After I complained twice on this website and getting answered twice, my order has still not seen ANY change after being put in priority dispatch WEEKS AGO. I was told that after a week past their so called deadline of 21 days that I should wait for another 3-4 working days.. today is the third day and my order is still in the freaking Priority Dispatch box. If you have ANY professional dignity, please get my order to me at the quickest cause...

Mailed about 3 days ago about an exchange issue for 2 products, yet no response. Ref number for ticket (Case #6785 ).
My order number 1210205. Hope I get at least the product that went for return back to me.

It has been long since I ordered the product. Previously also there has been issues for me. They were not returning my money. Now when I have got the money in my SSS account and I have ordered a pair of sandals they are not delivering it. Neither am I getting any update regarding the product. I need it within next one week at any cost. Have lost all faith in this website.

I have made an order for shoes which costs Rs. 699 on jan 07, 2017 and i paid for this order in advance but i have still not received the shoes till now. It has already been 26 days that i have ordered and still i have not got any information for the product being even dispatched. I do not know when is this going to be delivered if this is the status. I raised a complaint on their site as well but now without even resolving the issue as i have not still got the product, i can see that the status of the issue i raised is changed to "closed".I am attaching screenshots for reference.
I want the shoes at the earliest as i have to go out somewhere and want them in any case or i want my money to be refunded.

I have ordered one pair of shoes for 699 on nov 12th 2016, and bt i gt large size so i had raise the compaint and courier person came on the next day and collected the exchange product even today 1st Feb I didn't receive my order. I mailed them but I got no response from them. I have made a order in 2016 and was quiet satisfied, buy now even after these many days I am not getting my product, my refund, or atleast any update. I want my product or my money back.

Shoes I got from this company Street Style Store(sss) are very low in quality they have wrinkled and saggy, I have complained to sss help desk they assured me through mail that they will response within 24 hours, but more than 24 hours have passed no reply or response have come. please intervene I have spend a noticeable amount on my buy and this cheating has forced me to complaint. Kindly pay attention to my problem and make sss company to replace or refund my product.

This site is totally fraud . the product which shown on site is totally different which you people got delivered. the delivered product is very cheap. and there is no response of customer care guys and there is no return / refund policy. very cheap. do not go for this site please

Order DTIKXQSHV has not been delivered yet. Even after complaining once, no action has yet taken place. I need the product by 4th Feb at any cost because I relied on this site and orderd a product.I have an event coming up. Due to such inconvenience I can't even recommend others for this site even when the products shown are good.
Kindly look into the matter and deliver the product by 4th Feb.

I ordered a shoe with size 36 which was big for me. Later, i raised a request for exchange and i asked for size 35. The exchanged product i got after some 25 days and that to again the same size i.e. 36. I have raised n number of queries to provide me the shoe of size 35 or refund my money back. I am done with raising requests and asking for the reply. Really disappointed with the attitude of SSS team.PLease help me getting the proper product or my money.

I ordered a hand bag on 4th dec 2016. It has been mentioned in the website that delivery time will be 4-21 days. But now it's almost 2 months. Every time I email them they send ticket id number. After that no one has bothered to reply regarding that query. I tried their customer number but no one is replying.

This is to inform you that I returned faulty pair of shoes earlier on the return address which was found closed. Than after receiving your reply I changed the address of the courier. The previous waybill number was [protected] ( copy attached ) and now due to change in address the new waybill number is [protected]. The courier will be reaching today.
So I want you the send the actual pair of shoes to the earliest and also the second pair of shoes ordered early as 16/11/2016 was the date I ordered and made my payment it has been ages now and a hell lot of complaints made by now over these two and a half months.

I did not get my product yet. I placed my order on 11th jan.I am raising ticket since 20th jan and till now i did not get any update regarding my order.They are just changing the status to priority dispatch since 20th jan and closing my ticket. No response. No one is receiving call at their end. Really pathetic service. Please look into the issue.It was not at all expected.

My friend had ordered shoes on Dec 22nd 2016 and it's been a month, it has not been delivered yet. You guys don't pick up the call, don't even reply on mail. She had paid for the shoes. If it isn't delivered in next 2-3 days, I'm gonna go to the consumer court and I'll file a case against you. Order id is 1155175.

I have recieved my boots - PLATFORM LACE UP BOOTS IN BLACK shoe size 40 order number 1243775 AWB number S[protected] and would like to return it to a size 41. They say to go to the account my orders and click on replace to do so. But there is no replace option showing up. I would immidiately like to replace these. Your customer care line is not working. We had ordered 3 pair of shoes of worth 998.97 rupees from this shopping centre and had made online payment . But we didn't receive any confirmation message or the date of delivery of this product, its been several weeks and their is no news of the product we have ordered.

Why you hoping that i will buy some product from your site after this BS.

I know this mail will not create any effect on you but i will sure no one from my network will buy anything from your site, i already put a post on FB.

This is ridiculous that you are sending me the credit note means you are having my money without sending me the product. I am not able to see any contact number and no another mail for escalation...

and for the another order can you please check #1166594 and see how many days you will take to deliver the order as per the policy you have to deliver the product in 21 days max 21 days but i think its gonna 21*2 days.. it is???

You are not able to deliver the product then dont take the order.. dont make customers fool.
