I ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th of December after being much impressed by the collection the site seemed to offer. I regret to say that it has been a month and more and my order has been lying in priority dispatch since two weeks and has not shifted an inch. It has not even been shipped yet and I am utterly in dismay as though my complaints get an email for response but authorities fail to do anything about it. I had to take to the internet after complaining twice and being told to wait, at first for a few days, later to wait another 3-4 working days. I am almost sure that refunds are not even an option at this point as I already paid by card, my honest, stupid mistake for thinking it would be an easy procedure.

I am virtually begging you to look into the matter. If refunds are even possible, please guide me through the same. Some professional integrity is all I want to see for once from this website. Kindly help me out with this issue, it has taken up all my patience to write to you as a last resort.

Updated by Shristy Jain If the product is out of stock, i request you to refund the money in the account from which i made the payment. I don't wanna go for any other product. And give me any other way to contact you people, any number on which someone will answer the phone.
First you people say we will deliver the product, ask for grace period, and after a month of lingering you text me product is out of stock.
I don't wanna buy any product from your site. Refund the money and get over it. This is the last request from my side. I am sure if you know how to take money of your customer there is other way round to refund it also. (Order no[protected]

Updated by Soumyasree Ghosh After complaining to Consumers Forum my order was picked up on 25th January 2017. I am attaching the Pick up Receipt with this comment. Then I received a mail from SSS regarding the dispatch of the exchange order on 2nd February 2017. Today is 20th February 2017, already 18 days and still I didn't receive the order. I am really loosing patience now.

Updated by Ishanthakur9001 I have send back the shipment to you through blue dart ( slip copy attached) and will be reaching you till tomorrow. But it cost me 525 rupees, so I want you to pay this amount in place of 200 rupees.
Also send both the pair of shoes to the earliest.

Updated by Ishanthakur9001 I received a wrong pair of shoes from SSS about which I complained in reply of which they asked me to courier the wrong pair which I did today and will be reaching SSS by tomorrow (receiving copy attached ) . SSS updated in my previous complaint that they will pay me 200 rupees as the courier charges but the courier costed me 525 rupees . So I want SSS to pay me full 525 rupees as its their fault as they wtongly send me the pair of shoes .
