Guys what going on you people only gave the voucher code of rs1897 and now what have you people done you have literally crossed all your limits of fooling your customers . Common people it was my refund money n to save your bloody ass you sent the free voucher now when we have placed order with that voucher you still played your game of looting customers n fooling them .
People please don't trust these bloody people waiting to put a complaint against these people in the consumer court.
You have split the order when the total order which we have place is 2197 we are only supposed to pay 300 extra on delivery but you guys r smart enuf to split the order n seperatly charge money for each of the order, a boots which I ordered came seperatly as spitted order when delivery the delivery guy is asking 699 the price of shoes when it already has come in the voucher .
Guys Plzz stop doing this And just return my money back of amount 1897 if you can't deliver the product faithfully. Or else will put a complaint against you guys in the consumer court

      I had ordered footwear on the first of March it's the 25th now and I lodged so many complainers already. Funnily three days ago I got a call that your order is in priority dispatch and you will receive a URL to track your order and receive it by the end of the week. Its the end of the week now and I haven't yet received my order neither have did I get that URL to track my order. Can someone respond to me from the store? My order reference number is 1350090

      The mails sent to SSS are endless since December 2016 for a product quality issue (order ID 1157105). After about 3 months, i had received the below email from the team:-

      On a good note, don't worry about your first exchange, its on us. We will do it for free. The second exchange is chargeable with the amount of 200INR.

      And about the return policy, we do not allow any refund on our orders. Yes, we do give a credit voucher that can be used within certain time period.

      Further, I checked the link provided but it again asks to change the size (i don't like the product and don't want it in any size). I emailed the team again and asked them to initiate the pickup and send me the voucher of 1299/-, i shall redeem it for something else if they cannot refund the amount. I had sent them the pictures of the product as well (no value for money). Till date neither have i received a call for the pickup of the product nor have i received the voucher of same amount (first exchange).

      Keeping in mind the above complaint and my struggle to contact the team, i had ordered only 1 product after that and haven't received that even (more than a month now). Please can anyone from the SSS team look into the issue and can send me the voucher. I have emailed the team today as well.

      I had ordered a combo of 2 tops for 526rs on 20th july 2018 and the estimated date of delivery shown was 10th august 2018. Today is 21st august 2018 and even after so many emails, calls there is no significant response and the date is being postponed again and again i.e., first from 10th aug to 13th then 18th then 22 then 24 aug every time when the date comes near the date is postponed. I enquired many a times but still my product does not have generated its order id or tracking number. Its not been dispatched yet. This was my first time from this site that i had ordered and payment is done and i am really disappointed from this inconvenience.

          With reference to Order #[protected]-3516273, I can't see my order in the Order Details section of my account. Also, I haven't received any acknowledgement email from you. However, my order status shows "successful" on CC Avenue (photo attached). I had made the payment also (checked the account statement of my account which h clearly shows the debit amount to SSS).
          Kindly acknowledge the placement of order. If not, I want my refund.

              I had placed my order for shoes 2 pairs i even cannot get a tracking number. Is your responsibility just over after payment ? Its been 22 days now, I have complained to your support system as well getting no replies please dispatch my order soon. You do not provide information about any of your shipping details or to track my order, I think paying behore hand was a mistake, if do not get replied back then sorry to say but this site is not one to trust on .

                I ordered shoes throught sss online shopping on march 10th, i got the wrong size of shoes so i sent it back to them for size exchange on march 14th but till now i did not get any imformation about my shoes. Since then i have not received any message or email from team regarding the shippment of the product. Neither my calls are answered nor i get any replies of my emails sent. This is highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory behavior on their part.                       I placed the order for this prouct on 12th march 2017.. The product was deleivered within a week or so... But due to inappropriate size of the product i had to return the product... The pick up process took place on19th march 2017...

                            Placed order on 22nd Feb 2017.
                            "APPARENT" date of delivery is 13th March 2017

                            Strange how the order has been marked delivered as I have NOT received the products bought.

                            No response from customer service. Either DELIVER or return the money!

                                This site has always been a trouble even though they will tell order will be delivered in 20-21 days but still this never happens.

                                Delivery date for my product was 21 march. It has already been above 20days since i ordered my stuff but there is no response from them about my product.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I am very dissatisfied with the kind of services this online store has provided.

                                  I placed an order on Feb 26th and it been almost a month that the order has not been delivered.

                                  The order number in reference is 1342633.

                                  Also, when I called the customer care the number is either switched off or not reachable.

                                  I raised a complaint with them 3 days back and they put this order on "Priority Dispatch"... as per me Priority is urgent; however, it's been 3 days it has not moved from their.

                                  Priority Dispatch remains their and I have not received any delivery information from them.

                                  It's highly insane as when you needed the stuff the order was placed and now you are waiting for an order for over a period of 1 month.

                                  If the order is not in stock or if the order is delayed at least a communication should be given to the customer.

                                  What if I needed the clothes for a function. This is a bad customer experience and being one I am disappointed and will never place an order with Streetstyle store.

                                  I request the SSS to expedite my order and also, send an extra product with my order to keep me as a customer.

                                  If not then please remember a happy customer shares the experience with one but a unhappy customer spreads it like FIRE.

                                    Sir, on 03 March 2017, I placed on order of two heels chunky bow heels and midnight t strap heels shoe .Ian very upset and frustrated as I have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product yet .And didn't give any information about my stuff/ order . I think I wasted my money and time .It's not good . Please inform as soon as possible.

                                      I have placed the order in the month of August, 2016. After a number of reminders and mails, I was told that that due to unavailability of the product the order is cancellled and a credit note is issued. I dont understand when the product was not available, why wasn't it cancelled immediately? Its been 7 months and more now. When I asked for refund, I just get a mail saying that we dont have a refund policy. I do not live in India now, what will do with the credit note, I am completely pissed off and irritated. I need my refund back and thats it. These people are just making fool around me with giving stupid explinations.
