WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

This complaint is regarding 'Order # 1181320' with the Vendor "Street Style Store." It was a prepaid order for women apparel(s).

I'd requested for an exchange because the size of the received apparel was smaller than what is required by me. The exchange was initiated by the Vendor through their Carrier/Delivery Chain - Delhivery. However, nobody from Vendor's Carrier showed up for pickup exchange and closed the "ticket" requesting an exchange raised by me.

I've neither received an exchange nor had been issued a store credit note. Vendor's consumer care number always go unanswered and the website is not compatible to address the concerns of consumer. This is highly frustrating and time consuming.

The ticket for exchange on Vendor's site with the tracking number "S[protected]" has been closed and reflects that the exchange was initiated and the right sized apparel was "delivered." This actually is incorrect and misrepresented because the goods delivered initially is still with me. Also, I'm now unable to initiate any kind of correspondence with the Vendor because they have "blocked" all channels of communications for the order # maintained above.

I sincerely hope that the Vendor is not indulging in sham and unfair business practices, because the the way they are carrying out their business is not per the protocols followed by similar e-commerce business. It is an earnest request to persuade the Vendor to finish the transaction by either initiating an exchange, issuing credit note for the amount transacted, or refund the money held by the Vendor.

      I ordered pair of shoes from that scheme 3 for 999/- firstly my order came after 15-20 days but size was not okay when i place my replacement order you took away the shoes but it's been more than 2 months now i haven't recieved my replacement order!
      Are you trying to fooling us or what?
      Every time i file a complaint same rply we are trying to fix your issue how much years you will take to fix my issue?

        I had ordered a pair of shoes and had paid through card in Jan I got my shoes delivered in Feb the shoes which I got thier size was big so I initiated a exchange request. It's been a week they did not come to collect the product and they show in the status that the product is delivered.
        I sent them mails and tried to call but no response recieved.
        My order no. 1202996.

          This is to inform you that i placed my order on 12/12/2016. Till date i have not received my ordered footwear. And there 3 pair of shoes that are to be delivered. The order status is showing as payment accepted since the day i have placed order. Even there is no tracking id provided to track the order. I have also sent mail to your support team for multiple times but not getting valuable response. Expecting the revert on this complain as soon as possible. Please do the needful and provide satisfactory answer in response to this complain.

              I had ordered five pairs of shoes a month back, in which i received only three pairs . i've payed the full amount also from my debit card.. I had complained about it several times from last few weeks but there wasn't any response... they aren't responding to any of my mails also. so kindly deliver it or refund the money as soon as possible..

                Even after so many follow up they are not bother to deliver the product even they dont bother the update me about my product.

                As per the policy, product should be deliver in 20 days...

                They revert that order has been put on Priority Dispatch.. but after doing this 20 days still i didnt get the product and even i am not able to cancel it.. bcoz cancellation means they will hold my money in SSS account only..

                After a lot of wait.. i cancelled my one order but can you please deliver my another order #1267647

                i took help of consumer complaints forum but still didnt get any fruitful reply...

                But for sure no one will buy anything from your site from my network.. no frnd no office frnd..

                i am putting these comments on fb also...

                Before going to do all these things i am waiting one more day to get the proper response on my order #1267647.

                I cancelled my order after 2 months of waiting...

                    I have order one pair of shoes from StreetStyleStore on 12/01/2017 and made payment on the same day on which they have also accept my order and my payment. But till today i have not received any information regarding my order. I have complaint several times to StreetStyleStore but they seem to not pay attention to my complaint. Yesterday 09/02/2017 i made a call and after they asked my registered mobile No. they hung up the call. i have made at least 50 calls to them and they did not pick up. Please Help.

                      I placed my order on 16th Dec, I paid online expecting it to come early. It's been 2 months now n I'm still waiting. I mailed at least a 20 times regarding parcel but got no response. I needed it so badly I feel so so stupid ordering from a site like that.
                      Now. The status of delivery shows its delivered. I don't know how when n where.
                      I got no call or msg regarding the delivery.

                        I had placed an order for a clothing piece worth rs.899 with sss on 17th Jan and paid the amount by COD when it was delivered. As it was not of the correct size, I sent it back for replacement and they recieved the same. Since then, I have not recieved any information on the delivery status/order proceedings from them, even after repeatedly asking for information.
                        A system generated mail is all I get in return. The phone number stated by them too seem to be out of order. I would like them to either ship my product in correct size and inform me about the same else return my 899 RS soon. Their credibility is seriously questionable as they do not even bother giving information about the current status/waiting perior/delivery status etc.

                          Had ordered three pairs of shoes on 01 Dec 2016. The order was split on their end. Got two pairs one by one after long delay but third never arrived. Now after lots of complaints I have been told that it has already been delivered, without any other detail at all.
                          It is a clear case of cheating. In this time of high online competition, how can a portal behave like this and expect to survive.

                              The account on the site has listed priority dispatch for my replacement order since 20th Feb, still no tracking number has been issued which implies that this has not been sent out for delivery.
                              The same feedback of priority dispatch was received last week but no further action.
                              Case 13159 is the latest number allocated today with the same feedback.
                              Even the helpline number is not reachable to escalate.

                                I have made purchase for boots shown on their site made of synthetic leather or so on date 27 nov for some special occassion but i received that product on 27 dec. Still the shoes i received was good and was as shown on the website. but due to size issue i requested for exchange . On the second time when they sent me my shoes it was velvet (very ugly) made shoes .I returned it saying that the product was not same as shown or promised. I returned it thrice & they sent me again velvet made boots in exchange. I have written so many emails to them & called them many times but I dint get any support from them, no reply. Now as winter are also over I dont even want that shoes. Two three days before I got email from them:

                                Just a quick update on your order. This is little unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the product even after your exchange. We are equally sad about it.

                                Now that we have received your request for exchange once again, here is one crucial information you need to know. Any second exchange on any product is chargeable and the amount charged is 200 INR.
                                We will initiate the request now if you give us a go ahead along with the policy mentioned.

                                We understand that this is a little of trouble for you. So, all we can say is next time when you order, please leave us the mail with your size details so that we will help you through placing the order.
                                If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

                                I dont understand why i should give them 200 rupees, they hav given so much of trouble, wrong product.I just want them to return my money asap.I hav started hating this site.

                                    I had two vouchers and I ordered two footwears to which I applied both the vouchers(total of Rs.1099) and the excess payment that is Rs.99 I opted for COD and then you people spilt the orders and when the parcel arrived the delivery man asked me to pay Rs.699 .Are you people that irresponsible ? Can’t you do the basic Math ? Do reply as fast as possible and better refund my amount because I am tired chasing you people to deliver what you claim you to provide. And if you are that irresponsible please refund my money and stop claiming things that you don't provide.

                                    NO! you did not adjust the amount on the #1227585 because the other day the parcel came and the delivery man asked me to pay Rs.1199 . I recieved call from a sss employee asking for my card details to refund me my amount !!Why do you need card details when you only need account number ??

                                        Hello
                                        i have sent my 2 shoes to you for replacement. one was for the size replacement and other one was due to color defect. it's been so long now around 2 months. i wanted it for winters but you guys have taken so long.you told to give me within 5-7 days. if you people cannot give replacement order within your stated time period then why do you mention time period?

                                        kindly deliver my both shoes to me as soon as possible.
