Long sleeves a line dress for ₹999 .
I paid via credit card. Now it's been over a month they didn't delivered my item. Please help me to get my money back or my item to be delivered soon. I am waiting since last 15 days and also I complained about it several times by mails they provided the mail id there. They said they are quiring but they didn't answered anything and didn't resolved my problem. It seems they are looting customers who pays before via credit or debit or online payment. Plz, help me out.

I placed an order for a few products on 26th nov 2016. I am still waiting for the damn order to get delivered. After calling the customer service not once or twice but a whopping 300 times (Not kidding) the bell rang 5 times, of which 2 calls were answered. When i asked about my order in a stern tone, your customer rep hanged up the call (Again not kidding). The one call that actually got through, i was told that the order was at my door step and nobody answered the door hence it was returned. I asked them to resend it, i am still waiting. I no longer wish to receive the stupid products. I want a refund. And i want it within the next week if you * do not wish to invite a law suite, you will comply. My order details are such -

I ordered 3 pairs of footwear on 11/02/2017, order was placed successfully and the payment is also accepted. Order number: 1296994

The order was shipped on 16/02/17. The order status hasn't been updated since 21/02/17. They say wait for a maximum of 21 days and today is 04/03/17 which is the last day and there has still not been any update.

Kindly make the delivery as soon as possible.

We order shoes on 20/1/2017 still not delivered.

I ordered 3 pair of slippers from SSS and quality of all slipper are worst. I am trying for refund option but it's unavailable as it only shows shipped

I received the replacement but both the size 36 and 37, doesnt not fit my feet, there is some kind of manufacture defect with this product.

I have ordered gossip footwear on 08/02/2017, order was placed successfully and the payment is also accepted.
How irresponsible the company is towards its customers that they are not taking any steps to inform them regarding their order status and on top of that the contact number Is always busy or they don't respond.
This is such a bad impression and also today is 03/03/2017 that means maximum of 21 days have passed but I have no update of my shipment of the order no.1288523.
Kindly make the delivery as soon as possible.

I got my product today and it was not of good quality. It also didn't satisfied the amount I paid for it. They don't have any return policy nor they have any customer care number everything is done through mail. Either they give me another product or return my money. And the person who delivered it is also switch off.

I have ordered 2 shoes at 19 nov and they didnt dispatch it till 4 feb. I already mailed them several times but no response. Then i cancelled that order from their site and they dont return my money in my bank account and i got credit slip that means i can only use in their site. so i reorder something from that site and again its being over a month they dont dispatch my order so i want my money back in my bank account asap.

Hi, i ordered a pair of brown ankle boots for rs 699. I made an online payment through 'cc avenue' from my debit card, I recieve the bank's message of the amount being deducted from my account and the payment being made, but when i go to 'my orders' its shows no purchases made or empty cart or no orders. Please respond asap or im planning to take a serious action against this firm.

I order well performance sneakers from street style store and they were worse than I could have ever imagined the structure and the look was totally different and I am really disappointed I want my sneakers to be changed or money refunded . Never buy anything from street style store. Never buy stuff from street style store did a big big mistake the shoes are very uncomfortable and quality is really really bad feel sad I wasted money over such worthless shoes

Solve my query as soon as possible as the product i have received is completely different then the website image also the product is faulty

your customer care number doesn't work and there is no way to get in touch with you. so, it is my humble request, please deliver my order or at least give me a refund if you are in no mood for satisfying your customers.
