I had ordered 3 pair of footwear from 3 for 999 store on 13th feb 17, i had received 1 pair on 3rd mar 17. And the remaining 2 items are pending, i had raised the query twice but still there is no action taken from the company's end to deliver the product on time. I want you guys to deliver the order at the earliest and show some professionalism.

I would like to draw your kind attention happen on 12 /03/17. I was in payment section to pay rs 999 (3 tops). Money deducted from my account as i get e -cash reciept on my mobile but the transaction was unsuccessful. I did pay 2nd time and rs 999 online shopping was successful as the pdf generated and showed in my online SSS shopping account. But my earlier deduction of rs 999 has not been return yet. Kindly, proceed to pay back the amount.

This was the email I got on Feb 25. It has been more than 10 days. Neither my money is back nor my product.

Can someone help me with this. I am so so so pissed off. And yeah the customer contact does not work.

SO here's the deal. I ordered a dress which was defective and i returned it for a bigger size. I realized it later that there was a button missing in the original product and i had mailed the same to the customer care. For which I had received the email that the request has been raised. I need my money back or the product delivered ASAP.

Hello team,
Ordered a product 3 months back. Raised a request for exchange. Gave the product to delivery boy. But after so many complaints, i have still not got exchanged product.in each complaint, product is being marked as priority dispatch. Till now 18 priority dispatch has been done for the same product. Please either return the amount or deliver the product asap. I have registered a complain in cosumerforum and they are also keeping a eye on this matter.

I have ordered pair of shoes one month back and I have recieved wrong size. I raised an exchange request on website. Within two days pickup was arranged and I handover the parcel. After that day I have been continuously following up with helpdesk but failed to recieved any reply. I have already paid money and product has not yet delivered neither I received any update from them.
Customer care service# is always busy or else they dont pickup the call. Please help how would I get either product or if not I want my money back.
Also few days back on website it was showing exchange request against my order id and now it is showing delivered.

Are they just sitting to eat people money. Such a disgusting service. First time I have ordered somerhing and I feel bad what kind of business they are doing.

The product that I ordered is completely different than the description and the picture. This is a very clear case of misleading and fraud if you do not agree for a refund. Below are the pictures of the product displayed on your website and the product that I received. Also the size is to big to be a 35. The product looks so cheap and tacky and also it's description says it's beige but the product that I received is plane white with no sign of resemblance. This is highly disappointing! I had ordered these lovely looking shoes on your website on the 23rd of January and after waiting for almost 2 months this is what I get! I understand you are here to earn money but what you are doing here is completely unethical. Please revert to this message ASAP.

I had ordered the ' 3 for 999 ' on the 7th of february. I checked the order status. It says order spilt. Also, in the orders history. #1282926 this order shows just two of the tops and doesn't seem to show the 3rd top i had ordered. I had ordered it a month back and i haven't still received the product. I need it before the 21st of march. It's urgent. Please help me out. Cause there's no other way i can seem to seek help.
Also, the delivery status shows just 500 for 1 top. But where else, the delivery people take 1500 do all the three tops since they're not gonna come togther.

I have ordered shoes on 31 dec, 2016. Its almost 3months and till now order is not received but the status of order is delivered. I donno for whom order is delivered. Please provide pod. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from street style store on 3rd feb, i received the order shortly but two of them were smaller so i exchange them for a bigger size, the product was picked up soon after but ever since then there is no report of the delivery. The status on the site shows delivered. It hasn't yet been delivered. Its my sister's wedding in a week and it's really disappointing.

But till now neither i got any acknowledgment mail nor my product been exchanged.. This company doesn't have any no so that customer can call regarding their issue..
