I had ordered boots from street style store on feb 2 which was delivered on 14 feb but the size was not correct hence I had to replace it
Order Reference MKXLQJIFA which was supposed to be delivered on 02/22/2017
the size was not proper hence I had ordered for replacement on 16 feb and on 17 it was picked up from my address but till now I havent received the boots and I have paid Rs 699 for it already and nor I m able to get any information about it only exchange order is done is displayed

I had ordered a pair of boots on 2 feb 2017 ut arrived on 16feb but the size was varying and i had no other option than making a replacement order so on 17 feb it was picked up from my place for replacement order and not delivered on my address .
The site is also not showing any of the details and I have paid Rs 749 for it Rs 699 for boots and 50 for shipping charge I want my orders soon to get delivered

I ordered for two pairs of shoes. One got delivered two months late and one never good delivered. When I asked for refund they gave me a proof of delivery with a forged signature. I was not even in the country when the delivery was apparently made, that too to the wrong address. They had used my old work address. I was not even working there anymore. I even sent them proof of original order, how they modified it etc. Fraudsters, pathetic behaviour.

I had initiated a exchange request on the order placed for : order ID - 1003168 worth Rs 750 incl shipping charge

However after 2 months of follow up i was given a voucher which was valid till 16th Nov'17, now that voucher is also fake and doesn't reflect in their shopping site while placing the order.
same concern was highlighted to Karan Bhatia & Navdeep SIngh (team representatives) from street style store team who actually shared the voucher with me but i am not receiving any response with the clarification.

Seems they're playing around customers time & money!

Need help in addressing this issue at the earliest as I've already wasted enough time in circle of mail chains with the team yet no support received.

I havent received my order yet for which i have made the payment already. I have already lodged the complaint. complaint no 16474 but after that no response has been received. whereas my order status as per the tracking number is showing delivered. Such an unacceptable thing..

I had ordered a pair of boots from the above metioned company on dec 01, 2016. The delivery has not been done, yet the order status shows it to be delivered by 01 jan 2017. There was no information provided to receive the pack - no phone calls or text messeges or e-mails or the website it self. the courier service showed the updates yet there was no information about the delivery. If the product can not be delivered please refund my money.

I did not confirm the order still it was delivered they did not even send confirmatory message I was forced to pay to the delivery boy as he said that I have to contact them on line so I tried contacting them but their number is not reachable or busy even if it rings no one picks up plus the order which is delivered is faulty too but why should I take it as I dint order it I dint confirm the order nor they send any confirmatory message for the order its a fake company the product is not as it is shown

I have not received the product(2 shoes for 999 ) that I had ordered inspite of raising enquiry thrice.The product reference ID:1226562, has been in priority dispatch state for the past 13 days and it has been more than a month since I placed the order.Is this the amount of time we should wait inspite of it being in priority dispatch state??Instead of giving an auto reply for the complaints raised in your site, make sure you read the same.This has tested my patience for a very long time .I expect a proper reply regarding the products whereabouts.

I had ordered a product, i waited for more than a month but i didnt received it. After that i canceled my order but its been two month and till now didnt received my money too. I mean this is pathetic, i even don't know when i will get my money back. Very poor service. This website is a real thief in this technology world. We are planning for digital india but the website like this are pulling our leg and because of these people only we are running behind.

I had ordered a bow sling bag but your seller repeated my order so i had received two sling bags. After somedays I returned the bag and had asked for return but the website credited me the return through a voucher but the voucher has disappeared and i am not able to get my voucher details i was also trying to call the helpline no but its not reachable.

1st of all it takes more than a month to deliver any product.. I have ordered 3pair of shoes twice but every time when it comes to deliver, they come with single pair but they demand the full amount of money of the order... And if we enquire about the order, they never have any reply and there are no way to track the order... Very disappointing service... I had a worst experience with these website... They should improve their customer service

I had ordered a dress worth Rs 999 and paid online on 24.01.2017 and today is 20.02. 2017 till date the order has not been dispatched. I have complained several times on their website but always a prewritten message is sent to me thinking as if v r fool sitting here. The purpose I ordered the dress was to gift it to my cousin on her birthday but the birthday has passed and I had to purchase another dress from Amazon which came merely in a span of 3 days. The purpose has been defeated and I want to cancel the order and money b refunded in my account. The customer care is hopeless. Kindly refund my money.

Today its 01.03.2017 Nd my product is not yet dispatched. Is this how u treat your customer once money is credited in your accounts. I had the worst experience with u guys as u guys have poor management, poor customer care. I would suggest everyone not to buy a single product from ur website as u guys even do not have a customer care contact no. Where one can lodge a complaint.
FRAUD WEBSITE FRAUD PEOPLE WORKING IN YOUR COMPANY. WHOLE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

I have placed a order through the website for casual white shoes. since I was not able to make the payment on-line i have requested the order to be cancelled. i haven't received any mail or message by stating the same. currently on website (order history) the status is showing cancelled. but when i am seeing the same order details in FAQ query it is showing the expected delivery of the order is 9 th march, 2017. Please tell me what is the current status of my order. I have raise the query for the same, but no response has been given from your end. this is not the expected behaviour from a reputed company like yours. please revert me as soon as possible and also let me know how can I cancel my order, because I can't trust you people more. Updated by Sana Javaid I have mailed so many times even with the image of received product and details of the one not received but they keep on re sending me the same mail and do not take any further action. My item has been not delivered and they are falsely claiming to deliver it since last 4 months.

I ordered two pair of shoes from street style store(SSS) website and when I got the wrong size, I requested for exchange. I ordered on 25th of December2016, and they haven't yet delivered one pair of shoes. I emailed them but got no amswer and the number on their website is fake. Their policies are twisted and manipulative just to trap cunsumers.
