I wont get my product yet n d delivery boy was too rude with us n i want u to take an action against him . his no. m mentioning here..[protected]. i was not at my house n i told him to go at my flat n give it to my family memeber bt he said he wont go up u hv to come n he was rude he cutted my phone many times he was very nasty .. he was arguing with me n my family member they told him that they are comming down to take the parsial but he was not their n he know the house again he did the same thing i was busy some where n could nt answered his call so he went away from their though he was knowing my flat. i discribed him well about it. n when i told him m gonna do complain he told me the do what ever u want i dont care..plz take an action againt him, . n he told me that his not gonna come again give ur order again.

My exam is near but I can't study because of my near neighborh is listening music whole day in loud volume even some one tell him to slow the sound then he fights and use slang words and our society is disturb with him but he Doe's not understand the problem and eventually paly the music at 11P.M our society students are being disturbed

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12th of dec(order reference no.[protected] & i got size issue with them i requested return for that executive came on 24 dec to pickup & assured that they will deliver exchaned size within few months..its been more than a month..look into it & deliver my desirable shoe size as soon as possible or else ill take strict action against ur company!!

I guess your grace period of 2-3 working days u had requested for have already passed and you have not kept your word as usual. I have not received any mail regarding the delivery of the product not have heard anything from your side.. Seriously keep the product with yourself and refund me the money.. I had ordered a paid of shoes in october 2016.
I received the wrong pair after a month in november 2016.
I was asked to send in pictures of the delivered product to prove i was not delivered the right products. i did all that was requested by the customer care over emails. the final email that i received from the company assured to give store credits in return for the products. this was in the beginning of december 2016 and since then no communication was received from the customer care.
Their phone is never reachable either.

I have ordered three products, out of which only two shoes got delivered and one jacket is still not delivered, its been two months now. One heel shoe worth 499 rs. is not at all of good quality and they hurt in my toes.
Second shoe worth 399 rs. is a size smaller, i have placed an exchange request within seven days i received it, but there is no revert till date.
Third item is a jacket worth 999 rs. It has never got delivered.
I have tried calling on their customer care no. But they never respond it always go busy. I have written to them but there no response or reply.
Such a pathetic products and services . Seems i have completely wasted by 2000rupees.
Seeking help.. please suggest.

This has reference to my order sbtyvoaau. I had made the payment on 12th december 2016. Received the order on 31st december 2016. Sent an exchange pick up request on 1st january 2017 for an exchange in size of the shoe.
Today is 23rd january 2017 and still there is no pick up attempt made from their courier. This was my first order. And my experience is not good at all for their delayed services.
I will not attempt for any more order from your site and ofcourse will encourage others not to do so.

This is the 5th time i have written to them. They do not have any customer care number. When we write a mail to them they just send ticket numbers but no representatives get in touch with me. I have been generated 5 tickets but of no use.
They do not have a refund policy, only exchange policy.
How can i exchange the shoe or get a refund. I am waiting for the last 23 days.

I ordered 3 products on 12 December 2016, and till now have received only one. 2 products are still pending, and there's no update of my order.i have got no reply to mails I've sent, nobody picks the call at service center. Service is so poor. Nobody there bothers to pay any sort of attention to the customers. So much disappointed from their behavior. Never gonna order again from this site.

This is the second complaint I am raising in 1 month my order on 27 Dec is still not received. No contact person number is available. What type of customer care you people have and what type of customer service you are providing . atleast return my money If you cant deliver the order. How many forums I am using for this order . I ordered two pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 it has been more than 2 months and I have received only one pair of shoes which is also not the pair of shoes I ordered so I requested for the replacement of the wrong pair of shoes.I received a mail from SSS ( screenshot attached ) for a pickup on 13/01/2017 by FedEx, but no-one has come for a pickup till date also when I went to FedEx office they are asking me for a awb number without which the refuse to pickup which SSS is suppose to provide me and I haven't received yet.
This is my second complaint asking for the awb number.
I want that awb number for the pickup and also my second pair of shoes. The time period for my waiting is beyond my limits and I am totally frustrated and harassed now

I didn't receive them in the estimated time. After several complaints, I was assured that I would receive the product. I didn't receive it. On 28th October 2016, I received an email stating the product was out of stock.

Again, no information about refund that I requested.

On 17th November after complaining on the FB page, I was asked my bank account details to process the refund. Instead I got a mail that said they'd issued me a credit note. I asked to be refunded the money as there was no guarantee that another product I order will be refunded.

On Jan 18th 2016, I was again asked my bank account details for refund. I still haven't received any refund in my account.

I demand a full refund of 999 and additional damages of 20% for the sheer harassment and waste of time that I've had to deal with.

I pleace this 2 months ago, because they dont confirm the delivey date i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back to my account, but got no response.
It's been 2 months, i have not received neither the product nor the money.
The status shows on their site is "re-attempt delivery" but nobody has come to my place to deliver it.
