Hello
i have sent my 2 shoes to you for replacement. one was for the size replacement and other one was due to color defect. it's been so long now around 2 months. i wanted it for winters but you guys have taken so long.you told to give me within 5-7 days. if you people cannot give replacement order within your stated time period then why do you mention time period?

kindly deliver my both shoes to me as soon as possible.

    I am Deepanshu Saxena a regular customer of sss but for ths order i have received torned shoes with glue coming out from ends color is faded .i sm attaching with this complain the photographs of what product i was promised and what i received .Please have a look .i am so disappointed .They have mentioned return and exchange column in bold letters while u open it thr is no such policy thy only change tge size.if possible change my shoes with the other one named TAKING ATTENTION BROWN provided in menu with 37 size( while the size i have received is 35)

        Order was placed in November the site says priority dispatch... I have not yet received the product. have sent lots of mails asking them to refund the money but there has been no refund nor the product. please cancel the order an refund back my entire amount. i do not want the product. They need to look up the dictionary to check the meaning of priority dispatch... please cancel the order and refund my money. this is the worst site ever for shopping. All shoppers beware these guys are frauds...they do not deliver products nor do they revert when you send them mails.

            #1235014, waiting for an exchange. No revert from the websites end. please look into this. There is no valid number to contact them nor is there any email to contact this website. 2 months to get the right product. Please process the exchange ASAP. They dont even bother to contact the customer incase there is any delay or issue from their end. Very bad service.

                I am trying to get the exchange done for the next size from so many days. Despite mailing there is no response at all from SSS. Why your products are so good and services are so WORST ???
                Every time I place order i always hope to have better services but NO, I see no improvement and if I have to get exchange then I should be ready to go through frustration of no response from SSS side.
                There is no option of replacement at all. I had received the product in last week of Jan 2017 and since then i have sent no. of mails yet no proper response.
                Will I be able to exchange the product???

                  I do not see the replace option for my order #1205544 please update it Please acknowledge my query ASAP...its been weeks now. You have extremely disappointing responses. Its been so many days now, i am tired of raising queries to you, you don't even answer your calls, you don't reply to my queries.
                  No tracking id mentioned for the order in details section on website. How will i track my order . And no response from customer service no. Worst services street style store.

                      I had ordered shoes from street style store and I got the wrong size. I have been trying to exchange the shoes from so long but they don't have any proper way to send exchange request or any other request. This is very disappointing. I am so annoyed. My money is just gone for waste. None of the online website has such an issue. All of the online marketing sites have some or the other way to contact but SSS has no way to contact.                           I have not received my order. I had ordered from Street style store and paid through debit card.
                          Courier service is : Book my packet
                          BMPP[protected] tracking ID
                          According to Book my packet, status is delivered on 23rd Jan but still I have not received my product. Nobody called me on 23rd but still its delivered. Delivery address is in Chennai. On 23rd Jallikattu violence was going on. Its impossible for someone to deliver the product since there was traffic jams for the entire day in Chennai.
                          I am contacting both Street Style store and Book my packet but there is no response from them. My amount is not refunded as well. Street style store is not giving any status of the product. I complained for late delivery, at that time I came to know that it is already delivered. When I informed Street Style Store they are giving false assurances and not trying to contact the courier service. From 1 week I am contacting Street Style Store. They are doing nothing to help.

                          Today I got a mail saying that package was delivered to some guy by name Ramesh. I do not know anyone by that name. How can the courier guy deliver to someone else. My name and my number is there on the package. Still courier guy did not bother to call and confirm. Careless attitude!!
                          Upon that Street Style Store did not bother to send message or mail about delivery confirmation.
                          I got to know when I complained about delay in delivery for which I got a reply saying it was delivered a week back i.e, on 23rd Jan (on Jallikattu violence day)
                          I have attached an image with signature of so called Ramesh (as received from Street Style Store helpdesk) !!

                            My Order Number 1188336 and Reference Number SEAZPLOTZ was ordered on 5 Jan 2017 and it got delivered to me on 2 Feb 2017. Now I want to exchange my product (which contains 2 shoes) because the size did not fit me and I want a size bigger than them.
                            Also I am unable to find the button 'Replace Product' on My Accounts page.
                            I am trying to exchange the product the day I received them. I raised so many tickets but there is no response till date.
                            Pleas help me getting the right product or else I would have to take legal action against the company.

                                We ordered heels using the size chart they mentioned on site but seems like the size chart itself is wrong. In general I need 39 size but according to size chart it say I should order 37. I did ordered that but it is too small for me. I sent request for size exchange on 3rd Feb., 2017 but no response till now. Did try (almost 30 mins) to contact over phone but both number [protected] and [protected] are busy only. Is the numbers are busy purposefully or having issue no idea.

                                I need the exchange asap but don't know how to get it done.. can anyone help me in this regard?

                                  This one particular order is going on since more than a year. I had once made a mistake of purchasing from street style store worth 999 and multiple order had to be returned for quality issues. They had given me a voucher code for 999 for the returned order. They don't provide refund but vouchers to order more crappy products, which I did and spent an additional of 399 through netbanking/online transaction. They delivered the product stating its cash on delivery. But it wasn't cash on delivery as I already paid for the product and the delivery company would not hand the product over without COD, hence the product had to go back. I have written several mails to street style on this as now I have 1398/- worth invested with no product. I also mailed them my bank statement which states that the payment was made online, but I have received no response from their team. Its been more than a year with this bogus company and they deny to return my own money and I dont even have their product. Please help me get my money back. I dont want any of their fake products cause this story of return and not delivering will never end. Please Please help/.

                                  I have not received any refund yet and what about Rs. 999 which was the original purchase done last year for which I had returned the faulty damaged products twice and had received a voucher and I paid over and above 399 through net banking to complete the order. It has been over a year that my money is stuck with you guys and I have not received any merchandise/product yet and now a total of 1400/- is stuck with you guys and I have got nothing.

                                  Its been more than a year now. Refund the entire money and have some ethics to deal with customers. Its my hard earned money which unfortunately invested in a sham company like yours.

                                    This is the second time, I have had a very bad experience with street style store. The delivery guys are very rude. They always come and ask me to come down from my office premies to collect the parcel. Reason being not allowed to get bikes inside. I am expected to go outside the premises to collect the parceo?I have ordered with othet websites like Amazon, Flipkart to name a few too but they always come and deliver the products. I suppose, they also drive bikes. I am really annoyed with all this. This kind of service is not acceptable

                                      My order no #1249470 Wander Wherever sneaker was return on 1 January 2016 because of the wrong shoe size... So i change the size of the shoe and make a replacement..The product have already been pick up as well to get replace ..But I havent get back the replacement shoe...And i dont get any email or message about the replacement i make about the shoe...When will i get back my shoe and at least a message or email about the shoe That i replace ...Since no Message came no

                                        I had placed a order on 31/12/2016 with reference number QIBSKXZDZ which was in the offer 3 for 999 of same product i.e. "Posh it real good flats". Out of 3, 2 product had not fitted me. so i requested for an exchange for the whole product. Out of 3, and only one is only received by me. The order details are attached with this message please find them. And CLEARLY i want 2 pair of shoes of the product Posh it real good flats - Shoe Size 35 & 38 which are not yet delivered. Now they don't picking up my phone and also not delivering my products also. I am very much disappointed by this website and also recommend other people to NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE STREETSTYLESTORE.COM. They have eaten up all my money and now they are not responding to my calls and emails at all!!! Please help me.
