I had placed my order for shoes 2 pairs i even cannot get a tracking number. Is your responsibility just over after payment ? Its been 22 days now, I have complained to your support system as well getting no replies please dispatch my order soon. You do not provide information about any of your shipping details or to track my order, I think paying behore hand was a mistake, if do not get replied back then sorry to say but this site is not one to trust on .

I ordered shoes throught sss online shopping on march 10th, i got the wrong size of shoes so i sent it back to them for size exchange on march 14th but till now i did not get any imformation about my shoes. Its been many days. When i request for exchange next day itself they came and collected my shoes but once they took back they didnt sent me any message or mail.

This is such unprofessional customer care service and pathetic website.There is no responsible team who follows up on any queries or answers the call.I have ordered 4 products more than a month back and till now no confirmation received or neither product got delivered.This website for streetstyle store is just to fool the customers and play around after getting the money .This kind of websites should be blacklisted.

Hi.. i have not received my order with order id - [protected]-304326. It was ordered on 15th feburary 2017. Since then i have not received any message or email from team regarding the shippment of the product. Neither my calls are answered nor i get any replies of my emails sent. This is highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory behavior on their part. I placed the order for this prouct on 12th march 2017.. The product was deleivered within a week or so... But due to inappropriate size of the product i had to return the product... The pick up process took place on19th march 2017...
I am not receiving the tracking details of the exchanged product... The customer care cannot be contacted... This irresponsible attitude of the company is very disappointing... Please look into this matter and send me the desired product as soon as possible... My order no is #1377021

I have ordered slippers on the http://streetstylestore.com/ for 999 on 01st March 2017.Still now they not delivered the product..No SMS kind of proff..when I went and raised complaint against my orders in their website..No response..its been 23 days of been ordered.
I do not know whats happening..

My order#1365042 has deliver a big size sneaker therefore i wanted to exchange the product of smaller size. The member of AD-NOVOEX had already picked up the product for exchange. Its been more than 5days since the exchange pickup is done but i am not receiving any information regarding the product or when is it going to be come. So kindly send the product or refund the amount.

Looks like Looting customers is their business model.

This site has always been a trouble even though they will tell order will be delivered in 20-21 days but still this never happens.

Delivery date for my product was 21 march. It has already been above 20days since i ordered my stuff but there is no response from them about my product.

I am very dissatisfied with the kind of services this online store has provided.

I placed an order on Feb 26th and it been almost a month that the order has not been delivered.

The order number in reference is 1342633.

Also, when I called the customer care the number is either switched off or not reachable.

I raised a complaint with them 3 days back and they put this order on "Priority Dispatch"... as per me Priority is urgent; however, it's been 3 days it has not moved from their.

Priority Dispatch remains their and I have not received any delivery information from them.

It's highly insane as when you needed the stuff the order was placed and now you are waiting for an order for over a period of 1 month.

If the order is not in stock or if the order is delayed at least a communication should be given to the customer.

What if I needed the clothes for a function. This is a bad customer experience and being one I am disappointed and will never place an order with Streetstyle store.

I request the SSS to expedite my order and also, send an extra product with my order to keep me as a customer.

If not then please remember a happy customer shares the experience with one but a unhappy customer spreads it like FIRE.

Sir, on 03 March 2017, I placed on order of two heels chunky bow heels and midnight t strap heels shoe .Ian very upset and frustrated as I have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product yet .And didn't give any information about my stuff/ order . I think I wasted my money and time .It's not good . Please inform as soon as possible.

I have placed the order in the month of August, 2016. After a number of reminders and mails, I was told that that due to unavailability of the product the order is cancellled and a credit note is issued. I dont understand when the product was not available, why wasn't it cancelled immediately? Its been 7 months and more now. When I asked for refund, I just get a mail saying that we dont have a refund policy. I do not live in India now, what will do with the credit note, I am completely pissed off and irritated. I need my refund back and thats it. These people are just making fool around me with giving stupid explinations.

I am writing this because i get no replies posting queries on site"streetstylestore.com".
I ordered a pair of sneakers, but because of size and quality issues i activated a replacement request. i asked for 36 intead of 37. even after replacement i received a pair sized 37
Then again i made a replacement request. its been 11 days since the courier guy picked up that product. and i have still not received any update regarding order. even the status of product displays *delivered*. product has been picked but replacement request has not been initiated yet. strange no?

Whenever i call the mentioned number, it is always set on busy tone.
Whenever i mail my query, i receive no reply.
It's really so childish to open up an online store when you know you are lacking management skills.

I placed an order in Feb for shoes and 3 tops. The order was splited (I don't know why). Later the order # 1342633 was supposed to be delivered on 19th March and has not been deleivred.

I am trying to contact the Customer care (Phone swithed off/not reachable)

This is not what I expect from a Brand like SSS.
