I am writing again .they gave me credit note using which I ordered for another item: order #1189554 in street style store. But same issue persisted. Havnt received it yet.no communication of any sort from them too. What fraud is this website? Pls help me retrieve my money.That amount is really needed if I am not getting the item

Its 3 mon i haven't received my order
I have mentioned this thing that i have to go to goa so deliver it before dec but forget about dec still i haven't received that..

I am dropping mails from last 3 mon to take updates but i havnt got any satisfactory mail from compamy.In December i got a mail from their end that they have some technical issue but will resolve my problem and deliver my product

Order no 1222999 two pair of boots... Were ordered. When the first came its size was not correct... So after complaint it was returned back... And the other has not been delivered yet. Please look into the matter aas soon as possible... It has been more then 15 days and no delivery message also is not dispatched... Kindly do something thing about it.. The payment for the first boot has also been done

I had placed an order for shoes on this website and received the order some time in Jan. The shoe size received are not proper and hence i had initiated a request for exchange of 1 pair amd return of another pair. A ticket was created amd no one has gotten in touch with me till date!! It has been almost a month now and I have written emails to the customer support ID as well.

Order no: #1022008, 18th october 2016 to be precise, by card payment .The number I shared was wrong which when I realized corrected immediately(16th november 2016) .And now it's been over 3 months, multiple mails I sent, updated my problem in the help desk, tried calling helpline but in vain but never received any prompt replies except once or twice.Tried to cancel order but even that's not an option I realized .Worst service ever.Also not refunding my money if not able to send my parcel.Worst experience .

I had orderd for a dress from this site, on the website it looked really nice and cute but when I received it I was heart broken because it was stitched abruptly and I looked like a homeless person when I wore it, I wanted to replace it with something else since they don't have a complete refund policy, I went to their website to do this and it was only giving me an option to replace it with a different size not a different product, then I started writing emails one person responded after a long time asking for the product's picture, I sent the picture after that no response at all from them, it's been like so many months now I also wrote a review on their Facebook page thinking that someone will respond but even that dint work, u can never contact them on their telephone number provided because it's always buys and I feel its a fake number, so such companies should shut down because they are running their business by fooling their customers.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 28th December 2016 and have mailed u several times regarding it.. it's been a month but I don't recieve them yet.. may I plz know when will I get my shoes.. please contact me on [protected].. send me my courier details or please refund my money back.. everytime we mail u Ur team generates a ticket but no use.. please work upon it.. I want shoes by this week

Customer message: actually I placed the order on 23 dec 2016 and now the date is 21st jan its such a really long time and I am really so much irritate from your service I placed a order of 1 pair shoes which I didn't get yet and now i seriously wont to receive. Its my humble request to you please refund my money now i dont want to take your shoes. because now I got that shoes form other company. We are surprised, we ordered and paid online for our shoes item on 12.01.17, but still the status on the tracking showing only as "Packet ready for dispatch" (screenshot of tracking is attached), it is today now 27.01.17, in 15 days even our item is not even dispatched also ?, no updates, no communication ?, we then even tried the store contact number [protected], several times, but it is always telling you are in waiting and then automatically phone gets disconnect, this is very pathetic arrangement of street style store.com, we are surprised how they are being allowed to do like this with the consumers. We request you to either immediately arrange to let us know the status of our order as to when will it get delivered, and if it will not be getting delivered within one week then please refund our amount to our account, else we will proceed for further action.

I complained about a wrong pair of shoes that I received from SSS . Earlier the ensured me for a pick up by FedEx but when I asked FedEx about it they refused for the pick up. Complaining about which SSS asked me for the courier. I send the packet to them but now the address they provided me is coming closed ( copy attached )
Its has been more than 2 months I haven't received my two pair of shoes I ordered and also I want 525 ruppees charged by the courier company in place of 200 rupees which SSS has told to pay me.
It has been limits now since the company is making a foul out of me.

