I have been trying to reach you guys since the time i have received a product, i have got a mail from [protected]@streetstylestore.com asking for an image of the product but i am unable to reply back on this id for obvious reason.
Solve my query as soon as possible as the product i have received is completely different then the website image also the product is faulty

I am expecting a quick reply as it has been a long that i am not getting any response and also call on my number for the same +91-[protected]

Hey! I placed an order on your website on 3rd feb 2017 and my order number is [protected]-3189654 and the reference number is[protected].

i have already made the payment online. it is almost past 1 month and i am yet to hear from you, let alone getting my package.

your customer care number doesn't work and there is no way to get in touch with you. so, it is my humble request, please deliver my order or at least give me a refund if you are in no mood for satisfying your customers.

if i don't receive my package, i will have to go through the hassle of coming to your office. or is the address you have provided here fake too???????

I am a practicing lawyer at Delhi high court. I bought a pair of sandals earlier too from your site and was not satisfied with the quality but this time the shoes I got are neither good in quality nor are the ones described by you or shown or your website. I want a refund of my payment as I am really upset with your response and expect a reply as soon as possible or else will initiate a legal proceeding against your website

I placed a prepaid Order No.#1252446 & Tracking ID BMPP97721086 almost a month ago. Havent received an intimation regarding the order until now. I haven't received the delivery of my products from Streetstylestore..
The website wrongly says its Delivered??? could you show me the signature or evidence that I have received it. Because I need to know which person picked up this packge on my behalf or as me. I have been waiting for this order for almost a month.
Im really upset with the services provided because the parcel has been delivered to don't know who. The address given was my office address and I haven't received any call or message till date
The courier service provider has been irresponsible in delivering without getting in contact with the customer. Also when I raised a ticket about this issue I get a response The courier service provider Bookmypacket has stated that the package has been sent back to the RTO(SSS)
I need to know when my consignment is going to get DELIVERED TO ME or the REFUND . I need to know where I can escalate or report about this entire Incident .
Im very sure it is not reached me. because I got no notification regarding this. I would like to know if there is a branch where I can Report about this issue.

I have ordered shoes on Dec 31st, 2016. I haven't received my order till now but the status in the account is 'DELIVERED'. I tried contacting the customer care, but no one received the call. Left many emails, no response for single mail. The bad thing i have done is paying the amount online.

It is a completely fraud site. Initially they didn't send me the shoes for 2 months. Then when they sent the shoes they knowingly sent a shoe size of 34 whereas I had ordered for 42. What do these people think of themselves. They need to be dragged to the court for such fraud practices.
I have written numerous mails to these people. They do not even pick up your call. Worst customer care service. How are they even running their site...

My order no. 1224773 is not delivered and it's around two Months I placed that order. I cannot cancel the order as I ll not get d money also.. I ll get a voucher to buy from the same rubbish site which will not deliver on time. Pls it's my 8th complaint... For first 7 I got priority dispatch mails which was never done. Please send it ASAP.

This is to inform you that I had a credit note of Rs. 999 dated[protected]. Then I ordered a dress of Rs. 699 dated[protected], order no. 750668 against this credit note which I cancelled immediately. I also received an email for this cancelled order but when I checked my credit note the amount of rs. 699 have been deducted and now the balance of my credit note is 300 only . I have tried to contact customer care several times through email and phone but there is no response. Also this credit note is expiring on[protected].
You are requested to please look into this and refund the amount of 699 to my credit note so that I can place order of Rs.999 for my further purchase before the credit note is expired.

My order placed since a month has not yet been delivered to me. There hasn't been even a message of delivery tracking. My tracking numbers are - ED[protected]N, ED[protected]N, and 2 items (shoes) r without tracking no. Some order no are 1281355, 1279432, 1273773, ... i have ordered total 5 pairs of shoes. After taking the entire payment of around 6000 now you are not at all bothered to deliver it to me. Till date i haven't seen such fraud company.

Even after so many follow up they are not bother to deliver the product even they dont bother the update me about my product.

As per the policy, product should be deliver in 23 days...

They revert that order has been put on Priority Dispatch.. but after doing this 23 days still i didnt get the product and even i am not able to cancel it.. bcoz cancellation means they will hold my money in SSS account only..

I added photo, as its Priority Dispatch tagged but still nothing happen

I had given my debit card details o[censored]nion bank to buy a product, but it didnt work .. so i gave my indian overseas bank details to you and it worked.

But then, when I got my two passbooks .. in there, both my accounts were debited of rs 499 ..

So credit my union bank account with the money immediately.
Even my product hasn't reach
So I'd like you to take a look at this, because it involves bank transactions and it is quite risky.

I m highly dissatisfied by the way company behaved. There was wrong misconception that I placed order whereas I didnt. I never recieved a call nor message for confirmation. And I m trying to call the company since morning. Y would I buy alone a top of 500 when I can get 3 in 1000. I want refund money or send me 2 more tops n I will pay 500 more. Order number : 1289343

I have placed the order on 9th February. I have received no intimation email about the status of the delivery nor have i received the product. It is the worst service ever as none even tried to get in touch with me intimating me about the delay. This is a prepaid order. I will not wait any more. I want my refund back if you can not deliver it on time.

The payment was made via CC avenue the same day.
The website commits 3- 21 days delivery. However, i have reached out to them post 21 days and they committed a new shipment date between 18th to 21st December

There have been 5-6 followups for same but we just receive a template based email.
I have demanded refund several times, But the website kept ignoring it.
They never call or be open for support.

Please help me get my money back with interest.

My issue with SSS is been pending from more than 6 months now.

I am had initially placed the order but since it was very different from the display shown online so I had raised a complaint against them through this forum and SSS promised me they would pay the cash back to me on my next order. So I went ahead and placed fresh orders but I didn't get the products delivered until now. After multiple e-mails ('Street Style Store Resolver' ) they said that I wasn't available
( please note: I get every other products delivered on time from other online site) and SSS come up with this convenient reason to cover there carelessness.

All I want now is either the product (with the cash back applied to it) or my money back.

one of the HOPELESS online shopping site i have come across.
they are only for cheating the customers with the poor quality and unprofessional behavior.

I ordered on 19th Jan and I am still waiting for any delivery or refund. Firstly the order came a month late. then I requested for size replacement.Till date I have not received it yet.The order status says "priority dispatched".

They have an automated update of "priority dispatch" whatever complaint u put. Nobody reads the complaint.I asked for refund, no answer, I asked to deliver fast, no answer. I am just waiting for the order since 2 months now.

My last order's experience was also bad. I received the item at my address after I had left the city, in four months. But I was stupid enough to order again from this irritating site.

Never want to buy anything from this again. Most frustrating. NO contact numbers available to slam these people. No replies to complaints.They just dont care about the customers.Once they receive the money, they dont care item is avialable or not. when to deliver it.

I need my refund in my original payment mode.

How long do i have to wait? Will i ever get the products i ordered and i PAID for? You know what you guys have tested my patience for way too long. I ordered the products on 12th dec and 14th janand i still havent received either the product or any update of the same. I was issued the ticket thrice when i wrote to you and my issues were not resolved and here also i am complaining for the third time. Now i am left with only one option either deliver my products or i am going to the consumer court. Consider it as my last warning. I never expected you guys would be so unprofessional and would cheat on me like this.
