I dont understand when the product was not available, why wasn't it cancelled immediately? Its been 7 months and more now. When I asked for refund, I just get a mail saying that we dont have a refund policy. I do not live in India now, what will do with the credit note, I am completely pissed off and irritated. I need my refund back and thats it. These people are just making fool around me with giving stupid explinations.

The mails sent to SSS are endless since December 2016 for a product quality issue (order ID 1157105). After about 3 months, i had received the below email from the team:-

On a good note, don't worry about your first exchange, its on us. We will do it for free. The second exchange is chargeable with the amount of 200INR.
In order to avoid the exchange all together, you can mail us the details of your size and any other query before you decide to place the order. We will help you though this to avoid any exchanges at all.
And about the return policy, we do not allow any refund on our orders. Yes, we do give a credit voucher that can be used within certain time period.

Further, I checked the link provided but it again asks to change the size (i don't like the product and don't want it in any size). I emailed the team again and asked them to initiate the pickup and send me the voucher of 1299/-, i shall redeem it for something else if they cannot refund the amount. I had sent them the pictures of the product as well (no value for money). Till date neither have i received a call for the pickup of the product nor have i received the voucher of same amount (first exchange).
Keeping in mind the above complaint and my struggle to contact the team, i had ordered only 1 product after that and haven't received that even (more than a month now). Please can anyone from the SSS team look into the issue and can send me the voucher. I have emailed the team today as well.