I had ordered three shoes from the store on 12th december 2016, out of which one has not been received till now (27th Jan 2017). The other two did not match the size i ordered so I filed exchange for one of them which they took back the next day but did not deliver till now (3 weeks already since return). Moreover, I could never exchange the second one as they have a policy that if two shoes were billed together they should be returned together, since I did not receive another shoe I could not return the one I had. Also I have tried calling their number which is a wrong number in fact. Secondly have already complained thrice but never heard from them till now. This company seems like a big time fraud and should be questioned for their work ethics. I have found thousands of people complaining against them.

Order number:1189463. I have returned product and they have received product at their warehouse still they have initiated Exchange there's no proper means of customer support. Ve been checking account everyday please help, , I have contacted them for Exchange but there has been no reply from them their website says replacement order made since, 1/202017 but no tracking number till now and no reply from them this is the second timw it happened

I ordered one 3deess for 999 on 17/12/2016. Ordee number- [protected]-2860909, ccavenue reference is[protected]. As i seen many negative reviews on their app and on their facebook page, they never deliver anyones order even for more than 6 months and if luckily anyone getting their order delivered they always send wrong size, so that way customer will request for exchange. While exchanging you will never get any product in return ever...so this way they get people hard earn money, n they keep product with them only as chstomer return their product due wrong size. And even if you mail them many times no one gets any reply from them...
These are all fake people lives in delhi, all currupt...kejriwal always says he wants to finish corruption from india. First he need to look at his own state...
This is scam...big scap is happning... i too request for exchanging...their guy came very next day for collecting wrong size product..but aftr dat none i have heard from them...my 999 is gone..i dont want it either..they are fraud...i only want if consumer complaint people are reading this, then please ban this site and fine these people or arrest them.. i nvr undestand if all custmr are saying they want particular size of product as per their need..then why these people send wrong size clothes... government need to understand these people are fraud... please arrest them

My order #[protected]-2913259 for shoes has not yet been received. Ref No.[protected]. It's been 33 days since the placement of my order. I have already paid Rs 699 for it. But when I open my account on streetstylestore the order history doesn't show my order.But in my email id and phone number message came that order has been successfully placed. What is exactly happening?
The company should either return the money or send the shoes asap. IF you don't have the shoe in your stock please return my money.

I order on 30th of December, after watching a lot of people not get their order I complained about how I needed them on time and got told by someone named atul of how they would reach on time and it never showed up. Customer loyalty is absolutely a joke to them and I would be telling a lot of people to NEVER try to order from here. I called all the customer service numbers you gave but never got a response from them. What kind of a fake, useless and fraud of a company is this. Iv seen enough complains on this page alone to get a cosigned complaint against this company. Get the order before your customers assort to more serious methods.
Please get them to me as soon as possible. This is ridiculous.

I wont get my product yet n d delivery boy was too rude with us n i want u to take an action against him . his no. m mentioning here..[protected]. i was not at my house n i told him to go at my flat n give it to my family memeber bt he said he wont go up u hv to come n he was rude he cutted my phone many times he was very nasty .. he was arguing with me n my family member they told him that they are comming down to take the parsial but he was not their n he know the house again he did the same thing i was busy some where n could nt answered his call so he went away from their though he was knowing my flat. i discribed him well about it. n when i told him m gonna do complain he told me the do what ever u want i dont care..plz take an action againt him, . n he told me that his not gonna come again give ur order again.

My exam is near but I can't study because of my near neighborh is listening music whole day in loud volume even some one tell him to slow the sound then he fights and use slang words and our society is disturb with him but he Doe's not understand the problem and eventually paly the music at 11P.M our society students are being disturbed

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12th of dec(order reference no.[protected] & i got size issue with them i requested return for that executive came on 24 dec to pickup & assured that they will deliver exchaned size within few months..its been more than a month..look into it & deliver my desirable shoe size as soon as possible or else ill take strict action against ur company!!

I guess your grace period of 2-3 working days u had requested for have already passed and you have not kept your word as usual. I have not received any mail regarding the delivery of the product not have heard anything from your side.. Seriously keep the product with yourself and refund me the money..
