i have ordered one sandal from SSS on 4/1/2017.The estimated deliver was on 24/1/2017.Today i am posting this query on 30/1/2017.Still dint receive my product.When i track the order through courier service -bookmypacket's website, its showing the return is initiated without my knowledge.the reason for the return was incorrect shipping address.How ever i checked the address, its correct.There is no proper customer support eaither...

I had ordered for a pair of shoes on 8th January, 2017 and had paid for it with my debit card. It has been more than 20 days and I haven't received any notification from these people about my shoes. Whenever you try to call them, they keep their phones busy. I have written numerous mails to them but these people dont reply at all. Totally a money fraud. Horrible service.
The order reference number is - #1199329 ....

I have returned the product and they are not providing me the credit slip so that i can buy new product. I have mailed them infect more than 10 times but there is no reply. Their call center number does not work. Such a pathetic site. Credit slip of 499 rupees. Please help me in this. I have even mentioned about my order number. This company should suffer. Most of the people are frustrated from them....

The size I had ordered is 34, now I need to exchange all of these for 36...I hav been trying to contact u guys but u guys just send some ticket no n Dr...

I am writing again .they gave me credit note using which I ordered for another item: order #1189554 in street style store. But same issue persisted. Havnt received it yet.no communication of any sort from them too. What fraud is this website? Pls help me retrieve my money.That amount is really needed if I am not getting the item

We are surprised, we ordered and paid online for our shoes item on 12.01.17, but still the status on the tracking showing only as "Packet ready for dispatch" (screenshot of tracking is attached), it is today now 27.01.17, in 15 days even our item is not even dispatched also ?, no updates, no communication ?, we then even tried the store contact number [protected], several times, but it is always telling you are in waiting and then automatically...

I complained about a wrong pair of shoes that I received from SSS . Earlier the ensured me for a pick up by FedEx but when I asked FedEx about it they refused for the pick up. I order on 30th of December, after watching a lot of people not get their order I complained about how I needed them on time and got told by someone named atul of how they would reach on time and it never showed up. Customer loyalty is absolutely a joke to them and I would be telling a lot of people to NEVER try to order from here.
