I placed order on 13th feb but didn't receive it yet. Online payment already done to make it asap but no luck. Contact numbers are not working. I didn't receive any satisfactory response over mails. After sending mails, order status just changed to "priority dispatch". It's already been a month and i have no idea about my order delivery. Guys can you please tell me the delivery status of my order.

On 19 February 2017 I had done transaction of INR - 999 but

first time It was through but in your system it's showing COD
second time it was through but I got deduction 02 time now refer attached data and give me refund.

Please try to solve matter asap.

I have ordered the boot of size 35, that does not fit. I want to get the bigger size of the same product. Order number is #1354421.
I tried to contact with sss, but no one is receiving the phone.
So, i wish you to contact me soon, and provide me a helping hand. An early reply will be appreciable.

My order reference is #1237046. I had sent a pickup exchange request nearly three weeks ago and I've not received a pickup yet. The delivery too was done pathetically late and quality sucks too. I had written several mails yet they won't care and their phone too is always switched off. If I don't receive a pickup soon, I'm going to file a fraud complaint against them in police.

Streetstylestore.com #1354375 i have received incorrect product. The one i received is totally different from that was shown on your website. You can't mis-lead anyone. Kindly update on the refund process since i don't have sizing issue.
Solve my query as soon as possible as the product i have received is completely different then the website image also the product is faulty.

It was taken for exchange . Ive paid for it since 3 months ago. Still i have not yet been delivered the shoes .. may i know why ?
And the website is showing that the product is delivered.
Your people are making fool out of your customers .Even after so many complains and so many days .. there is no reply from your side .. the emails consist that we will be reverted back with one of your getting in touch soon .. i really dont know when is that gonna happen .
Either pay me back my amount of 599rs. Or else deliver my product asap.! Or else u hav to face a legal action soon .

My order no is# 1305264, i had placed the order on 14th fed, they haven't delivered it yet, i have sent so many mails but hardly any response from their side, very poor service .I had called the courier company as well but no response, kindly have a look and deliver the product . Today was the forth time that I raised a query on your website mentioning that I did not want the products that I received as the chappals are ill fitting and absolutely bad quality and also one of them does not match the picture shown. I have never received a response for any of my queries till date. In fact I have received back the same product even though I have mentioned in the refund request that I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT.
I called on your number [protected] a number of times but there has been no response. I have also asked tonnes times 'how to i initiate an exchange for a different product' but no one has responded. I am not asking for a refund, all I want is to purchase a different product in exchange, why is it so difficult to help me in that.
Please respond to my query at least this time as I definitely don't want these two chappals and I wish to exchange them for any other product.

Pathetic quality. pathetic response. you dont even get the exact product as seen online! i need to return 4 pair of shoes. They just dont reply. and have already returned one which is lost somewhere. no update regarding the same. plus, is the no money back option nor do they respond to your mails and cases built on their website. They dont even offer vouchers if not the money. Also, you cant exchange it with anything else than the size!

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 9th Feb 2017. The expected delivery date was 2nd March 2017. I patiently waited till 2nd March. When the shoes didn't get delivered by that date, i registered a complaint. They said, they will let the parcel out as "priority dispatch" but still no signs of the order till now, 8th March 2017. I try calling them, they never pick up the call. Last time also, the same thing happened. I do not know what to do. I want my parcel asap.

I ordered ladies Shoes footwear on Dt. 5th dec 2016 at 14:49 from www.streetstylestore.com i already paid 899- using online payment method to this company my order No: CPZUAIWDD (after some time they send me another mail where they mentioned new order number for the same order it was: NBOIMUULY) and . yet they didn’t delivered my product at my doorstep and they didn’t give me any single answer regarding refund. i often done too many mail and didn’t get single answer about refund so i request you all never buy any single item from this company they are big cheaters and please grahak suraksha get me out of this cheaters.

What i am getting is new mail from new costumer executive that i will get my order in 4-5 working day. but that day never come. they jus giving me new order number n date to place order.

Hi,

I had ordered for a boots and i received but the packing was so pathetic that it damaged the boots. An exchange was requested and the delivery person collected it. After that the status is exchange product delivered. I have sent emails requesting an update as in when i would get my boots. Cash is already paid but i do not have the product now.
Can someone please help me with a reply

My order placed on 9th feb 2017 - Order: [protected]-3256556 is not delivered to me yet. The courier company shows the product is delivered. The people at streetatylestore are not responding to my email or messages on facebook. I still have not received my shoes.

From last month 22nd february i am sending you mail but no one giving me response from your company, that is very bad impression for guest.

Hey.

On 5th February, 2017 I placed an order for a pair of shoes. The order reference is #1275688. I received the order on 27 Feb, 17. I was immensely disappointed with the quality of the shoes. The colour is lighter compared to the image on the website, which gives the shoes a very ugly look. It is made up of neon pink, and purple shades- which, according to my taste is disgusting.

I cannot replace the item. It would not solve my problem I want my Rs. 749 back.

The saddest part is, these people do not have a customer care executive you could talk to. Even in their customer support section, they only have an option for replacing the item.

I have faced quite a lot of issues with SSS.
Please help!
