I had ordered shoes from streetstylestore. My order reference is #1204304.I have received a very large size for my feet. Their size chart is really misleading. And now when I wish to exchange they are really not bothered to update my order details as 'delivered' because of which I can't apply for exchange. Also I didn't like the product at all. It is really not what I expected to be. First of all I received it after one and a half month which was really annoying. I tried to contact but the number is ever busy or unanswering. And wen I had bought a new pair from local store. I received this delivery. I am not at all liking this product yet I just have to get it exchanged with just another size. The photos provided with product are really not what we get in reality.
I need to exchange. I hope you people revert back because I have already lost 2 days and you have 7 days exchange policy.

My order number is #1112208.I have ordered a bag on 12th Jan 2017 and i didn't receive my order yet.I paid Rs 699 via my card. Now, I want to cancel my order and want them to refund my money back as it is taking too long time for them to deliver.I tried mailing to their help desk but there is no good response from them.Please ask them to refund my money back asap.

My order #1082667 was two pair of shoes made on 16/11/2016 I received only one pair th at also not the pair which I ordered so I returned the pair back and I was told that they will send me the original pair as soon as they receive back the order. They have informed me that they have received my courier long back but they are not sending my order . Also the are not sending the other pair I ordered .
Its enough of mental harassment now since 3 months and now I am thinking of going to the consumer court court against SSS with all the proofs .

Hello, I placed my order two months ago and haven't received it yet. order number 1156900.. plus I have complained to them so many times and all they say it's in priority dispatch. they don't have a proper customer care number to be called too either

I purchased a product from this website and the product delievered was not as per the product image shown on the website. The product is of low quality and customer care services are also poor, they do not pick up the calls nor do they reply to mails. I want the refund of my product as soon as possible. Take strict action on this as they are making fool of customers.

There are some issues with the size of my shoes and i want to exchange them. And want a bigger size. But the problem is, the product status is not showing as "delivered" on SSS site, so i am not able to raise the return request for the same. My order number is #1186232. kindly get the problem sorted as soon as possible.

I ordered pair of shoes from that scheme 3 for 999/- firstly my order came after 15-20 days but size was not okay when I place my replacement order you took away the shoes but it's been more than 2 months now I haven't recieved my replacement order !

every time I file a complaint same Rply we are trying to fix your issue how much YEARS you will take to fix my issue ?

I already raised complaint on jan 31st regarding the product i ordered. still no response.I placed an order on 11th jan and till now no dispatch mail nothing. What are you guys upto now? Are you really willing to deliver product or not?How is the management so careless? No receiving of phone calls.
Its seriously frustrating now. If my product cannot be delivered then please i request you to refund my money.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I placed an order on Nov 27th, 2016. I have complained 2-3 times but I am getting no response from sss. Also nobody received the calls i made to talk to their people directly. One day a person from sss called and said not to worry as my order has been marked "priority dispatch" and you'll receive a mail from our side soon. It's been more than 2 weeks since then. No update on the order has been received. Also I mailed them twice since then only not to receive any response from them.
I am worried because I have paid online and my money is at stake.
Also, they don't seem to have order cancellation policy.
I am stuck.

I ordered for 2 footwear on 29-Jun-2016. After several months I received the products. One product quality was very very inferior and hence I returned the product. I received a credit note.

Using credit note, I purchased a product which was never shipped. Now they are refusing to give a refund or a credit note.

I get irrelevant replies to my emails.

I called customer care today and they say that they dont have stock. Does it take them so many months to realise that there is no stock! And even now, they don't want to refund my money!

They are just saying "I will revert to you tomorrow"Its been 9 months since order has been placed. Part of the order not received yet. Cheaters not responding to calls or emails.

These frauds need to be legally prosecuted

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th of December after being much impressed by the collection the site seemed to offer. I regret to say that it has been a month and more and my order has been lying in priority dispatch since two weeks and has not shifted an inch. It has not even been shipped yet and I am utterly in dismay as though my complaints get an email for response but authorities fail to do anything about it. I had to take to the internet after complaining twice and being told to wait, at first for a few days, later to wait another 3-4 working days. I am almost sure that refunds are not even an option at this point as I already paid by card, my honest, stupid mistake for thinking it would be an easy procedure.

I heard from someone over the internet that you could be able to help and I am virtually begging you to look into the matter. If refunds are even possible, please guide me through the same. Some professional integrity is all I want to see for once from this website. Kindly help me out with this issue, it has taken up all my patience to write to you as a last resort.

I placed the order on[protected] and today is 2-1-2017. It has been 4 months and i have not received my product yet and neither i have any information about its whereabouts. I have tried contacting on the number given at the website [protected] but most of the time it comes as busy. And i have also written numerous email to know the status of my order but there has been no progress. I have already paid the amount online. And also already complained here. But to no result. They replied again with apologies and telling me that the product will be delivered, it hasn't reached me yet.This is a very serious problem that many of the customers are facing. I request you to improve your customer service. Please deliver my product or refund the amount.

I ordered shoes from this site on the 30th of December. And its been a month now. I keep writing mails too but I haven't received my order. There is no information about dispatch or order tracking. I have already sent 4 mails by now and all they have done is responded me by telling me its marked as "priority dispatch". And they still haven't shipped it. I am appalled at their service. If they can't deliver it to their customers they should tell them. I am sorry but i dont think I'll order from them ever again. This is absolute torturing and cheating the customers. Please update me on the info soon.

I have placed orders with Street Style Store there were 2 orders, one was placed on 20th Dec which was split and the 2nd one was a replacement order for an order placed on 22nd Dec. The split order was partially delivered and a new order was created for the remaining on 6th Jan and for the replacement order a new order was created on 2nd Jan. I have done multiple follow ups with the company and I have not received any response from them. I have also not been informed about the timelines by when my order would be delivered. The orders have been paid for already.
All I want is my items for which I have paid to be delivered to me

I got a bigger size of the boots i ordered. The size did not fit me right soo i tried to contact the delivery boy first then thee office number so that the delivery boy could take that along with him. The office even said that the boy will be theree or they'll get it exchanged. Now i want a smaller size and i want money back no matter what!

I ordered from this site, street style store on 11th of December! The order was prepaid, it's been almost 2 months, i still haven't recieved the order! I keep mailing them, no one replies or no one answers the call!!

Hello, i have made replacement for my order number# DEPCKDYYB denim shirt because it was not right size for me.My replacement order no #GFYLCMQMJ on 12/31/2016 and payment was already made on advance.I waiting for more than month but didnot received yet.Already complained to StreetStyleShop twice or thrice but still its not even dispatched.I ma very much disppointed with service of this website.

I had placed an order on 11 jan 2017.. It was suppose to be delivered by 1 Feb as it was displayed.. Its been 2nd I havent received my order.. There are no tracking details..

Such losers! I did a big mistake..

I ordered a pair of shoes on 8 of January and it just arrived on 9th. The size that I ordered was 42 but it didn't fit me. So I have applied for return applications, according to the return policy of the app I can return the product within 10 days. so I just applied the return application. They canceled the application without specific reason. They didn't respond to calls, emails or request tickets. It's over a month that I have requested but still didn't get a single response. I just want to exchange it with smaller piece.

You said you have delivered it, delivered it where? Even when I search on your site with the order id it shows 'shipped'. First of all you can't deliver properly, secondly you don't reply to calls and mails and thirdly you say you habe delivered it. I mean what BS you're talking. I'm am warning you guys for the last time I want you people to deliver it properly on 2-3 days or else I'm going to take strict legal actions against you.
