Street style store did not response my shoe's size ' replacement' request, it is been 2 months, they did not recieve my calls, or mail or any message on phone calls nor think to communicate me pls ask them to send my product or do contact me abt when will i receive my order please they are not polite with their custmore pls do a huge favor on me pls

I placed an order in Feb for shoes and 3 tops. The order was splited (I don't know why). Later the order # 1342633 was supposed to be delivered on 19th March and has not been deleivred.

I am trying to contact the Customer care (Phone swithed off/not reachable)

This is not what I expect from a Brand like SSS.

Please have it dispatched at the earliest since i had to cancel my other 2 orders placed with you since you have delayed for more than 2 months in shipping the product.

No response from you people though we send emails.

Please send this order at the earliest otherwise i will raise complaint against you people at the consumer court for fooling the public & not sending products on time

I ordered shoe from this site. The shoes I got are'nt the one I ordered. please replace my shoes and give me the shoes I ordered. they are different and the one which i go are different. I don't want my money back I just want my shoes replaced by by the ones I ordered. I can show you the picture of the shoes I ordered and the one I have got. I have complaint on street style store but they haven't replied.

My order #1297541 has been returned to origin so how must I get it back. I was not given no prior information of its arrival(like I was done for other arrivals via an sms). The order was placed on 11th February and shipped on 22nd February. then it shows Returned to origin on 3rd march. The original order was for three shoes which was later split to 3 orders, I received 2 of them. There is no option for cancellation or refund. The website has no FAQ or support related to the topic. I cannot reorder them. it shows out of stock

I have purchased 2 times from streetstylestore website and my online payment had done. But i dont receive any kind of order status and its showing no order plcae. Its a fraud website which doing cheat with people. Its request please return me my money or place the order.

I have ordered two pair of shoes for RS 999 from street style store on 10-Feb-2017 and didn't receive it yet. I have inquired with them 5 times and every time same reply that please wait for the order.they are only setting it to priority dispatch and no other move.Now i don't want the item, I need my money back.Please help for getting my money back. They are telling they don't have a money back policy, only they will provide a coupon which can be used further purchases. I cannot wait for them like this for purchasing any new item.

First they took the order and the payment. After one month they called up and told me that the package cant be delivered to the entered address and asked if i wish to cancel the order. The refund would go toh my paytm balance from where i paid for the order. And now there are no details regarding the refund status. It says processing for the last 5 days but no refund has been made. There is no number where you can contact them directly also. This is soo disappy

I had placed my order on 12th feb and was supposed to receive it by 4th march, but i still havent received it. I have already complained thrice for the same but no action has been taken even after transferring my order to a priority dispatch. There isnt any refund policy either and my payment of 999 rs has been blocked. I dont understand why is it taking forever to deliver an order from delhi to bangalore.

Kindly deliver my order at the earliest alongith the date intimation or else refund

Hi, i have ordered 3 dreses for 999 on Feb17 2017, from merchant Ccavenue..they have deducted from my mobile wallet but i still did not received any shipment details. If anything happen or cancellation of my orders please kindly inform me on my email address. I have put the screenshot of the deduction receipt from Ccavenue below. Please kindly do something about this.

I placed order in jan 1st week, received it in February midweek. The product was awful, I filed for return, but these stupid ppl do not have return policy but only exchange, it is very annoying and wrong. Yet I said its fine and accepted exchange, but these guys have still not delivered my order since then. Its awful!
Their footwear are not that extra ordinary that one should wait for months, better if I would have bought for nearby retail store. Waste of money and time. Shut your site down bcoz u are really not punctual and customer friendly, not worth dealing with you.
If its not happening by you guys, I seriously do not need your product anymore. Its been more than a month that my product has been returned to you for exchange. And the process is going on since 2 months... I have no interest in your product now... I bought many footwear from different places post ordering from you. I have not recieve my conformation details in my email.they gave a notification that they they will send on my email account a conformation...bt till now i have not recieve it.

I have received in 2 products out of 3 and the delivery man took the money for all 3. I have been sending mails to the help desk since very long but they don't bother to reply . I either want my money back or other product. It is been so many days I have been wasting my time on this.
If no serious action is taken, I will be forced to lodge a complaint against this website

I have three tops for 1099 and today I received it. I was really shocked when I opened the packagings because the product which I got was totally different from what I ordered.The only thing which is same is the colour only otherwise all the pattern, stitching, and fabric is completely different.All this was disappointing and even I can't contact to the customer care because the call never connect. And even I can't initiate the return and above that if I replace my product I can only replace the size? What kind of business is this? It's totally unethical and unprofessional. I hope your team will look into this matter.and I will get my money back .

This is the most unprofessional and [censored] website i have ever seen. They are big time cheaters. I had purchase sandals worth 999 INR and it’s been two months they still haven't reached me. Nobody cares to follow-up. I have been raising tickets to their customer care every day and nobody cares to close them. when i messaged them on Facebook and asked for a refund everyday they raised a credit note in SSS account which means they won’t repay you and another [censored] months of buying and following up with them. In short when you shop with then you are neither getting your product nor your money. Kudos to you for cheating all your customers.

Actually i have placed this order on 15/12/16 but got it delivered very late and i have shifted back to my hometown so i wasn't available at the time of delivery. Could you please transfer my refund 699 rupees in my account. When will i get the refund?
